The service is optimal - there was a welcome champagne bottle from the host and he is so responsive and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and prepared with a personal touch of roses/rose petals. They provided candles if you want to spend some more ambient moments with lovedones. Check-in is seamless and you get most of what you need in this place.
Love the homey ambience and the character of this unit. Stayed here with our kids and they loved the living room very much.
Location is in Champs-Élysées, so it's a brisk walk to Arc de Triomphe. Le Relais, which is a trending restaurant, is a stone's throw away. Dior, Louis Vuitton, and all those shops are within walking distance.
There is a nearby grocery store if you want to cook homemade food, you can do it here. Food delivery is also an option.
This is nearby public transpo and easily accessed/bookable through BOLT or taxis.
We definitely recommend booking if you're a family who's on a budget and would like a homey place to rest in while at the center of Paris.

Room: Very good and new, equipped with an induction cooker, microwave oven, various tableware and kitchenware. In addition, the room has solid decoration materials, tasteful matching and retro details, which makes people very satisfied. The area is also spacious. It was so comfortable that I forgot to take pictures. It’s a pity that I can’t attach them in the review. 🫶🏻
Service: The gentleman and lady at the front desk are also very good. They always have a warm smile, which is very contagious! 😄
Location: It is very close to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Tuileries Garden and Paris Opera House. I walked there these days🕺🏻
I felt at home after staying here for a few days. If I have the opportunity to come to Paris next time, I will choose here! 🥹
There is no front desk support service, so be sure to confirm check-in details before going abroad! Because it was my first time and I didn't know much about the situation, I spent nearly two hours at the door of the accommodation, sending information back and forth on the phone and seeking help from passers-by. It was very troublesome... It is not recommended for individuals or people who don't speak the language to go there. It is very hard to get immediate support and affect all the travel time and energy. , cold, rainy, tired, nowhere to turn for help...
The room has no windows that can be opened to the outside (the exterior wall is being renovated and closed?) but the decoration is quite good.
Having front desk service is the most important thing on a trip!

The room is not big. Only one of the two 36-inch suitcases can be opened. However, the facilities are very complete. We stayed there for four days. It is a good choice for people who travel in Paris for a long time. The washing machine and kitchen are very convenient. We bought eggs, yogurt, bread, ham and other things for 20 euros at the supermarket downstairs and ate them as breakfast for four days. In short, it is very convenient to have a kitchen. The washing machine has a drying function, which is also very convenient. The only drawback is that she does not take the initiative to clean the room, but it is not a big problem. The transportation is very convenient. The No. 8 subway is 200 meters away. The surrounding Invalides and the Eiffel Tower are within walking distance. We basically walked every day to visit all the attractions in the pass in the first three days in Paris. The distance is within 3 kilometers, and there is not much difference between taking the subway and walking.
The living room is very large and has a sense of design. The layout is reasonable. The bedding is comfortable. Clean and hygienic. The kitchen facilities are complete. The tableware is all available. There is a washing machine. The bath products are Aesop. The landlord has a small snack. It is very delicious. The coffee machine, hot water bottle, bread machine, yoga mat are all worth staying.
The location is convenient for strolling around the Marais district and within walking distance of the Louvre. The room was clean and the washing machine was new, probably because it had just been renovated. The shower room was separated by a curtain, and for some reason the shower room was a step higher, so the drainage was slow and the room kept getting flooded, but we managed to make a bank out of towels.
If you're staying with multiple people, the comfort of the bed will vary, but for the price and cleanliness, this place is all-right for me.

Very Good
GGuest UserAlthough the neighborhood is a bit far from the city center, the metro station is right around the corner, very close and offers access to all of Paris. We bought a full-day pass and were able to see everything in Paris. We even took the metro back to Orly Airport. We went on a trip during the Olympics and it was great to have the opportunity to heat up quick food in the microwave and on the stove, as well as having the fridge. The room itself is small but comfortable, with a soft mattress and new, clean utensils. The reception is open until the early hours of the morning and the staff were all polite. There are places to eat on the street and there is a Carrefour nearby. I really enjoyed the experience!
AAlb33It was a lovely staying after Christmas and wonderful location for tourists. The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :)
The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!!
At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!
CCassandra Ng LeighIt would be good if the hotel staff acknowledge call or reply to WhatsApp messages. When you confirm your stay via email, the hotel will send you an instruction on where to wait and what number to call for transport but they don’t pick up phone! We tried calling via WhatsApp for more than 20mins. Lucky for us that another guest called hotel with a borrowed phone with local SIM card and they pick up.
Overall it was a pleasant stay with nearby cafes to get food.
GGuest UserThe best location with our lovely Eiffel Tower in front of your windows.
Perfect location next to the subway but the street are really local. The market is good if you will do the cooking yourself to maximize your room value.
It’s still a very good value hotel at this prices point.
CChrissswangSince Paris’ accommodation became crazy expensive after Olympic, I found this hotel
Same feel as usual Adagio Access
Actually it was quite nice as staying there(it is located at 94 area)
Although the room deco was a bit out-dated
GGuest UserGot electric towel warmer/ bars in the toilet.
Location quite satisfactory. Calling BOLT to renowned tourist sites from the hotel ~€15-20 per trip . Calling BOLT from the hotel is very convenient.
Asia Thai restaurant... walking distance. ~80m .
Reasonable price.
Walking distance to a convenient store.
Breakfast simple but satisfactory for €18 per person.
Free wifi.
There's a pizza hut/ near to the hotel/within walking distance also.
KkairuThe ladies' service at the lobby was superb , she changed a room for me when i told her the aircon doesn't seems cold without hesitation amenities was given too when i ask. But the bed need improvements , I can see dust on the bed sheet and hairs on the bed. Quite disappointed that the coin laundry machine broke down when I wanted to dry my clothes after washing and 2 days later the technician couldn't repair.
