MunchiemonWe stayed here for 6days and 5 nights. The room was as per described - great lighting, spacious, wonderful view of the city and amenities were more than sufficient. Location was great as well - right smack in the heart of George Town. Only complain we have is the lift service - almost everyday we had to wait ridiculously long for the lift and it’s always full. In total there were 4 lifts. If we wanted to head down from level 12 to level 1, for some reason some of the lifts would not come down to level 12 to pick us (stuck at level 18 or some other level). While the other two lifts are always full.

Anonymous UserHave booked last minute. The overall experience is good. Room is quite. But the corridors is a bit scary as total quite. It is a building for official space and room. Very basic facilities are provided by them but is enough for an overnight stay. Downstairs has some eating place and shop for u to buy drinks and food. The water provided are super tiny 2 bottles hence is not enough. If u are solo female and not too adventurous, u might feel unsafe. It is ok for me and I hv a good rest.

The route to the hotel is a bit strange, but overall it looks good. But check the accommodation before coming.

Hui Mun Lee✅ Pros📍 Excellent location – food, cafés, and convenience stores are within walking distance.🛏️ Spacious room – comfortable for 4 adults.📺 Well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV, and basic amenities.🚿 Large bathroom.
❌ Cons📲 No check-in instructions from operator were sent in advance; I had to contact the airbnb operator myself.. 🛗 Only 4 elevators, and waiting time can be long.⚠️ Floor was quite slippery.🧺 Towels looked old and slightly stained.
🚘 Parking Tips, register at the lobby, submit your car plate number, and collect your access card to enjoy the RM9 flat-rate parking fee.

Guest UserThe room very spacious and clean. But the room wasn't well soundproofed, and it was very noisy due to the main road. Corner room have a very big window, it’s very warm when the sun shines into the room.

AilvyoudexiaoyangzaiOur first choice for a family of four! The hotel is very clean, with two rooms – one for the kids and one for the adults. It has a fridge, microwave, water purifier, and induction cooker. Great value for money, and the rooftop open-air pool is fantastic with amazing night views. There are many restaurants downstairs, and it's about a 20-25 minute walk to the Street Art area, making it a great city for a city walk. The Japanese restaurant right outside the hotel is super delicious and highly recommended! No complaints besides the late check-in time, which is after 3 PM.

Desmond solo travelThe check in instructions need to be more specific. Like from the guard house how it will not charge you parking fees. And where to park before you get the key from the mail room. The swimming pool is at level 11 also not in the check in information. Like the swimming pool and the gym. But the water is too cold. Especially after 7pm. The small kids feel too cold and can swim only 1 mins. The rooftop at level 42 have a panoramic view of George Town. And a chess set for playing. The lobby have a Bila Bila mart at tower B. Tower A have a family mart vending machine.

Azmy AminI would hv given it 10/10 if only the smell in the bathroom can be eliminated. I have to settle for 9.5/10. Maybe can use those drainage foam cleaner to clean the water drainage outlet. But the overall unit we stayed was very clean. Have all the amenities even for children ( board games) and a baby crib. It is muslim friendly with the sejadah, telekung provided and separate utensils labeled for muslim guest usage. Another quirks a little confusing is the AI careline bot which says can retrieve the access card from mail room but then approached the reception at lobby they already hv the access card with them. Maybe can fine tune the check in process. Anyway, it is a good place to stay and recommended.

AiWen507This apartment was great, very clean and new. The facilities were also quite complete, with everything you'd expect. The location is convenient if you're driving, very close to the Queensbay mall and airport.
My daughter also very enjoyed the swimming pool!!
I only realized I'd forgotten my charger after I got home, but the housekeeping staff found it and pass to the management. The person in charge mailed it back to me. I'm so grateful to them!!
Thank you very much!

TszHo778The day before your arrival, the room service will message you about key collection. Just show your check-in confirmation to the security guard downstairs, ask them to open the door, and grab your key from the left. Customer service will send you a comprehensive document; make sure to read it carefully, as it's very well-organized. The building is disinfected daily, and the elevators are kept clean. There's a Starbucks and a convenience store right downstairs. I was on the 22nd floor, and the noise wasn't too noticeable. The view was also quite good, and the room rate was incredibly reasonable—much better than what I experienced in Guangzhou. Unless you're staying in a high-end four or five-star hotel, I'd definitely recommend this type of serviced apartment for travel. If you're considering guesthouses in George Town and have high expectations for your accommodation, I wouldn't really suggest them. The motorcycle noise there is beyond imagination, and since it's a heritage area, their sewage system is quite old. However, if you're not particular, it can offer a unique charm. Overall, everything was great. The residents here are very friendly, and I never had to wait long for the elevator, contrary to what some online reviews mentioned. My longest wait was never more than 30 seconds. A local driver told me that this is a newer area, so the location isn't ideal for tourists if you want to walk everywhere; you'll need to take a taxi unless you're driving. But I personally found it quite good. If you plan on exploring, you'll need to taxi to George Town daily, which is usually about a 15-minute ride, so that's a bit of a downside. Otherwise, I'd choose this type of travel accommodation over a four or five-star beachfront hotel. I had a spacious apartment all to myself, which was fantastic. These are all my thoughts, and I hope they help with your decision.
