LLynne MilneWarmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel.
The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.
The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated.
The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty.
A high quality washing machine was helpful.
The location is central and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.

GGuest UserI booked a room for a business trip here. The location is easy to find. It is next to Wanda. The front desk staff is very good. The warm and polite smile is good. The hotel facilities are also complete. The arranged room is clean and comfortable. I personally feel that it is a good stay. After checking out, I went to the lobby on the first floor to rest. It was clean and comfortable. Not bad, the first choice for business trips, I will choose this hotel if I have the opportunity to come to Xiangyang.

recommend. It was the right decision for me to choose your hotel as my business trip destination in Fuyang. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the ancient atmosphere here. I would like to especially thank the hotel's front desk service team. After my first night there, the front desk lady called me the next day to ask if there was any noise at night and whether I needed to change rooms. The meticulous service made me feel very warm and at ease. The room was spacious and bright, with simple decoration and soft beds and quilts, ensuring that I could get a good rest after a busy day. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a wide variety of breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. The waiters were friendly, making my dining experience more pleasant. In addition, the hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation around it, making it easier to get a taxi. Thanks again for the hotel's excellent service!

GGuest UserAs a person who is very demanding on details, I can't find any flaws here. The room cleaning is paying attention to every detail - no dust on the curtain track, no water stains on the bathroom glass, no fingerprints on the bedside control skin. The front desk service is meticulous, ask for pillow preferences in advance and are ready at check-in. This kind of predictive service is rare. With such details of attention, the price seems particularly reasonable. Sound insulation design also pays attention to details - the door has seal strips, the windows have multiple locks, these small designs jointly create a quiet indoor environment.

CCJLIUConvenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
