I had a pleasant stay at Vouk Hotel Suites in Penang. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for exploring the island. However, the car park tends to fill up around 7:30 p.m., but I truly appreciated the security guard’s assistance in allocating parking spaces. The room I stayed in did not have a window, which affected airflow and made it less ideal for a family stay. On the positive side, the hotel maintained good security and cleanliness, which made our trip more relaxing. The front desk staff were warm and kind, providing excellent assistance during check-in. One downside was the absence of a gym or swimming pool, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a good option for those prioritizing location, cleanliness, and security.

First of all, a big thank you to Mr. Vickneswaran from the security team for his warm guidance and assistance from the moment we entered the auto parking system. He was incredibly helpful in showing us where to go and made us feel very welcomed right from the start. To my surprise, one of the staff members even shared a piece of cake and wished us a wonderful honeymoon vacation—such a thoughtful gesture! (I was so touched, I forgot to ask for the staff’s name.) Moments like these really made our stay memorable. Overall, the staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and made us feel appreciated throughout our visit. I’ve also included a photo of the lovely card greeting we received from the team—another sweet touch that we’ll always remember. Thank you again to the whole team for making our honeymoon start with such warm hospitality!

Had always been contemplating whether or not to try G Hotel Kelawai. Bit the bullet and here's my review; Room is spacious and comfortable, bed is top notch. Free minibar (replenished daily) is a plus. Swimming pool is nice although a bit shallow, and Gravity is a nice place to chill at night with view overlooking the island and Bukit Bendera. Is it worth the money? Yes. Location? Perfect. It'd be hard to find another hotel in Penang that checks all my boxes, and this could be it.

We had a wonderful stay at park royal. Special thanks to Rafli, Maisarah & Melissa ,they were friendly and patiently taking time to answer all of our questions since this is our 1st time staying here.. Their hospitality truly made our experience more enjoyable. The breakfast is outstanding with a lot of variety. It was definitely the best breakfast i ever had. The hotel also provide a cake for complimentary as requested via email before arriving for my friend. It was sweet & memorable gesture. Highly recommended & i would love to come again!

I was surprised at how clean and tidy my hotel room was, like a brand new hotel that opened not long ago. Not to mention the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire hotel. The staff there, both the front desk attendants and the cleaners, were very polite and smiled when talking to customers. Keep up the good work! Hopefully it will be as good as I experienced when I come back again!

Enjoy our stay at Mercure. It was truly valuable for money. The rooms were well renovated and spacious. However, there were minor spots where the cleaners could've missed, and the children's room might need some renovation to make it more welcoming. Will definitely come again.

Location is really good. About 15 minutes walk from the ferry. Lebuh Kimberley is just opposite the hotel down the road with heaps of food choices and shopping. You can also walk to Komtar bus station to take the local bus to Penang hill. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. They won't allow early check-in, but they are happy to store your bags for early arrivals.

First time staying in St Giles Wembley Penang. Location in Georgetown is very convenient to visit various tourist attractions. Hotel room is spacious. Receptions, housekeeping and cafe staffs helpful and friendly. Will definitely book the hotel again next time travelling to Penang.

Always my prefer hotel whenever i go Penang. However the location is far away from street food so usually we will walk around city area & eat dinner only return to hotel as it's far from city area. Love this place because of the quiet and peaceful location & the hotel has a private beach side. It's kids friendly too as they have a kids pool area as well as kids clib room area. The room is spacious & the bed is facing seaview. Their breakfast buffet is amazing....lots of variety & delicious. Staff are all friendly too. Highly recommended.
