The service of the hotel is very good, because it was my birthday and honeymoon to say hello in advance, the hotel specially arranged the room for us. The service attitude of the hotel staff was super good, and the staff at the front desk gave us a lot of travel suggestions. The hotel is directly close to the sea, and it is very close to the city center. The old town and the seaside are basically walkable. Other areas can rent a car and set off on their own. If you have any needs, you can ask the front desk. There aren't many taxis, but they all have strongholds, which are located near the downtown harbor. Comfortable modern apartment-hotel for the semi-independent/independent traveler. We stayed at the Fil Best room type and it had the amenities we needed for a five night stay including a small refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and cooking supplies. Conveniently, the famous Mercat d’Oliver is an 8 minute walk away where we purchased local food items. There is also a typical supermarket just across the street. The hotel is staffed from 9am-9pm and an emergency contact is provided after hours. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days and they are roomier and better priced than your typical hotel. The location is ideal—the immediate neighborhood is quiet but the main shopping street is just a few blocks away. Overall, I highly recommend Fil Suites for the spaciousness of the rooms, cooking amenities, price point, and location.

The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

Real wow factor of the room with marina view and a huge balcony. 5 star accommodation and service. You can actually watch the yachts docking in, all day long. Peaceful harbour with no waves but lots of amazing vistas. Sports facilities and pool and lifts and library and restaurant with 24/7 reception. Next door to the most of amenities. Top attractions like Caves of Drach and parks are 2 minutes walk. Small community that is a real gem. Unspoilt Mallorca at it's best. Loved the experience. Must come back. Place is really busy after April, but we loved the tranquility of March.

Secluded and quiet area. Direct access to a small beach from the hotel. The area very quiet. We were in a studio equipped with all the necessary comforts to cook in it. Top brand appliances and perfect operation. The bathroom was spacious and the terrace was also spacious. There was no double bed but they put together two beds that served as a large one. They were comfortable.

Great modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

I visited this hotel with a long time friend for a week's break from the humdrum of working life in England. Pleased to say neither of us were disappointed. Beautiful hotel, great location, close to the beach and the local shops, loads of restaurants and able to get a bus to other parts of the island. Room was a twin pool facing room. Spacious, lovely view over the pool area and grounds, which were green and covered in palm trees and greenery. Loads of sunbeds, so no problem there regardless of the time you decided to go to the pool to relax. Buffet breakfast was amazing and plentiful, only negative was that they do not provide fresh orange juice or any fresh juice, just concentrated sweetness from a machine. I watered mine down with the water to make it a bit easier to drink. Evening entertainment was provided and was pretty good for a hotel, even though we only sampled on a couple of nights. We went to the rooftop bar, which was also really lovely and you got a great view over the town and the setting sun in the evenings. Hotel was clean, spacious, easy to navigate and the staff were lovely. All of the staff, reception, cleaning, mealtime etc were polite, friendly and made the stay enjoyable at all times. Unable to comment on the spa facilities as we did not use them. Negatives (possibly for some):- people have complained about the beds in other reviews. My friend found his bed too hard, however, for me it was fine so I think it is personal preference. I did find the one pillow too soft but there were additional pillows in the wardrobe so I used another one and it was much better. Air conditioning was absolutely fine for the time of year. We kept it on all night and it kept the room cool. Maybe in the height of summer, it would not be enough. Shower did tend to run cold, warm, hot on a rotational basis whilst you were in it, so you never knew whether you would be frozen, fine or scalded, but we managed, and it was not a major issue. The hotel does tend to cater more for the German visitors rather than any other nationality. This was more an issue when it came to the TV in the room as the English channels were not available, even though on the TV. It had minimal Spanish channels and mainly German. This may be something the hotel want to look at. We did not spend much time in the room, but when wanting to relax in the evening, it would have been nice to pop the TV on and see if there was a film or something to watch. Overall though, an amazing break, in a lovely hotel. Not sure we will be back, but this no reflection on the hotel, more that we like to travel to different places. If we did go back to Mallorca however, we would definitely consider the hotel as it is worth it!

Everything about the hotel was good unfortunatley they were in the orocess of renewing the main path in and for the first few days we had to walk over piles of sand and rubble which we hadnt been informed of i have had a stroke so that was a challehge,but that aside the staff were friendly and pleasant ,the hotel was very clean and comfortable ,really big rooms ,2 tvs ,area was great all in all a nice holiday

The apartment was comfy clean and well equipped with kitchen stuff. Enough glasses for plenty of drink before the action starts. A big tv for those might want a film or two to get warmed up. The beds were comfy with good strength for those who like do hard snuggling. The pool was a good size and plenty of depth for his and her pleasure. The staff were friendly and tolerated us as a large grp wanting to romp and party. The gaming room was excellent with a good pool table so you can knock your balls and cue around all night. We also had breakfast at the hotel and we especially enjoyed the taste of the sausage. Plenty of choice with all the normal breakfast items too including peaches, cherries, doughnuts, and pineapple rings

Spectacular location in a quiet area of camp de mar. Great staff, spacious room, big balconies with garden and sea views, tranquil pool area and indoor pool with spa facilities. The hotel is the perfect blend of rustic spanish and modern. You can walk down to the rocky beach area or take the promenade to camp de mar beach which is lovely in the evenings. If you want to eat/ drink at the illetas restaurant on the small island, you need to book in advance, but its worth it just for the views. We went self catering and did not use the buffet restaurant, but would highly recommend the onsite restaurant with amazing views and delicious desserts. The cortado coffee here was good but did not open until 11am, there is a Nescafé coffee machine in room, you can buy the pods in the shop next to reception. Would highly recommend this hotel for families who want to relax and and avoid the crowds, the ambience here was spot on so don’t expect loud music and kids clubs, our 3 and 8 year old loved it here at the pool, while we could sit back and watch boats sail by! None of us wanted to leave! Tip: Eat out in Port Andratx, 10mins away by car, amazing sunset restaurants along the harbour and a Lidl and Marcedona supermarket in nearby peguera for essentials Nice little beach in cala fornells, bring a snorkeling mask

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Size was great - plenty of space for a group of 4 adults. The location is fantastic - a couple of minutes walk to the sea front and beach, with all the restaurants, etc. There is also a Spa just over the road. Showers were good, beds firm but ok, lovely little balcony. It was quiet when we stayed (mid-Sep) so never had any issues with waiting for lifts or access to the roof top pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, superb value for money and would recommend.

This aparthotel is in a great location. Beach on doorstep and 15 mins walk to the old town. The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The shower is amazing with great pressure. If you’re a light sleeper in any way, don’t stay here as the walls are paper thin. You can hear the toilet flushing in the room above and furniture moving from rooms beside and above. There is also a large space under the room door so you can hear a whisper when people are passing by on the corridor.

I had a fantastic time here. The staff were very accommodating, the room was big, cosy and quiet, the spa facilities were relaxing, and it was a 3 minute walk to the small town and beach. I can't wait to go back!
