The hotel is ideal, very large, they gave us an apartment separate from the hotel. It is the highest hotel in all of Agadir, everything is very friendly and the breakfast is very complete

Excellent welcome. The staff in general are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is served at your table with everything you desire, and politely. The maintenance and hygiene service is very good. Secure parking. Flawless.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Résidence Igoudar from July 19th to August 7th, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Before our arrival, I had inquired about the possibility of having a large refrigerator, as we were staying for 19 days. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Mr. EL MAHDI BOUCHETTOU at the reception. He immediately informed us that the requested refrigerator had been installed in our apartment. This thoughtful gesture truly pleased us. Additionally, he kindly helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment. Always smiling, welcoming, professional, and available throughout our stay, he deserves our highest praise. We would also like to extend our warmest thanks to Ms. HOURIYA MANSOURI, the housekeeper. She was incredibly kind and always very helpful. She assisted us in settling in upon arrival and almost daily checked in to see if we needed anything. Her professionalism, availability, and kindness deeply touched us. We also send our sincere thanks to the entire management of Résidence Igoudar for accommodating our request for the large refrigerator. This gesture greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. It was beautiful - well maintained clean apartments and the host was absolutely amazing to tell us everything and guide with whatever help is needed.

I recently stayed at Sables Dior and overall had a decent experience. The rooms were big and spacious with plenty of space to relax, which was a real plus. However, the rooms only had curtains instead of blinds, and the bathroom felt a bit outdated – the toilet and taps showed signs of rust, which took away from the overall comfort. On the positive side, the service really stood out. Everyone working there was warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff, in particular, were fantastic – they were so kind and attentive, especially with the children, which made meals a really pleasant experience. Overall, while the facilities could use some updates, the excellent service and friendliness of the staff made the stay enjoyable.

A truly disrepairing hotel. The only saving grace was the wonderful maids, who went out of their way to improve the experience. When three people checked in, there was only one fork and one knife in the room! No spoons. Luckily, they brought everything we needed later, upon request. We stayed during the rainy season, and the door was swollen with moisture and was difficult to open and close. Water was leaking onto the floor of the room. There were a lot of cats, most of them ragged and sick. It's impossible to walk around the grounds with a stroller—it's all steps—so we left the stroller upstairs by the reception desk, and the local cats took to sleeping in it. Someone even poured dry food right into the stroller!!!!! The lounge chairs by the pool are comfortable with soft mattresses. But the whole place is also occupied by cats.

Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect room… couldn’t fault it! Only problem I had was after coming back from the beach and going to shower, the water went cold. I had my brother check reception to let them know multiple times throughout an hour but nobody was there. I was left in a cold shower soaking wet with shampoo still in my hair for an hour waiting for some help. Rang the stayhere call line multiple times and no outcome. I had to finish having a cold shower. I was very angry at the time. We also had a guy knock on our door asking for 600dirhams in ‘city tax’. Trip.com were very helpful in this matter and refunded me the £49.

Аппартаменты достаточно просторные, есть балкон и кухня с кухонными принадлежностями. Нет моющих средств. Белье и полотенца чистые, хотя и не новые. Чисто и аккуратно. Отель старый, в колониальном стиле. В номерах не ловит интернет. Только возле рецепшена. Есть 2 бассейна и лежаки. До океана пешком минут 10. Рядом есть кафе с местными блюдами по умеренной цене. Отель достаточно хорош на недолгое пребывание. Общее впечатление- приятное.

Spacious and clean. Kettle and hob with pans,glasses and cutlery provided. All good and comfortable. However one major downside is that loud music from downstairs or nextdoor could be heard late into the night every night which made sleeping difficult. Also we found most of the nice cafés and restaurants are at the other end of the beach. We used taxis to get there. This area seemed to have more night clubs.
