The cost from the hotel to the railway is 60 yuan for a van that can accommodate 5-6 people. Cassie also helped us book the JDSM tickets + lijiang impression show with private transport for RM 355 per person and helped us book a transport ( for 5-7 pax) to ferry us around for a day tour of Dali for 700 yuan. Best accommodation we stayed in Yunnan. Staff was really helpful throughout the whole stay. Helped to book and recommended a 吐司宴, and provided transport to and fro. They were really responsive and answered every queries we had on WeChat group. The staff really deserved a good praise. The place also had animals running around that guest could interact with. Very nice to just watch them from our rooms.

Great stay, really nice room and kitchen / food. We had a great view and the view from the deck is amazing. Only not 5 stars for cleanliness because the toilet is really not great, it’s a half door that looks right out to where people walk and the toilet is just a drain you stand either side of. We needed up paying for breakfast despite the booking saying breakfast was included so we would recommend to clarify that beforehand. The restaurant has ample vegetarian options and although we only ate breakfast at the restaurant it seemed like a great option for lunch and dinner. We went to bed early as we weren’t feeling well and the hostel was a bit noisy until about midnight. After that it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Super helpful and help us carrying our bags to the entrance during check out. We checked out late 3 hours and they charge 50 yuan only. Very reasonable. I will stay here again soon!

we returned from our trip to Shangri-La and claimed our bulky luggage which we deposited a week ago at the hotel. it was well taken care of. the room is cozy and two floors higher than we stayed last time. it has a better view. the staff are helpful and friendly. we were served tea when we arrived. we asked for a room power supply card and it was given to us for our convenience. the hotel is well located, it is near to the kunming railway station, Kunming metro and popular tourist attractions.

Very close by to train station. Lots of eateries around and one beef noodle soup just two shops down from hotel before train ride. We had a family of four, booked a two beds room, very spacious and comfortable. Value for money and highly recommended. Get a taxi to a nearby night market for lotsss of cheap n yummy food.

Great location, with two food streets nearby that are lively at night. Surrounded by many shopping malls. Sufficient space to put two huge luggages and still walk around with ease. There’s a free supper buffet available (porridge), and drinks available all the time. Bed was a little hard but you get two pillow choices. If you’re a light sleeper just know that this is a very lively area so the sounds of cars can still be heard around midnight. Nonetheless the location trumps all!

The hotel location is fantastic just a 5-minute walk from the metro station and right by the Kunming Old Street. Despite the proximity to the bustling centre, the rooms are very quiet, and there’s great coffee provided in the lobby. The only weird thing we find is that the toilet door can only close either the shower area or half of the toilet area which is not ideal. Location is very strategic and only 15 minutes walk from Nanqiang night market. If you're taking a cab, you can inform them to pick you up from the kfc which is just 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. Beside the hotel is a big banyan tree and there's a steamboat shop nearby which is crowded at night. The rooms were very clean and the staff were super helpful all the time and tried their best in making sure we had the most comfortable stay especially when the weather is so cold.

There’s a lovely courtyard where you can relax enjoying a view of the ancient town — I was lucky to be there during New Year’s and got to see fireworks from there! I contacted the owner a day before my arrival for baggage pickup, and he help carry my bags to the hotel. Didi rides are easy to book, but be prepared for a bit of walking — it’s recommended for those with good knees, as you’ll need to hike a little to comeback to the hotel when heading down to the town center. The owner welcomed us with tea while we waited to check in, provided a steam iron when we needed one, and the guesthouse also offers washing machines (though there’s no dryer). He was very responsive to every inquiry and made an effort to chat with us, even though we used a translator app to communicate. On our last day, he even gave us free tea and helped carry our luggage to the Didi waiting point. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lijiang!

When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali.

Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. My husband and I stayed in this cute cozy room. It was very comfortable but know that the ceiling is slanted. We liked it but some might find it crowding. Our mothers stayed in another room they loved. The location was perfect to be close to attractions but still peaceful. The cat is cute but prefers you to just look and not crowd it. The matcha latte with oat-milk is amazing! Staff is kind and helpful. I will come again!
