Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer.
And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,.
He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it.
Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality.
The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.
Clean room and bathroom, medium size, good location, easy to find and move around. The problem is: all the rooms 501, 502, 503 are on a 5th floor and there’s is no elevator; so you’ll have to carry up your suitcase. Also, floors 2 to 4 are not part of the hotel, so be aware of the noise if you arrive late at night. And, there’s is no place to or way to keep your luggage after check out (check out is at 10am, so if your next train leaves later during the day of check out; you’ll have to take the luggage with you)
RIVER WEST HIROSHIMA offers accommodations in Ōsukachō, a 17-minute walk from Myoei-ji Temple and 1.1 miles from Chosho-in Temple. This apartment features air-conditioned accommodations with a balcony and free Wifi. The property is 0.8 miles from the city center and a 6-minute walk from Hiroshima Station.
Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a private bathroom with bidet, slippers, and a hair dryer. A microwave, a fridge, and stovetop are also offered, as well as a kettle. The rooms are equipped with heating facilities.
Hiroshima Danbara Shopping Centre is 1.4 miles from the apartment, while Katō Tomosaburō Bronze Statue is 1.5 miles from the property. Hiroshima Airport is 29 miles away.
The price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
There was no description about the check-in method and the email was not received, so I couldn't put it in for about 20 minutes.
The room was very clean and the facilities were very good. I could also self-sufficient, so I thought I would have a rap as a fixture.
Great place. Check-in is done by yourself, but it’s fine.
The apartment has everything that you may need, such as laundry machine. The bathroom can also be used as a dryer.
Location is good, many restaurants nearby as well as Karaokes.
The kitchen is good, the place was clean and well organized.

GGuest UserThere was a feeling of cleanliness, the room was beautiful, and the amenities were abundant, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.
I would like to introduce it to my friends.
