Apartments in Balearic Islands, Spain

It's 10 minutes from the airport and close to Palma City, so the location is very good. Because it's the sea in front, you can also watch the sea for breakfast I did yoga every morning while watching the sun rise on the terrace, and I was so happy that I could drink wine while listening to the sound of the waves on the terrace in the evening. The swimming pool is very small and the surrounding beach is so beautiful that I didn't use it. It was like an old building, but it was clean and the food was delicious. The bed and bedding were great, and above all, it was spacious and had two closets, so it was enough to use with friends. I was able to lie on the bed and see the sea right away. But the next room and the terrace are really close and you have to be careful because they look like they're all together. There is no parking lot, but the front desk staff kindly guided me so I could park well in the free parking area. If you go to Google navigation, you will be informed of the wrong road (the seaside road that cannot be driven by car), so you must enter the road outside one block from the seaside. Free parking area is easy to find around the hotel. It was a hotel I found in a hurry just before my trip, but it was a very satisfying stay.

As of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

The hotel is located in the beautiful district of Santa Ponsa - mountains, greenery, sea. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. Quiet area (you can sleep at night). The hotel has two swimming pools - one for adults and one for children, and there is animation. You can walk to the beach in 15-17 minutes. There are shops and cafes nearby. Of the minuses: no coffee machine 🥲 Payment on site/in cafes only by card. The bed linen smelled damp. If you leave the room, the refrigerator stops working (so ask for a second magnetic card, otherwise the food in the refrigerator will spoil).

Good location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants and supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal. Studio is fully furnished except for a washing machine. Room is small but with enough space to put your luggage. The toilet is rather small and you have to manoeuvre yourself to close the door. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed my stay here but for the price paid it was not good value for money. Guest would feel more welcomed with complimentary water, beverages and facial tissues when they stepped into the room. Even much smaller hotels welcomed their guests with complimentary water and sweets.

During my stay (April) was cold weather and heating was not working. Everything other was excellent. Price/quality, food, entertainment, hotel staff, etc.

Me and my son stayed at Coral Star for 6 nights and had a wonderful stay, hotel staff were very accommodating! The hotel was very clean and house keeping cleaned the room everyday without fail, animation team were great and my son loved the kids club! The kids pool was also really good, we stayed on the 3rd floor and had a pool view and the views were great! We will definitely be back, thank you so much Coral Star team!

My stay at The Loft House Ibiza was amazing! As I arrived early in the day, I couldn't check in right away, but I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail by the pool. I was able to relax there while my luggage was safely stored. I found a beautiful and very spacious apartment, with a nice balcony offering a partial sea view and a stunning sunrise! Everything looked brand new, as the hotel had just opened. The beds were wonderfully large and firm, located in a comfortable bedroom with air conditioning and effective blackout curtains. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was lovely, with soft towels and plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The living room also had a fantastic (sleeper) sofa and was very comfortable, also equipped with air conditioning. The entire apartment exuded a sense of calm and was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and knew me by name, which immediately made me feel at home. The service was very personalized, and everyone greeted me. The personal welcome note certainly contributed to this. There were also fruit and bottled water in the room. A special mention goes to Barbara: I've never met a receptionist who was so energetic, friendly, cheerful, authentic, helpful, and proactive. Truly a huge asset to the hotel! Thank you for everything, Barbara! The accompanying bar, Fenomenal, serves a fantastic breakfast, which I enjoyed every morning. You also get a discount on other menu items. The tacos are highly recommended! Additionally, the hotel is very centrally located, right in the heart of the lively center. For example, the Punta Arabi hippie market is just a few minutes' walk away. Across from and next to the hotel are several establishments that are open until late at night. This was very convenient, but I experienced no noise issues. It was also great that the hotel has private parking spaces, as parking in Es Canar itself is not easy. It was with a heavy heart that I had to leave this wonderful place, but I will definitely be back! A beautiful new permanent address in Ibiza! Truly recommended, with excellent value for money! ❤️

Hotel looks amazing from first impressions but the rooms need much improvement. Very dated and worn. Cleanliness wasn’t the best our room had so many ants and the towels were raggy and old. The hotel has a lovely aesthetic in communal areas and the pool area is lovely too always was plenty of sunbeds available during our stay

Très Bon séjour au HG Jardin de Minorca en ce mois d'Avril 2025. La chambre était spacieuse, le balcon agréable avec une belle vue, petit bémol pour le lit king size qui est en fait 2 lits rassemblés et les traces d'humidité dans la salle de bains sans VMC. Petit coin cuisine avec le minimum pour ceux qui veulent se faire à manger. La nourriture est bonne avec beaucoup de choix, que ce soit le petit déjeuner que le diner, avec notamment 1 poisson grillé tous les soirs. La piscine avec ses 3 bassins est magnifique et très bien entretenu mais non chauffé. Toutes les salles, restaurant, bar, terrasse et les extérieurs sont très propres et agréables. Etablissement à conseiller.
