Iilonka-zExcellent hotel location. The fully equipped kitchen, ironing board with iron, and hairdryer are all available. If you need anything, you can contact staff via WhatsApp, and it will be delivered quickly. The room was clean and spacious. Nice pool and jacuzzi, plus a well-equipped gym. Upon check-in, we were asked for a 200 RM refundable deposit, but only in cash. We had a pleasant stay.

YYoyo CHVery kind receptionist in lobby, who assisted my dad from the seat when noticing him having difficulties to get up. The unit was very clean, though a little bit of smell in toilet, i think it’s due to the piping system of high-rise building. Nice front room with city view. The another room besude entrance is a bit crowded. No wardrobe/clothes hanger, only coat stands. Convenient location with various local eateries in walking distance. Value for the money.

The room has two separate bedrooms, so you won't disturb each other while sleeping; one bedroom is larger than the other. There's a convenience store in the lobby on the first floor. If you're staying for consecutive nights, there's no cleaning service in between. The price is quite reasonable.

CCHIAN HAWUrban Suites provides basic amenities like a kettle, towels, and 2-in-1 hair & body shampoo. There is also a washing machine available, which is convenient for longer stays. It also has an exceptionally good night view from rooftop 42 level. Check in was easy, carpark is easy to navigate as well. However, there are several areas that could be improved: 1. Only one ceramic cup was provided, while the rest were plastic cups and plastic bowls. 2. A meat cutting knife was provided, but there was no small fruit knife. 3. The shower head was damaged, causing uneven water flow. 4. The iron was dirty and unusable for ironing clothes. 5. The sofa was too hard and not very comfortable. 6. The worst part was the lift waiting time — during peak hours, waiting for the lift could take 10–15 minutes.

TTszHo778The day before your arrival, the room service will message you about key collection. Just show your check-in confirmation to the security guard downstairs, ask them to open the door, and grab your key from the left. Customer service will send you a comprehensive document; make sure to read it carefully, as it's very well-organized. The building is disinfected daily, and the elevators are kept clean. There's a Starbucks and a convenience store right downstairs. I was on the 22nd floor, and the noise wasn't too noticeable. The view was also quite good, and the room rate was incredibly reasonable—much better than what I experienced in Guangzhou. Unless you're staying in a high-end four or five-star hotel, I'd definitely recommend this type of serviced apartment for travel. If you're considering guesthouses in George Town and have high expectations for your accommodation, I wouldn't really suggest them. The motorcycle noise there is beyond imagination, and since it's a heritage area, their sewage system is quite old. However, if you're not particular, it can offer a unique charm. Overall, everything was great. The residents here are very friendly, and I never had to wait long for the elevator, contrary to what some online reviews mentioned. My longest wait was never more than 30 seconds. A local driver told me that this is a newer area, so the location isn't ideal for tourists if you want to walk everywhere; you'll need to take a taxi unless you're driving. But I personally found it quite good. If you plan on exploring, you'll need to taxi to George Town daily, which is usually about a 15-minute ride, so that's a bit of a downside. Otherwise, I'd choose this type of travel accommodation over a four or five-star beachfront hotel. I had a spacious apartment all to myself, which was fantastic. These are all my thoughts, and I hope they help with your decision.

Areas for Improvement: It would be great to have more breakfast options available. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

GGuest UserThe location is good, making it convenient to take a taxi to Georgetown attractions. The room is relatively new and modern. The service, however, felt a bit robotic, as is often the case with apartment-style accommodations, not quite on par with hotel service. The biggest issue was the elevators. On our first day, during peak hours, we waited over an hour for an elevator because one was broken. Even during regular peak times, the wait was consistently long, and the elevators themselves were hot and stuffy. Overall, for a family traveling with multiple people, it offers good value for money. However, if you have the budget, I'd still recommend staying at a hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel was great, very clean, probably because it's newly built. It even has USB ports for charging, which is really convenient. Having a water server in the room was a huge plus. The location is good too, with a bus stop nearby. On the rooftop, there's a pool and a gym. The 11th floor has a play area and a bar counter-like space where you can eat takeout food, and there were even ashtrays for smokers. There's also a convenience store next to the front desk. I'm definitely coming back! Thank you.
