DDr. UmairThis hotel is phenomenal and I can't recommend it enough. The staff, from the moment I arrived, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mr. Abdallah Al Ansari, in particular, was exceptional—so knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were both seamless, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a magnificent, mouth-watering feast after performing Omra.
A major highlight is the location, just a five-minute walk to Gate 79 of Al Haram. The hotel also holds the Guinness World Record for the highest suspended prayer room in the world, an amazing feature that adds to an already wonderful experience.

GGuest UserHotel in a very good location, right in front of a shopping bazaar, everything nearby, next to McDonald's and KFC but also a d'ère restaurants..Aparthotel nothing special, just a little lacking in kitchen facilities, otherwise everything there..Service could be a bit better, I wanted to pay twice, only after I had called my broker and showed them my Paypal transfer did I get confirmation from the manager. So I had to wait with my family in the somewhat lavish foyer after an hours-long drive through the desert, there was no apology or anything like that..Never ever is my motto@@@@Miracle

I’ve travelled extensively across multiple countries and stayed in countless hotels, from luxury chains to boutique properties, but I can confidently say this: the customer service I received here was the best I’ve ever experienced. Mr. Sultan went above and beyond in every possible way — his professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made us feel instantly welcomed and well taken care of.
While the rooms themselves were decent and comfortable, it was the exceptional service that made this stay memorable. Mr. Sultan's attention to detail and genuine care didn’t just enhance our stay at the hotel — it elevated our entire trip. It’s rare to find someone who leaves such a positive impression in such a short time, but he did exactly that.
If you're visiting Taif and value top-tier hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Platinum Park — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Sultan, you’re in for a truly standout experience.

EErna ZaabarI stayed at Fakhamat Aldyar Service Apartment during my visit to Taif. The reception staff was polite and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The apartment had two rooms and one toilet, and everything was fine and comfortable.
One of the best parts of the stay was the convenient location—restaurants were just a short walking distance away, making meals easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
