my second stay at this hotel, decent location, A2 just next door, 3mins walk to grand batam mall, si fang yuan dim sum and infinity massage just right opposite, short walking distance to pure, after work and spring massage too, not noisy at night for my room and we got free upgrade to suite during our stay.
It was my birthday on last day of my stay with this hotel.

Thank you for the warm act to your guest, the birthday song and all the wishes, it make my birthday day even more memorable.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was pretty decent with dishes changing both days. Pancakes and waffles are superb. The beach and waters are beautiful there. They release baby turtles on Saturday and have a bbq buffet beachside
I visited Turi Beach Resort, Batam with my husband. He was there for a company team-building trip, while I travelled on my own for leisure.
Security at the resort is quite strict, which made me feel safe. All guests and vehicles are checked before being allowed to enter. The resort has a beautiful seaside view and a very relaxing holiday vibe. It’s peaceful and perfect for unwinding.
Do note that the resort is located away from the city. If you prefer nightlife or city activities, staying in Batam city would be more suitable. However, this resort is ideal for those who want to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle.
The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I especially enjoyed the different egg options, and the porridge was very nice too.
Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy nature.
Room is clean and very spacious. Breakfast also not bad. Easy to access. Price also affordable. Very enjoyable stay. Will book again if got an discount from apps for the booking.
I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here.
That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available.
To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.
Overall is good.
Only a bit disappointed is they forgot to decorate or provide birthday amenities for my son. When check in reception counter tell me there is birthday deco in my son room, in the end nothing.
But I will be back again for my next visit. 😀
Every staff is friendly and well service oriented. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Even the security services are very good and friendly. They will always be smiling and greeting to you. Visiting to Batam, staying in this Harris Hotel is fully recommended. During my check out, I realise I have forgotten to take one of my bag to ferry terminal. I call the hotel counter and the hotel staff Musri was the one who handle the call. He was calm, whatsapp to me and arrange his colleague to bring the bag to the ferry terminal. Manage to reach in time and I did not missed my departure. Thumbs up to their excellent and prompt service. Well done. Recommended for any families, friends!
First time stay in Swiss belhotel harbour bay…
Good hotel near by harbour bay ferry terminal..just walk about 10 minutes and the services is really awesome from the guest officer until the restaurant staff really excellent , especially Maya she always check on us about anything that make us comfortable to stay and she make birthday surprise that make us feel special and the restaurant staff Anabil (if not wrong the name 😊)he also very good
But mostly all the staff in the hotel very good and friendly and the breakfast also good..
Is really recommended to stay there
Hotel is very near to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal and newly renovated . Room and the balcony is huge and clean. The only downside is the door doesn’t shut properly . There’s a small gap between the door frame . There’s a massage place too at the hotel and service is very good.
Will consider to stay in again on my next trip to Batam .
Location: Very conveniently located near shopping malls, massage and spas, kueh lapis (traditional Japanese dessert shops), restaurants, cafes, markets, etc.
Hotel: Three to four stars. My room was spacious and clean. I especially loved the bed and pillows; all three of us slept very well. The Wi-Fi was also stable.
Service: The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick.
Breakfast: A wide selection, but not to our taste. The cakes and waffles tasted more like kueh lapis. The instant noodles were undercooked and too salty, the fried rice was a bit dry, and the mee soto was bland. Only the rendang chicken, sunny-side up eggs and coffee were acceptable; we didn't want to try anything else.
Summary: Comfortable and convenient accommodation. It would be even better if the hotel offered a free shuttle to the pier. 👍

UUAGJAQThis was a brilliant stay. Such a relaxing week. Even though it rained most the day, watching the rain in the villa was just therapeutic.
At check-in, they will introduce the F&B credit system. I highly recommend to get it. We got 10 million rupiah and only paid for 8 million. They had a 20% discount. So pay for 8 million and receive 10 million. Great deal for a 6 nights stay.
You should try the steak at Tadd’s restaurant. If you like the local dishes, then go to Warung’s. We also had the in-villa BBQ where you have an option to have the chef BBQ for you with a waiter serving you in the villa or you can BBQ yourself in the villa. They will get everything ready for you and seat up everything in the villa. We tried both types of BBQ. Overall the food is amazing.
There are many activities for you but we were just contended with the Spa. We had foot massages and body massages. They also have showers in the room. I tried the Men’s Vitality Massagr; 90mins of massage followed by 15mins of sauna 🤙🏽
Just a warning though, going back home will be a drag.
NNelson Soh Toh WeeGreat place to stay, except there's no power switches beside the bed for charging of mobile devices and there's only 1 power switch on the desk surprisingly the power switch is linked to Desk light. So if I off the desk light then I cannot charge my devices. Another power switch is at corner near window.
SSavvytanIt’s our first time and definitely not the last. Everything was great from the buggy in, to the size of the very clean room, to the baby cot that was already provided in the room and room service.
Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the massage place is too near the restaurant and live bar. There was loud music when we went for our spa retreat and the music dampened the quietness and chill mood we wanted for the spa and massage. I would suggest to move it further away or install sound proofing walls for the tent.
Other than that, quite a perfect stay. We didn’t have enough time to explore the activities centre as it was for kids aged 3 and above.
One last thing, everything is chargeable for rent which I feel certain things could have been provided for less cost or free. Like bicycles to get around the very large lagoon or kick scooters. Their 2/3 wheelers were fully rented out and not cheap to rent too.
Tthiskneethatkneebreakfast was the best thing tbh - please add on breakfast when u book your stay because the restaurants there are really expensive
service was okay, but they only provided 2 drinking water per room per day - and it cost about 5 sgd to purchase a 1.5L water
activities there are pretty pricey as well, but u can rent volleyball/football for free
the beach there is quite stoney, not very advisable to play by the edge of the water because there are a lot of stones which can be quite painful barefooted
room was okay, the ac was good, but water shower pressure quite low, but hot water is good
go to Calypso Floating Bar for a great sunset view! then have dinner at kelong seafood - paid around $80 sgd for 3 dishes for 2 pax (tax there is 10%+11%)
RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟
GGuest UserThe room was impeccably clean and boasted stunning dual-aspect sea views. Enjoying the breeze on the balcony was incredibly relaxing. The surrounding amenities were excellent; there were plenty of dining options right downstairs, and the local cuisine was particularly delicious. The service was exceptional, with any issues usually resolved promptly.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very near Batam Center and a swing to one Batam mall and some nearby cafes.
The front desk is kind enough to upgrade us to another tier of the room. And earlier check in as we have a baby.
The spa a level 3 is also awesome. Kids room were good enough to keep baby occupied.
Some things to improve :
1) the light system in the room. The switch are either all on or all off. Hard to control with certain parts to be lit up and some to be off.
2) Security system, request for extra keys, however they gave without checking identity 😳 abit scary I can be any Tom dick Harry.
3) not much food options beside the main ambrosia as morning buffet. In room dining menu can be updated too.
4) they are very particular with towels. Can only give 2 at anytime. If you have kids to share room with, you have to advance tell them.
Overall still a new, clean and friendly staff..
GGenaTanI stayed at the hotel from 12 to 15 October and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent bathroom amenities. The staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only shortcoming was on the first night when I noticed that the bedsheet had some stains. However, the housekeeping team responded promptly and replaced it with a fresh set immediately. I truly appreciate their quick response and professionalism in handling the matter. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return in the future.
TTuan Ying GohA tucked away resort. All activities and food are available within the resort. Some activities are at an extra charge. Pricing is close to Singapore pricing as the target audience is probably Singaporean. Food wise isn’t cheap but reasonable price. Food quality is great. Service is warm and friendly.
It takes an hour van ride from Tanjung Pinang ferry terminal. To and fro transports are provided by resort. Contact them to arrange. Glad that transports were provided!
Free yoga lesson every morning. Just got to reserve.
GGuest UserWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests.
1. Room Consistency & Communication
Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved.
2. Villa Room Maintenance
On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression.
We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved.
