This hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with K11 MUSEA, an art and shopping mall, right downstairs. It's also within walking distance of the Avenue of Stars, Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR Station, and Harbour City Tsim Sha Tsui. This makes it incredibly convenient for shopping, getting around, and enjoying the stunning Victoria Harbour views. The rooms themselves are thoughtfully designed, featuring a mini-bar and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer fantastic views of Victoria Harbour. The gym and pool are on the same floor as Asaya. The gym also has floor-to-ceiling windows, providing breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour and Central, while the infinity pool on the lower floor offers expansive panoramic views. The staff are all very friendly and provide excellent service!

Regent Hong Kong offers one of the best harbour views I have ever experienced. I truly wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. I would like to sincerely thank Manager Kenneth Tan and the front desk team for their professionalism and care. They completely turned around my first impression of the hotel and made my stay much better. Although my arrival experience was not ideal at first, their follow-up and service recovery really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. Thanks to them, my overall experience became much more positive and memorable.

Wow, I had a fantastic stay at the four seasons in HK. The arrival greeting, checking and personnel who greeted us were all fantastic. This was our final stay after 7 weeks away and I couldn’t ask for a better and more glorious end to our trip.. The room was perfect, a perfect harbour view, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and that’s coming from a chronic insomniac, and the attention to detail was phenomenal. The blackout blinds, the quietness in the room, the level of cleanliness, no detail was overlooked. I can’t praise you highly enough. I actually missed our first night booked due to a time change error and that was a shame as I would’ve valued another night sleeping in those comfortable beds. Will I be staying at four seasons again, absolutely, can’t wait. Btw where can I get that bed for my home? More organisations could learn from your level of custom care and service.

Having stayed at many Ritz-Carltons in mainland China, I have to give the highest praise to the Hong Kong Ritz-Carlton. As soon as I entered the lobby, a very handsome Asian gentleman immediately came forward to assist me. His service was impeccable, leaving a fantastic first impression even before check-in. Check-in was on the 103rd floor, and the front desk lady was incredibly welcoming. Her colleague even offered me tea to quench my thirst after a long journey. When I went downstairs for a smoke, a server was always there to light it for me. No matter where I went in the hotel, someone would personally escort me, which really sets it apart from almost all luxury hotels in mainland China in terms of service. Upon entering my room on the 106th floor, the view overlooking all of Kowloon was truly stunning. What made me particularly happy was that the hotel TV was specially set to Simplified Chinese for me, displaying my name. Many other areas also had information in Simplified Chinese with my name on it, showing great respect for mainland Chinese guests. The breakfast restaurant, also on the 103rd floor, offers a view of the entire Victoria Harbour. I was pleased that although hotel slippers aren't allowed in the breakfast area, the server thoughtfully prepared an extra pair for me to wear in the restaurant. I had a similar issue at the Conrad Hangzhou before, where the server arrogantly told me to go back to my room to change. I highly recommend the lounge bar on the 103rd floor; the ambiance is lovely, and the drinks are delicious. There's also a mall right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for luxury shopping. My only slight regret is not being able to experience the top-floor bar. Overall, this was truly a textbook example of a hotel stay – high standards, high quality. I hope the hotel continues to maintain such service and quality. See you next time, Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong!

The Murray, a Michelin one-star hotel, is a luxury property under the Niccolo brand, transformed from the historic Murray Building. It opened in 2018, stands 25 stories tall, and most rooms offer city views.
I booked through Trip.com's presale for about HKD 1800 per night, which included a HKD 300 F&B credit within the hotel. The N1 Deluxe Room is 47 square meters, which is quite spacious for Hong Kong. The room provides four bottles of VOSS mineral water, a capsule coffee machine, welcome fruit, and chocolates. They even surprised me with a cake for my birthday.
During check-in, they offered towels and tea, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The N1 room doesn't have a bathtub, but the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. No need for power adapters; there are **sockets for Chinese plugs.
The F&B credit couldn't be stacked or used at Cotton Tree. We opted to use it for in-room dining service. Turndown service each evening included TWG tea bags and chocolates.
Minor hiccup: Around 11 PM, there was a water pressure issue, and they compensated us with chocolates the next day. Overall, it was still a good stay. It's located right next to the Peak Tram station, and the hotel is situated between Admiralty and Central MTR stations. They offer a complimentary shuttle service (advance booking required).

The hotel's location is excellent. From West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, head towards Elements Mall. Once inside Elements, continue following the clear signs to the hotel. The entire walk is indoors. It's also convenient if you exit at Kowloon MTR station; just walk into Elements. The hotel is clean and the service is warm and friendly. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very welcoming. There are clear signs leading to the hotel entrance. You take the elevator to the 6th-floor lobby where staff direct you to the front desk for an easy check-in process.
Because of the convenience and excellent service, I extended my stay for an extra day. On the first day, I wasn't familiar with Elements Mall, but once I got my bearings, it was very easy to get around. To travel from Hong Kong to Macau or Zhuhai, you can simply take the cross-border bus from within Elements Mall, which is incredibly convenient!

Spent another three days and two nights at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. This trip was for participating in the Hong Kong Marathon and celebrating an anniversary, and everything was warm and thoughtful. The butler, Ines, kindly introduced the room and gave us a souvenir. Even though we were already familiar with the hotel, such attentive service still felt incredibly heartwarming. Knowing that we were running the marathon, Ines also specially provided towels and Pocari Sweat—exactly the drink we needed for our run. In addition, Farhan from the housekeeping team prepared red wine and chocolates for us, and the hotel bar, upon learning about our anniversary, gifted us a cheesecake. It was truly a meaningful journey.

Participating in the Standard Chartered Marathon, The Peninsula is undoubtedly the best choice – you can literally step out of the hotel and onto the racecourse.
When I checked in, I requested a late checkout. The staff, knowing it was for the marathon, actively coordinated and even arranged a great room with a Nathan Road street view, which was perfect for observing the pre-race situation. Their thoughtfulness was truly impressive.
It's a classic, well-established hotel, and those who've stayed here before know exactly what I mean. Definitely a worthwhile choice!

The overall hotel environment is great and very quiet. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both Exhibition Centre Station and Wan Chai Station. You can even use the skybridge directly, so no worries about rainy weather. If you want to go to Tsim Sha Tsui, you can take the Star Ferry, as it's very close to the pier.
The hotel's breakfast is fantastic; it's à la carte, with Chinese, Western, and Japanese options, plus some additional items you can order. Personally, I find this more convenient than a buffet. I highly recommend the Japanese salmon set! The in-room dining menu is also excellent.
The room is quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, with two 1.5-meter single beds, making it family-friendly when traveling with kids. The hotel also provides unlimited complimentary drinks and snacks daily, which is a huge plus! They can even provide milk for children.
Overall, it's pretty good, but there's room for improvement in the details. I had requested baby amenities and a cot in advance, but when we got to the room, none of them were prepared. The cot installation afterward wasn't professional either; the bars weren't secured into the mattress, and the bedding wasn't neatly arranged, with the mattress and bed frame showing, which wasn't a very pleasant sight.

A rather stylish boutique hotel. The 'lobby' and front desk on the ground floor were designed to be incredibly discreet, so much so that when I first arrived, I wondered if I'd come to the wrong place. However, stepping inside, I discovered a hidden gem. The architectural space is visually striking and full of design flair.
The guest rooms are presented in a Japanese style, with minimalist and understated decor. The layout is ingenious and well-thought-out, and the entire room is well-maintained, showing no signs of age. The bathroom amenity kit thoughtfully included lip balm and a small makeup mirror, showing a better understanding of female guests' needs than even the Rosewood Hong Kong. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing.
Regarding service, the staff were warm and attentive, but there are two areas for improvement: firstly, if they could offer a glass of water or a drink to guests waiting to check in, it would be a more considerate touch; secondly, for turn-down service, if they could proactively remove the paper seal from the slippers instead of just placing them by the bed, the experience would be even more refined.

MM430667****The manager was incredibly kind and gave us a room with a fantastic view. Even though we only stayed for one night, I felt it was excellent value for money. It's also very conveniently located, about a ten-minute walk from Prince Edward MTR Station. I'll definitely come back again next time!

GGuest UserIt was an amazing stay! The thing I liked was that the room was spacious and we had a balcony. This would’ve been a perfect 10/10 if it weren’t for the toilet problem our room had. But the hotel was so accommodating and made sure our room was cleaned every day because of the toilet issue. I would definitely consider coming back.
GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary dinnerware. The views were open and expansive. While the location might be a bit challenging for first-time visitors to Hong Kong, the hotel offers several complimentary shuttle services to and from Central daily. The Pedder Street shuttle stop is conveniently located at the bus station near Central MTR Exit D1. There's also a stop at IFC, but I haven't personally used it, so it's best to inquire with the hotel for specific boarding points.
If you prefer taking public transport, from Admiralty Station Exit B, turn right for about ten meters onto Tamar Street, then turn right again and walk twenty meters to the bus stop for the 12A. It's only two stops to the hotel, at the 'YWCA' stop. From there, walk back about twenty meters to reach the hotel.
When heading back to the hotel from Central, the 12A bus is also the best option. It will first go to Admiralty Bus Terminus and stop for a few minutes while the driver takes a break. You can simply wait on the bus; there's no need to purchase another ticket. I figured this out after staying for four days, as the 12A is a short circular route specifically designed for MacDonnell Road residents. Every time I queued at Admiralty, I'd see people already on board, leading me to conclude they had traveled from Central and were waiting to go up the hill back to MacDonnell Road.
GGan Yung ChyanRegala Skycity Hotel is the nearest airport hotel of Terminal 2 of Hong Kong Chep Lap Kok Airport. The first free shuttle bus service starts at 6.15 am from the bus interchange at Terminal 2. Waiting bay is between lanes 9 and 11. Late check-out is allowed upon request until 1 pm.
As my experience goes, there is no need to pay room deposit of HK$500 after paying for the room rate in full at Trip.com. If the guest chose to pay at the hotel, HK$500 which is roughly around S$83, is required. The hotel allows rooms for day use until 6 pm and room deposit is required.
I chose to stay at Regala Skycity Hotel in order to review its rooftop as the hotel promotes the use of its rooftop for physical exercises and plane-spotting. The rooftop is above the twelfth floor, two fire doors up from the eleventh floor.
On the rooftop, I can see jets flying towards the direction of the sea above the rooftop. If an aeroplane flies towards the airport in the opposite direction, plane-spotting can be done at the twelfth floor corridor end-window. It is amazing that jets can be seen flying towards the airport above the sea. Hong Kong Airport Terminal 1 and Regala Airport Hotel can also be noticed.
Focal length is 200mm to 500mm. In the afternoon after check-out, I am grateful that the receptionist allows me to go up to the rooftop again for plane-spotting till sun set with out paying for a room for day use.
About the small, comfortable room that I stayed, the garden view is not that magnificent. There are no trees fortunately. There are no bottles of mineral water in the room. Heat a kettle of water and pour the water into the hotel's glass bottle to drink later.
About the shower room, the anti-slip mattress is available for use.
The hotel restaurant serves complimentary breakfast with Hong Kong-style breakfast as the highlight. There is no American-style breakfast to eat.
It is very expensive to stay in Regala Skycity Hotel but I will stay here again for the purpose of plane-spotting if there were new airliners flying to the airport at the appropriate time.

GGuest UserIn my early years, I often collaborated with the Kerry Group. If the 80s belonged to the Ritz-Carlton and the 90s to Hilton, then Shangri-La has since reigned as a 'heaven on earth,' truly living up to its name. If you're tired of monotonous experiences, then after trying the 'local flavor old-brand royal' hotels in Hong Kong and Macau, you'll tell yourself not to challenge yourself again as you get older. These '特色皇家老牌' (characteristic royal old-brand) hotels will only transport you back to 1960s state-run guesthouses, complete with grumpy staff, rattling air conditioners, and 'flavorful' showers that fluctuate between hot and cold – much like the declining British Empire. Be kind to yourself. Stepping into the familiar Shangri-La lobby, it's a unique experience, like escaping a disaster. After returning from Victoria Peak to Hong Kong University, I had the best sleep I've ever had in Hong Kong. The service is excellent in that it doesn't add to your troubles when you're already feeling weary. Aside from some doormen who exhibit a 'Hong Kong style' of judging people, everything else is outstanding. Especially noteworthy is the polite and graceful lobby manager in red. I witnessed a small incident where she treated customers speaking Japanese and Chinese with equal respect – a definite plus. A unique environmental feature is that Hong Kong Park acts as the hotel's backyard, a luxury usually reserved for national guesthouses.
ZZhouzhouaichifanService: The service was excellent. We were coming from Wedding Card Street and were about to head into Hopewell Centre when a staff member immediately came over and directed us to the nearest hotel elevator. This saved us a lot of unnecessary walking, which was a huge relief after a full day of exploring on foot.
Check-in was also very quick and met all my needs.
When checking out, as soon as we exited the elevator, a staff member was there to collect the room key card and asked if we needed to store our luggage.
After retrieving our luggage, the staff member thoughtfully helped communicate our destination to the taxi driver and assisted with our bags. In other cities, hotels at this price point simply don't offer this kind of service. This hotel significantly boosted my impression of Hong Kong. I will definitely choose it again on my next visit.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was very good.
Facilities: The hotel had all the necessary facilities, and among the hotels I considered, the room size here was definitely superior.
Environment: It's actually very close to the MTR station; just cross the road from Lee Tung Avenue. There are also many delicious small eateries in the residential area next to the hotel.
GGuest UserGreat stay! The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the exhibition hall, which was extremely convenient for business travelers. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and overall value for money was excellent.
Llujingming5498The hotel is very new. The family room with two double beds was perfect for two adults and two children. Our high-floor room had a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It's not on a main road, so it was completely quiet at night. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the MTR station, and it takes around 30 minutes by MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near the MTR station.
We booked a room without breakfast, but decided to buy it the day before at the front desk for 110 HKD per person. As other guests mentioned, the breakfast selection is quite limited. However, considering a bowl of noodles at a Hong Kong *cha chaan teng* (local diner) can cost 40-50 HKD, it's not too expensive. If you want to save money, you could always grab something from the convenience store downstairs.
JJoyce淼淼Having lived in Hong Kong for over 10 years, this is the first time I've booked a hotel with such great value for money. First off, the location is superb – it's just a 3-minute walk from Jordan MTR station. There are all sorts of restaurants nearby, catering to every budget. Plus, the room is very spacious, clean, and hygienic. The front desk staff were also very warm and polite. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I have clients or friends visiting in the future.
LLenuciaThe location is fabulous as it is close to the Bay and walking distance to all of the shopping areas. The rooms are however very dated . The beds are very firm/hard and uncomfortable. We were in an upgraded room so the room size was good. The bar fridge did not work in either of our rooms. There is no USB charging ports so you would need the relative adaptors to charge any device.
Please note that this hotel charges a 500$ (Hong Kong) per night . This is only refundable 15 to 30 days after check out For me this was an issue as the hotel is dated and the deposit is not relative to the hotel accommodation. .
.
The bfast is good with a selection of Indian , Chinese, Vietnamese and Western options. The Asian bfast was very good . The other options lacked variation. The bfast was good overall .
I do hope that the hotel rooms are refurbished in the future as it is in the perfect location. The staff are also friendly .
