Facilities: Complete equipment, no toothbrush or toothpaste
Hygiene: Clean and tidy
Environment: The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes walk from the Peace Palace
Service: Very good, and they even gave me a comb
Friendly service and nice room with free drinks in the mini bar (in many hotels these days they are empty).
It is unclear to me that the parking costs are 19.95 euros. It was not clearly stated prior to the stay and during check-in.
Eventually these were waived by the beverage manager. Friendly man.
I will come here again despite the Danish lady behind the reception who was rather sharp and curt.

Good hotel in relation to location and comfort of rooms. Had a room at side.of hotel so view was great and noise level was low. Bit stingy on the coffee and tea and had to request more. Hotel looks high class but is just a regular, run of the mill hotel. Only services available is food available from 5-9.30pm and then a bar service. Bar staff are obnoxious and egocentric though so atmosphere is bad. All other hotel staff are great. No leisure centre or fitness center. No vending machine either just overpriced snacks and water available at reception.

The location is great , close to city Center and museum, just 2 minutes walk from the closest tram station to get off.
Thought there is a restaurant in hotel from the photos but indeed just a dinning area together with the front desk area which only provides breakfast.
Large room, bed and toilet are clean , kitchen is good too if you wish to cook, more homie feelings to stay in here, but the sofa in my room was having some stains.
Also the room is quite (no noise from outside) , feeling secured too as solo traveller. Originally thought the washer is inside my room, but actually are all in the public washer & dryer room, tho 24 hours open, btw no washing powder provided you need to bring or buy yourself. Still good for long-trip traveller.
Overall is not a bad stay with this location and room size , maybe not the best but still worth the prize
The reception is extremely disrespectful. As a businessman traveling around the world, I think I have experience in many hotels. The hotel is a 4 star hotel. It definitely does not deserve 5 stars. The rooms are small and simple. The beds are mediocre. The breakfast is Cafe style. They take a deposit of 100 euros at the entrance. I was satisfied with the room the next day. I asked for a change because I couldn't stay. They asked for a second deposit for a new reservation. I said there was a deposit included. It was for the first reservation. We will refund it to your account after a week. The same hotel is disrespectful enough to ask for a second deposit for a different room and arrogant enough to treat its customers as thieves. I definitely do not recommend it. In terms of hotel standard, it is really 4 stars at most, definitely not 5 stars. The rooms are 3 stars.
Very good, there is a bus stop nearby that goes directly to Leiden Railway Station. The room is very clean and the front desk is very friendly and professional.
Hotel is a bit far out, but there is a bus that goes to Delft city centre. Best to take a taxi or Uber if having luggages. Room is of a good size, mattress is on the soft side for me and pillow is too high, need to self make my own pillow.
Service is superb, staffs are very friendly and super helpful. They all carry genuine smile and always offer help.
Breakfast is simple, but still good enough to start a day.
Room making can be improved, sometimes used towel is left on the desk, tissue paper not refilled and etc. In general I would still recommend this hotel if you are going for business or need to stay around that area.
Smart hotel in a good location for exploring historical Gouda. Well-equipped and comfortable room - with kettles available (although not in the room as standard). Nice high pressure shower, good aircon, nice, quiet room. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked really nice. There was lots of rather strange, slightly unnerving artwork of people eating cheese... The artwork looked AI generated and overall felt cheap and at odds with the rest of the hotel's design.
The hotel made a show about being eco and 'environmental', however the bathroom cups were wrapped in plastic - this is completely needless (no one ever wraps the coffee cups in plastic!).
Worryingly, on check-in the receptionist insisted that I hadn't paid in advance and made me pay on the spot. When I later checked this I found that, as I thought, I HAD indeed paid in advance. To be fair, when I showed her evidence on my phone she immediately initiated a refund, but really - how can that be allowed to happen?? Surely it should all be on the hotel's system. If I hadn't spotted the mistake I would have paid twice. Not impressed!

GGavin AndrewGreat to have an apartment experience at lower than hotel prices. It doesn't get cleaned every day, but not a problem if you are used to tidying up after yourself.
Location is in the heart of the city - shopping, conference centre, restos and bars are all within walking distance. I would def choose again.
YYuliusGreat location at the shopping malls district. You can find lots of shopping around the hotel area. The lobby lounge is really cosy and quite, great to chill and enjoy your morning coffee.
GGuest UserThe hotel equipment is relatively simple, but the space is very spacious. It is only when you start to enter the room, you will obviously find that the floor is dusty and hair, and the kitchen supplies are also dusty. Later, the hotel staff was notified to clean it again, and it was relatively clean!
GGuest UserIt was a great little aparthotel type of accommodation near the beach. It is on the cutest little beach street with a dozen of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The beds were very comfortable. The little minikitchen has what you need for a couple of days or longer. The hotel staff was beyond kind and helpful!
GGuest UserA place to stay comfortably like home.
But there is no elevator, so you have to move your luggage to a narrow staircase. It's very hard.
But the lake in front of the house, the restaurants, everything is a great combination.
I recommend it.
马马斯基日The space is large and the scenery is beautiful, but the blond waiter at the front desk is not friendly enough and very impatient. Inquiries about the train station were ignorant, but the other waiters were very good, and finally learned about swimming.
