I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The price was affordable and definitely worth the value provided. The hospitality of the staff was very good. They were friendly, helpful, and made guests feel welcome throughout the stay. The food was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast which offered a wide variety of choices. I was also pleasantly surprised that afternoon tea and supper were provided, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

It was a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located, with shops, restaurants, and even a hair salon just nearby. As bicycle travelers, we especially appreciated being allowed to store our bicycles safely for one night in the area behind the lobby. We were also delighted to receive a local noodle soup in our room, which was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet the next morning was equally enjoyable, offering a great variety of tasty options. We would particularly like to express our sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm hospitality, helpful recommendations, and patience. Since we do not speak Mandarin, their kindness and willingness to assist us made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

It was my first time to come to Fuyang to watch the Zebra Music Festival. It was very quiet. Two bottles of beer were given with the ticket, which was very ceremonial. It was only ten minutes away from the Zebra Music Festival. The breakfast was also very good. There was a manager with glasses at the breakfast who was very nice, considerate and gentle in his words. Because I was very tired after watching the first show the day before, the front desk didn’t call to inform us to check out today, fearing that it would affect our rest. Every detail was very touching. Thank you Fuyang, thank you Atour, I am really, really satisfied! Come again next time!

The hotel is located in the city center, and it is a variety of local snacks to go out, which is particularly convenient. As soon as I entered the room, my eyes were bright, the whole house had no smell, the corners were cleaned very meticulously, the bedding was soft, the air conditioning was fast, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the hot water was sufficient. The overall price is super high, the environment is quiet and not noisy, no matter the business trip, travel, family travel is suitable, the front desk has free yogurt ice cream can be eaten unlimited, especially a bowl of noodles late at night tastes delicious. I have already recommended it to my friends, next time I come to Fuyang, I will choose the Jasmine East Courtyard Hotel!

A very satisfying stay. The front desk service was excellent, and the facilities were new and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and there were many great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and hygienic, which I was very pleased with. It's also closer to the high-speed rail station, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful hotel, one of the best! Private parking with charging. It would be a great hotel to stay at if it weren't for the horribly strong smell of smoke in the rooms. I hope they add non-smoking rooms in future.

Just entering the hotel, I was warmly received by the young lady at the front desk. She is not only friendly, but also attentive. From check-in procedures to itinerary suggestions, she answers me in detail one by one. This intimate service makes me feel warm. In the room, the furniture is simple and generous, the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly, the toiletries are also high-quality, and there is the most hearty buffet breakfast meal and free large parking lot. I feel the hotel's attention to details and intentions, so that I can live in peace of mind and comfort.

The hotel is very close to Xiangyang Station. It takes only a minute to walk. The front desk is very warm and welcoming. The room type has been upgraded for free. The upgraded room facilities are very good. The 2m bed, the big bathtub, and the city view in the sky are all highlights. The hotel is clean and fragrant. I hope your business is booming.
