The hotel is quite close to major attractions. The infinity pool on the 36th floor is a major highlight and definitely worth checking out. The room decor is new, and the facilities are well-equipped, but there's a strong renovation smell, and limited space for personal belongings. The front desk staff are welcoming. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of three days or more. However, there's a charge for luggage storage after check-out. Overall, I recommend staying here!

Had a really pleasant stay at Georgetown Urban Suite. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with the necessary facilities. The overall environment was cosy and relaxing, making it a great place to stay after a long day exploring Penang. The location was also convenient and easy to get around from. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Disappointing Experience – Major Improvements Needed for Room 31-05 – Severe Hygiene, Safety, and Communication Issues. I hope management takes this review seriously. We stayed in room 31-05 for 3 days and 2 nights (RM200 deposit required) and had a very stressful stay. We encountered rove beetles daily, which caused great anxiety for my family over potential skin infections. Additionally, the hygiene needs urgent attention as there was a blood stain on our duvet cover. Housekeeping was not provided, and basic items like slippers, tissues, and a full-length mirror (or any mirror in the main bedroom area) were missing. Finally, communication and security must be upgraded. There are no CCTVs in the lifts, and there is no direct line of contact to the front desk during an emergency. I have emailed management directly to resolve this but have yet to receive a reply. I expect management for prompt response.

My stay here was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and quick to assist whenever needed. The hotel's location is also very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. It's suitable for both short stays and longer trips. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance next time. 👍

The route to the hotel is a bit strange, but overall it looks good. But check the accommodation before coming.

The location, convenience, facilities, and service were all excellent. The only minor drawback was that the bedsheets and duvet weren't very clean. I hope they can pay more attention to cleanliness and disinfection.

✅ Pros📍 Excellent location – food, cafés, and convenience stores are within walking distance.🛏️ Spacious room – comfortable for 4 adults.📺 Well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV, and basic amenities.🚿 Large bathroom. ❌ Cons📲 No check-in instructions from operator were sent in advance; I had to contact the airbnb operator myself.. 🛗 Only 4 elevators, and waiting time can be long.⚠️ Floor was quite slippery.🧺 Towels looked old and slightly stained. 🚘 Parking Tips, register at the lobby, submit your car plate number, and collect your access card to enjoy the RM9 flat-rate parking fee.

The service was tip top. We had a pleasant stay. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff offered to upgrade us to a room with kitchen without any charges and allow us to have early check in. The infinite swimming pool has great view, the gym too! The room air conditioning is very cold, the room renovation is very new and clean! They even have spoon & folks, bowls, pots, stoves, fridge, oven if you want to do some small cooking for you and your kids. The only downfall it is around 8km from Georgetown so grab will take 20-30 minutes + because Penang is quite jam. But if it is still acceptable! And to Pulau Tikus is nearer, 3km+, Pulau Tikus has a lot of good food!

5* for the amenities and everything. I traveled with family (2 adults + 4 children) and it is a very convenient stay to all of us. We really enjoyed our stay even though we arrived late at night. Easily accessible, self service and worth the price you pay. The thing i love the most is the mattress and the pillow. I even peek inside to look at the pillows brand. You just feel like a home away from home

I would hv given it 10/10 if only the smell in the bathroom can be eliminated. I have to settle for 9.5/10. Maybe can use those drainage foam cleaner to clean the water drainage outlet. But the overall unit we stayed was very clean. Have all the amenities even for children ( board games) and a baby crib. It is muslim friendly with the sejadah, telekung provided and separate utensils labeled for muslim guest usage. Another quirks a little confusing is the AI careline bot which says can retrieve the access card from mail room but then approached the reception at lobby they already hv the access card with them. Maybe can fine tune the check in process. Anyway, it is a good place to stay and recommended.
