The rooms are spacious and all are warm, and the rooms are particularly warm in the middle of winter. Health is very good. The red star Pingshan green water green, the air is fresh. The hot spring public area has 5 outdoor pools, a large indoor pool, sauna, sea salt, there are few people in the off-season, and the hot spring water is very clear. The service is quite satisfactory. Superb stay, in a perfect location amidst a bamboo forest, far from the crowds and making you feel fully relaxed and comfortable. The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. Best Location, most splendid view of West Lake and best service with the most competitive rate in Hangzhou. This hotel provides the most immaculate and attentive services one could desired. They also upgraded my room to the lake view room upon arrival and that was the best gift from the hotel. Their service standard is well on par or even higher than those branded hotels. They also provided little gifts for guest upon check- out and that was really thoughtful of them . Their location was perfect and they are just a stone’s throw from the unesco rated West Lake and Hubin Pedestrian Shopping Street. This hotel deserves more recognition and should be the top pick for guests coming to visit hangzhou and the West lake.

As a businessman who often travels between Mexico and Yiwu, I know how difficult it is to travel across countries - language barriers, cultural differences, itinerary arrangements... Every item can become a ”trip hazard”. But this time, the thoughtful service of Yiwu Global Hotel completely overturned my understanding of ”hotel management”! Due to a conflict in the itinerary, I was unable to personally receive the Mexican partners (a family of three), so I tried to entrust the hotel manager to arrange everything. Unexpectedly, from the pick-up to the drop-off, the hotel team ”treated the customer like family,” and even the customer himself kept saying, ”This is not staying in a hotel. It's like coming back to a second home!” 1. Airport pick-up service: a warm first stop to overcome language barriers The Mexican customer was not fluent in English and had no Chinese at all, so I was a bit worried about communication problems before the trip. However, the hotel manager set up an exclusive service group in advance and arranged a Spanish-speaking pick-up specialist to wait with a pick-up sign. What was even more surprising was that, considering the customer had an 8-year-old child, the car was not only equipped with a child safety seat, but also a box of Mexican specialty candies and a cute doll - it was later discovered that the manager had specifically searched for popular Mexican snacks to soothe the customer's ”homesick stomach”! The customer later told me, ”The moment the driver said 'Bienvenidos' in Spanish, we knew the trip was going to be smooth!” 2. Accommodation experience: a ”home away from home” with cultural details Room arrangement: When the hotel found that the customer had children, it proactively upgraded the king-size room to a family room, and there was a very large slide castle in the room. The environment is great. There is a mountain across from the balcony. The boss and his family are also very welcoming. We had dinner at the B&B. The dishes cooked by the boss were excellent👍The kid finished a bowl of corn ribs soup by himself.

Hello everyone I had a wonderful time here with my family. The location is fantastic . It's right next to the beautiful lake . They even have a huge roof top area where you can see a few temples from and on a night they're lit up. There's a robot room service which is cool. The breakfast has a lot of options even for vegetarians. The rooms were super clean and spacious. There was a concierge called jeef who was very polite. He didn't speak English but he helped very well. The bar staff were friendly and easy to talk too. I would stay here again

Lovely accomodation. The overall service was warm and friendly. The eggplant parmesan was my favorite dish as well as fresh juice. The room looked just like the pictures. They do seem to need a bit more staff to cook and serve when the dining area gets busy. Pre-ordering meals doesn't necessarily mean that all food will be ready at once. Our friends had about 40 minutes wait between dishes. Also, the first morning, breakfast was served beuatifully. The second morning, we had to inquire about different parts of our breakfast since it was not all served at once. Overall, very kind service with a smile. The welcome fruit was a nice touch.

I booked the Kai Chen K Hotel through Ctrip for my trip to Yiwu, and it was genuinely fantastic! Its location is absolutely prime, situated right in the heart of Yiwu, the world's small commodity capital. The International Trade City and other key areas are just a short walk away. The rooms are equipped with new facilities, are super cozy, and provide an incredibly comfortable stay. The staff were so warm and attentive; their exceptional service truly won us over. Highly recommended!

This hotel was an excellent choice for my trip to Hangzhou. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. With the subway station right outside, everywhere felt easily accessible. The service was outstanding. They even offered complimentary fruit. When my friend mentioned she didn't like Sprite, the staff promptly swapped it for a Coke and even offered an extra bottle. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended! A definite 5-star rating. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, the breakfast was great – very varied and plentiful. The dining environment on the 26th floor was also fantastic.

The rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The river view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is absolutely picturesque. It's perfect for enjoying tea by the window and taking in the beautiful scenery on a hot summer day, and you can even catch the sunrise from there.
