There's an underground parking garage, but it's incredibly narrow and very difficult to park in. The hotel mostly caters to tour groups, so it's consistently noisy and crowded. Definitely a case of 'you get what you pay for'.
The room facilities are all good. The price is not cheap. The breakfast is especially expensive. Northern Europe is really a high-consumption area. In addition, the front desk service level needs to be improved. They issued the wrong water bill and recorded the wrong breakfast bill. đ

Really loved the location which was a 3 min walk away from Oslo Central Station and surrounded by shopping malls! Check in was easy as the concierge is open 24/7 and although the room wasnât spacious, it was comfortable enough for 2! Super loved their wide spread of buffet breakfast and thereâs also a live egg station! Will recommend!

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. Location-wise, itâs convenient with shops and public transport nearby. There were a few minor issues, but nothing major. Good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again.

Absolutely loved the location. Central and close to the water.
I loved the concept of this hotel. Budget, no frills, comfortable and ecologically sound.
Cleaning is every four days which is genius. There is no need to have your room cleaned daily.
Congratulations on creating a system that is environmentally conscious. There is also a drawer where you can donate any clothes you donât want to take with you, contributing to the local circular economy.
Hotel advantage is very cost-effective location is not very downtown travel is also convenient affordable facilities are not bad, it is a satisfactory Lisheng Hotel overall satisfaction
I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Scandic Holmekollen. The hotel boasts a relaxing ambiance and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The combination of the serene atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Scandic Holmekollen to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with stunning views and exceptional service.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant stay and the daily breakfast is one of the highlights.
It is within walking distance to the central train station (Oslo) and it was a short walk to the nearby Christmas market. We walked past the shopping street (Karl Johan) that led us to the Christmas market.
The staff were polite and helpful. We can communicate easily in English. I love that it is a short walk to the Promenade (walking past Oslo Stock Exchange). It is near to the Opera House and the Munch Gallery/Museum.
Highly recommended.
The view from the top is awesome too.

AAdaline MasudaTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
GGuest UserThe service was excellent. The room was spacious enough for two people and had all the basic amenities. For added security, you need your room key card to access the lobby after hours.
KKrusherFirst time staying in a Radisson property. Shower in bathtub and there was no anti-slip mat provided. Getting out of the tub each time is a huge challenge: the moving glass divider is not a good thing to hold on to. Getting out of the tub has only a small area to land with 2 sharp edges of the basin facing you.
As a Radisson Premium, I got upgraded to a âFamily Roomâ with basically an extra bed setup. Its hilarious as thereâs two of us, what good does the bed do for us? Upgrade is totally meaningless!
They dont provide slippers and gave me all sorts of cock and bull that it used to be provided for each room but Management changed their decision 2 months ago. I asked for it and was declined. Breakfast was average after having exprienced Clarion The Hub. TV Remote offers Netflix but when I clicked on it, it says Netflix is not available. Called Front Desk and they told me they will try to fix it on their end, and if not possible, will send a technician up. I have checked out after 3 nights and still no technician cane.
There is a massive construction opposite the Hotel: a building being destroyed so noise and air pollution greet you daily.
Location is walking distance to Oslo Central Station, 10 minutes walk to Munch Museum.
Service from all Staff is nothing worth mentioning. Staff are all simply functional: my first and last time staying in a Radisson Property. They can remove my Premium status for all I care.

GGuest UserI arranged the trip through Trip.com for a business trip where the schedule to meet another party in Evje Moen. It turned out that they could meet a day earlier than they had previously stated. Though I offered to Home Hotel Bastion that I delete 5/26 and substitute 5/30, that was not accepted. The problem was that Trips.com would not allow it, even though I announced the request by message before I left the U.S. There should have been a provision for making a change withing a reasonable amount of time.
BBenjamin G77Perfectly acceptable hotel room, nice bathroom.
15 mins into the City Centre on the tram/tube that's 5 minutes walk away.
Amazing spread for breakfast.
Very nice staff at reception/restaurant and cleaning/maintenance staff.
Lovely Thai restaurant opposite.

AAndrew RichardDecor is excellent and the theme of the rooms is cohesive and smart.
Excellent gym but pool was an additional cost, unless you have a suite. This was a disappointment and gives the place a cheap feeling.Â
There were lots of additional events being held at the hotel which gave the place a noisy and overly busy feel. Often large groups of party goers waiting for lifts at night. Corridors are also quite busy and noisy. There is a feel that hotel guests are a necessary afterthought when these events are held.
Staff ranged from very nice to indifferent and sometimes even disdainful.Â
Overall I wouldnât describe this hotel as peaceful or a place that makes you feel at ease.
