That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite.
What we liked:
Hotel location;
Gorgeous landscapes from the room window;
Pool area;
Spacious swimming pool;
Spacious room;
The pool is properly planned;
Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.;
The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.;
Relaxing massage;
There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
âąOn the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
âąWhen ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. đWe thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
âąFew seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
âąThe leaves in each salad were stale.
âąService fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
âąThere were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
âąHand soap has not been refilled in two days;
âą The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
âąThe performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
âą One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
âą Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

A small, cozy hotel with clean, well-maintained rooms and beautiful grounds. You can always grab a meal at the restaurant. The staff was incredibly helpful; they assisted us with booking a ferry, arranging transfers, and even drove us around to see the sights.

Guest UserLoved the property and the beach. Best snorkeling we did in Moalboal was direct from the resort and we saw turtles and lots of starfish and marine life. The lifeguard Frankie went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing snorkeling experience. Also enjoyed the pool and the location worked perfectly for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to hit the town for dinner each night. Plus, White Beach is a 5 minute paddle away on the kayak. Would definitely come back again

Guest UserA peaceful retreat! We will definitely be back!
If you are looking for a true escape to unwind and recharge, this resort is absolute perfection.
The location is ideal because it is tucked away from the crowded resort areas, offering a uniquely quiet and serene atmosphere. Thanks to the peaceful surroundings, I enjoyed some of the best quality sleep and rest I have had in a long time.
A huge bonus is its close proximity to South Farm, where we enjoyed incredibly delicious food. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay.
We truly loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Abbey MendozaThe soaps and other bath necessities provided were good and complete. But there was no free hairdryer. It is available for a fee upon request. Room is spacious and clean. They provide drying racks and cleaning facets outside, perfect for your after beach activities. They have a beachfront area as seen in the photo. They also have in house resto where you can order and ask to cook your seafood finds in the market. I would recommend this place again. Value for money

Staff: Everyone is nice, accommodating and easy to talk to.Â
Bed: Not sure if itâs only my bed, but near board area, it keeps on creating a creaking sound disturbing other guests.Â
-Clean and comfy
Aircon: A bit hot, not sure if someone keeps changing the aircon temp, get sweaty sometimes.Â
Recommendation - noticed some guests doesnât care about people sleeping in the area and just casually talking inside for a long time. 2 young foreign girls, having a love story during my sleep :D, anyway, please remind your guest to be quite at all times and have their chats and snacks outside or in the lobby.

Guest UserThe staff were truly wonderful â very kind and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The price is also quite affordable.
However, I found the accommodation itself quite uncomfortable. The room lacked proper ventilation, and there was a noticeable smell. The air conditioning was old and quite noisy, and there was constant background noise, including water sounds and little to no sound insulation from neighboring rooms. Basic comfort elements like the pillows, mattress, and bed linen also did not meet expectations. Additionally, the window situation was not ideal.
Unfortunately, despite the great staff and reasonable price, I would not choose to stay here again.

Guest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, which was very convenient as I was transferring to Moalboal the next day. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the bus station. The hotel environment is clean, and the room comes with an umbrella. You can choose to have breakfast at the hotel or dine out. Breakfast costs 300 pesos per person and is a semi-buffet with a limited selection. I opted for breakfast at the hotel to save time. The hotel staff were all professional and patient.

Thomas X.
A Korean-run establishment in the middle of nothing interesting. The hotel itself is a decent motel with somewhat overpriced and limited bar, very basic (and the same) breakfast and a decent swimming pool. The greatest downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within 10 minute walk of it, nor are there any transit options (aside from taxis or trikes). It might be a good option to stay for the dive shops, assuming you're looking for basic and clean, but it's a 15 minute walk to the beach.
