Very nice clean hotel would definitely stay there again. It was also nice getting a free upgrade on the room. Witch had kettle, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The room was like your own flat. Only down side to it was the shower was pretty crap. But you can put up with it for few nights.
I enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !
Stayed for a night at this hotel for a short getaway to Windsor Castle with 2 friends. The location wasn't in the centre but not difficult to get to, we actually walked maybe 30 minutes to get to the hotel and another 30 minutes to the Castle, which was a really pretty area. The room itself was REALLY nice, big comfortable beds, nice TV (although we forgot the firestick and don't think it was smart TV), tea/coffee and kettle provided, bathroom was clean although kinda hard to work the hot water. Overall, we really liked the hotel minus the fact that our next door neighbour's kids were making a lot of noise and it was really hard to sleep, maybe because our rooms had a connecting door (that was locked) but we could hear the parents talking around midnight and the kids woke up screaming at 5am!! so was unable to get a good nights rest. I think if we had a different room without the connecting doors, it would have been fine. The staff was lovely though when we told her the next day, she said they would have changed the room for us but there was no use changing rooms at 5am when we were checking out at 10am. Also, I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me a cute little dental kit with toothbrush and toothpaste! I recommend staying here but do ask about if your room has connecting doors as you may want to avoid that.
Really liked this hotel. I was only there for a night before a race so didn’t get to try any of the facilities but I would love to come back when I have more time to relax and explore.
I have to give a good review. This is the hotel I stay at every time I come to Reading. It is quiet and clean. Every song in the lobby is very beautiful! The front desk and room service staff are very enthusiastic. The restaurant is very quiet. Every morning, no matter how many people there are, it is very quiet! Well-organized!
It’s such a stunning and peaceful place for good break with family. The room is decent decorated and clean. All staffs serve us sincerely and feel warm to stay . free parking here once you stay in hotel.
We have enjoyed a very nice dinner in Italians restaurant and comfy bar next to it .
I would recommend to come again next time once driving to Windsor .
Tried calling the hotel to find out about the shuttle to see if I could get from the airport to the hotel, phone rang endlessly, no response. Eventually had to get a very expensive taxi since information was hard to come by (Google maps doesn't include the H5H bus service which is turns out is the one to get). It's worth noting that the shuttle price not included in the exorbitant room fee, neither is breakfast. The following morning I called the front desk several times from the bedroom phone, again ringing endlessly, no response. Must have tried for about 10 minutes.
Shower faucets and fixings were missing covers making the shower look neglected. Bedroom lights didn't have any convenient way to turn them off before going to bed meaning having to fumble around to get the many lights turned off. Light switches were only positioned next to one of the two single beds.
Breakfast was decent with a slightly better selection than other hotels, but for the price of £25 I would absolutely have avoided it if I had any other options.
Bar the stunning interior and above-average breakfast selection this is a bog-standard hotel, not worth the asking price at all.
The hotel environment is very good. As the itinerary was full, it was not fully experienced. A little regret

LliinniixxLovely spacious rooms, clean and comfy! Very happy with our stay it was a last minute stay but was a nice experience would definitely recommend
IIrene YipI have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here. Friendly staff, nice food, lots of parking space, electric charging point. They even supply toothbrush toothpaste comb etc if needed.
KKuri ChanABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.
PPing ShingThe hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable.
The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.

YYONGERIn order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!
