Overall, the hotel is ok, you can live, but it would be nice to do a renovation, since the condition of the furniture and interior leaves much to be desired. The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance. I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room. For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative. The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan.

This hotel has very spacious rooms and incredibly hospitable staff. The afternoon tea, available until late at night, was delicious. The bathroom was huge and so warm you could comfortably wear a T-shirt. Everything was very clean. Just a two-minute walk downstairs is the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market, and it's a short walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. The subway is also just two minutes away on foot, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The best part is the excellent value for money! I didn't try the hotel breakfast, but I heard it's very rich and varied, so I'll definitely experience it next time!

This hotel offers the best view in Harbin, boasting a prime spot overlooking the Songhua River with panoramic city views from every angle. It's also conveniently located. This high-end Chinoiserie French-Chinese style hotel features exquisite and luxurious interior design, from the lobby to the front desk, restaurant, and every detail in the rooms. The breakfast is very rich, and both the pool and gym offer great scenic views. The Chinese restaurant serves delicious food, and the night view is stunning. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning is meticulous, and they even arranged for fruit and dessert to be sent to our room. A truly excellent stay.

I specifically chose this Shangri-La, a bit further from the city center, because parking is convenient. It's also very close to the Tiger Park for a morning visit, and I could even catch some extra sleep after seeing the tigers. The view from the window is nice, you can see the Ferris wheel. The price during the National Day holiday was also excellent; it offered good value for money.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I understood the true definition of ”luxury.” The European palace-style decor was elegant and grand, with artwork adorning the walls and carpets so plush my toes sank into them – every detail exuded centuries of refined taste. The service was impeccable; the concierge proactively took my luggage, the front desk staff handled check-in with patience and meticulousness, and they even remembered my niche preferences. I felt genuinely cared for, like family, with absolutely no sense of distance. The room's design was a work of art. Soft, apricot-colored bathrobes, fresh-cut roses replenished daily, custom fragrances lingering in the air, and an electric curtain that revealed a stunning view. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The bathroom was spacious with practical double sinks, and the amenities were top-notch. Taking a bath while watching the mirror TV added a wonderful touch of ceremony. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was displayed like an art exhibition, with fresh and exquisite ingredients. The chef even thoughtfully brought out freshly made Eggs Benedict. The custom cocktails at the Hemingway Bar were rich and smooth, and their extensive wine collection was simply astounding. From the attentive service in the public areas to the thoughtful details in the room, this stay created unforgettable and beautiful memories. This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a synonym for top-tier luxury. Everything, from the facilities to the service, was exceptional. It absolutely deserves a five-star recommendation, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

This palace hotel exudes a Russian aristocratic style. Housed in a century-old building constructed in 1903, the lobby is adorned with gold leaf, and the chandeliers, oil paintings, and other decor are rich in artistic flair and historical significance. The elevators (pictured in figures 5-6) are among China's oldest, and two of these century-old elevators are still operational today (the other is at the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund in Shanghai). The hotel is conveniently located on Central Street, close to the morning market, St. Sophia Church, and other attractions, making getting around very easy. We received a complimentary room upgrade, along with afternoon tea and a palace-style costume photoshoot (reservations for shoots are available daily from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM), including four professionally retouched photos. The value for money is outstanding.

Extremely satisfied! This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Harbin. It's not too far from the Baroque Old Quarter, Central Street, and the museum. I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a good variety of freshly prepared dishes that were very filling. Many hotels in Harbin can be quite cold this time of year, but my room here was clean, tidy, and warm enough for a comfortable night's sleep. They even offer honey water or hot milk, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Located in the Songbei New District, this hotel offers a convenient location close to popular attractions and commercial areas like Sunac Mall, Sunac Land, and Galaxy Water World. It's surrounded by a wealth of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making it an ideal choice for family trips and vacationers. The lobby, situated on the 42nd floor as a 'sky lobby,' is spacious, bright, and impressively luxurious. Both the rooms and public areas are meticulously clean and inviting. The rooms themselves are generously sized and well-lit, with every detail reflecting the hotel's unique cultural charm. Staying here offers a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the Ewenki ethnic culture. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, which is incredibly convenient, and there's also complimentary late-night supper, both of which are delicious. The hotel staff are all very warm and friendly, and each one acts as an ambassador for Ewenki culture, enthusiastically answering any questions you might have. The overall ambiance is elegant, showcasing the quality of a high-end hotel.

MM237248****The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely astounding! There's no hint of dampness or mildew in the room. The bedding is pristine white, dry, and perfectly made without a single wrinkle, feeling soft and smooth to the touch. The floors are polished to a shine; you can comfortably walk barefoot. Desktops, windowsills, and nightstand corners are spotless, and even the remote control is thoroughly wiped clean. In the shower, the anti-slip mat is thick, the glass has no watermarks, the tiles are free of grime, and the toilet is sparkling clean with no odors. The disposable toiletries are neatly arranged and of good quality. The public areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly every day; you can see traces of wiping on the stair railings and doorknobs. Even snow tracked in on snowy days was promptly cleaned up. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay!

MM20045****Cons: The owner and other hotel staff smoke, so the lobby reeked of cigarette smoke, and there was a faint smell in the room too. The bath towels and robes weren't clean and also smelled of smoke. If you're a non-smoking family and sensitive to smoke, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Pros: The facilities are very new, and the environment is quite good. There's a beautiful snowy view outside the window, and a very comfortable sunken seating area (kang) to relax in.

MM9722****Here's a review of our stay in China Snow Town: The proprietress is a typical warm-hearted Northeasterner. She was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded us to their most luxurious presidential suite, valued at 3028 yuan! 1. **Location:** When choosing a hotel, location is key. The Snow Mushroom Hotel is right in the heart of the scenic area, near the big stone monument – a prime spot. 2. **Facilities & Design:** The decor and amenities are fantastic; anyone with a discerning eye would fall in love with it. There are three floor-to-ceiling windows, a Mediterranean-style design, two 2-meter king beds, and a 6-meter Northeastern 'kang' (heated bed). What's more, the room even has a swing chair and a tea table – pure luxury! 3. **Service:** Before we even set off, the hotel manager contacted me via Trip.com and created a WeChat group for Mr. Zhang's self-drive trip to Snow Town. They constantly updated us on road conditions and nearby attractions. Upon arrival, a staff member came to the parking lot to greet us and helped carry our two heaviest suitcases. In this freezing, snowy landscape, we felt a unique warmth. 4. **Overall Tip:** No matter where you travel, it's always best to go during the off-season. Fewer crowds, beautiful scenery, and great value for money.

JJiajianannanzhenzhenFacilities: The facilities are a bit old, but overall it's decent and worth staying. I didn't try the sauna and bathhouse. Hygiene: Generally clean and hygienic. Environment: It's convenient to get to places nearby. I recommend staying here because in summer, other hotels in Yabuli don't have cars right outside, only this one is lively. Service: The service is acceptable. It's very close to the Panda Hall. You can buy tickets for the small train and cable car at the Panda Hall ticket office, and they are much cheaper than online. Dining: The food tastes good. The restaurant's hygiene details need to be improved, but poor hygiene details are a common issue in Chinese hotel dining.
