The best accommodation so far with a variety of facilities like a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. The unit provided was also in good and clean condition, with basic needs such as a refrigerator, water purifier, android tv with a netflix account, and even a washing machine provided. Will definitely come back again in the future 😍

Communication was quite seamless and friendly though info is only provided a day before check-in.. Check-in and out was pretty easy. Most amenities are provided within the apartment such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, even toothbrushes. Apartment is quite spacious and all electrical appliances were in working order including a water dispenser, projector (inclu apps like YouTube, Netflix), refrigerator (freezer is top notch 😁), washing machine. Location wise is ok; with Grab, everywhere is pretty accessible. 😁

We’re 5 people (family) We got 2 bedrooms ( 2 king beds each room so totally 4 king beds) - Bed and pillows are so comfortable, we had a great sleep here - Room is clean - View is so amazing - location is good not far from George Town แนะนำเลยค่ะ สำหรับใครที่มาเป็นครอบครัวแล้วกำลังหาที่พักในปีนัง ที่นี่สะดวกสบายมากๆ ห้องใหญ่ ห้องสะอาด แต่ต้องซื้อน้ำดื่มเข้ามาเองนะคะ ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองจอร์จทาวน์ และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ มีwifi ให้ใช้ด้วย

The studio apartment style room which i booked was very nice with a view of the beach and a spacious balcony. Check in was a smooth procedure. Lots of parking space is available too. The room was furnished with good and somewhat new furniture. Guests get private access to the beach on top of the swimming pool / jacuzzi access. It was a very comfortable stay for us and we plan to repeat this stay for when we are back in Penang!

The host of Little Cabin ( the caretaker of the unit) required my personal information thru WhatsApp prior to checking in. While I had booked thru trip.com, it was baseless for me to provide personal details thru WhatsApp. Upon checking in at the Little Cabin office, the host had sent me a PDF file of the car park and check in guide which was an unsecured file to be viewed. The same was conveyed to the host who took no further action. Location - a busy area during peak hours, surrounded by eateries, supermarket, convenience store & mall. Accommodation - Nice view, quiet environment, clean interior except for the TV control(s) which was damaged and TV had no signal. I made a WatsApp Complaint with photos to the host, but no action was taken. Rest was all well.

Spacious and reasonably clean environment. Provided with microwave, kettle and refrigerator too. Lovely view from large windows. Very conveniently located, close to several food outlets. Ample free indoor parking facilities for guests. Great value, highly recommended.

Satisfying stay, good security, magnificent Penang bridge view from the balcony and window of the master bed room… but morning Muslim prayer from the nearby mosque may wake one up very early.  Room service is top notch, more efficient than a 5 star international hotel.  Nice comfortable resort feel lounge with a hot and cold drinking water dispenser, lounge is also equipped with 2 pool tables, a gym, table tennis table and bats, badminton/basketball court, a swimming pool and a small waterfall koi pond.  Snacks and breakfast are sold at a cost.

The seaview and location is fantastic, however the facilities is under maintenance... The water heater and shower head is broken... It is challenging to shower by holding the shower head...

Highly recommended. The living space is cozy and practical. Facilities including gym and infinity pool are clean and well maintained with stunning view. The only drawback was the parking facility, which is too narrow and can be challenging to navigate.

We loved this house very much! Rarely find this kind of BNB actually especially during last minute booking. It was a great option especially for family with kids. What we loved about this house: 1) Great setup of bedrooms with playground and variety of toys. 2) Got 4 queen beds and comfortable pillows. Cozy bedrooms. 3) Equipped with electrical items (hairdryer, iron + iron board, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooking pans, plates, utensils, etc.) 4) Huge tv projector and cozy sofa. 5) Bathrooms with toothbrush sets, tissues. 6) Very nice view especially at night. 7) Convenient parking, very helpful and attentive staff & security. 8) Easy check in and early check out. 9) Housekeeping is available upon request. 10) Food servings option is also available. Some improvement suggestions: 1) Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned (toilet bowl, corner of the wall). 2) Limited lifts per floor. Only 3 lifts for 41 floors. But still manageable to get lift on time. 3) May be better if can install wall fan in the bedrooms (to dry out the damp floor). 4) Also, much better if the unit has a washing machine option. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Once in a lifetime for having great BNB like this. Very recommended!
