Super good hotel! Everything was perfect, in particular the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, helping me to book a massage and also recommending and reserving a good sashimi restaurant at short notice. Great view of Fukuyama Castle from the window. Even a massage chair in the room, the first time I’ve ever seen this in a hotel room! Great location in a lively area.

We had an excellent experience. The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk to both the bullet train station and the tram station. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to Tokyo standards. We had two suitcases, a stroller, and a carry-on bag, and everything fit comfortably in the room. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast with items like muffins, croissants, buns, juice, and coffee, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything they served. We would definitely recommend staying at Nest Hotel Hiroshima Ekimae!

The hotel is very clean, the front desk is warm and considerate, and they also prepared bath powders with different scents for you to choose from. I stayed in a room on the 6th floor with a nice view!

Very good location, walking distance from all major sites. Staff very friendly and helful. Great breakfast, quality food and impecable staff. Wide variety of food, both asian and western. SPA from L’Occitanne amazing. Really worth a try! Will recommend to stay here to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

The location is super convenient, on the second floor of Onomichi Station. The total number of rooms is very small, which may be why I cannot book this hotel on other platforms. The washbasin in the room is a bit low, and it is outside the bathroom. The movement and height are not used to it. The room design is lovely, you can overlook the entire harbor from the window, and there is also a raised tatami seating area~ There is a 7-11 downstairs. Although it is not 24 hours a day, it is very convenient~

The hotel is just across from the station, with the beach and commercial street just outside, many restaurants and cafes, and about 15 minutes walk to the cableway, the location is very convenient. It is clean and the room is large, but the problem is that there is no humidifier and it is very dry when the air conditioner is turned on.

The evening buffet had a wide variety of food, and beer and wine were all-you-can-drink. Pancakes ordered in the morning were also included. In the lounge, water, tea, and soft drinks were all-you-can-drink, and ice cream and momiji manju were even available for free, so we used them many times when we came back drenched in sweat in the middle of summer. The whole family was very satisfied, and it's a place we'd like to stay again and recommend to our friends.

I used it for the second time because the food was good. The reviews were bad, but it wasn't that bad, so I came with my family. The room was 606 and the reservation at the time was for an ocean view, but when I opened the window, it was a mountain. I was deceived 😭 The room was spacious and nice, but it's a hot spring hotel, so there was nothing to hang the towels I used, so I had to hang them on a hanger and use them again... I had the same problem the first time, so I called the front desk and they said they didn't have them, and they lied 😅 They said they would give me a replacement bath towel if I went to the front desk, but I don't want a troublesome bath towel 😔 If they give it to me every time I go to the hot spring, I would like them to put it in the bath. Is it a foreign company? Maybe it's good because foreigners don't take baths that often. It's a shame because the food is good. It's a shame.

Overall its a good hotel with very good service. Location next to hiroshima station which was very convenient. However, disappointed with buffet dinner. Although hotel guest were offered 25% off. Mainly because of quality and most food offered were cold. For example, the grilled beef was not a slice as in the picture. It came in a small bowl with 2 tiny finger size beef which was cold. You know what happens when you put cold fat beef in your mouth! The buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory either. Sam kind of salad as dinner. For me i am a very simple person. Let me have my bacon and eggs, toast and coffee, i would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was not so! The eggs were fried in a bowl (cold as usual ) and there was something between ham and bacon but not everyday. Again most of the food were cold! Imagine a cold winter day of 1 degree celcius outside. And having to eat food that were not even warm! I would very much like to stay there again but would not eat there. Finally, i provided my credit card for check in so that any charges incurred could be deducted. But do not understand why they wanted me to pay for the buffet dinner first? Even though i had given them my room number? I obviously have no problem paying for anything!

The lobby feels advanced and the staff is good at serving! Quiet sleep well! The room is not big, and the large suitcase can only be opened one to one. The light is fierce, see the whole is clean and clean Local specialty handwritten letters can be purchased in the lobby
