First of all, the service at the hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always guest-focused and able to accommodate every need. Whether checking in or checking out, the process was very smooth and hassle-free.
Secondly, the hotel rooms are very comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing you to sleep peacefully. The rooms are fully equipped, including TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc., providing an excellent accommodation experience.
In addition, the hotel facilities are also very beautiful. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel, offering a variety of food and drinks. In addition, the hotel also has facilities such as a gym, providing guests with a wealth of entertainment activities.
Overall, the Fairfield Medellín Zabaneta is an excellent hotel, perfect for both business and leisure travel. highly recommended!

The room is large with charming views. There is a large mall outside the hotel, and there is also a stall that claims to sell ********* food. The boss's father knows a little Chinese and is very enthusiastic when he sees Chinese people. It's a good experience👍

The hotel's location is easy to find, and it's a ten-minute walk from shopping malls, which is quite convenient for eating and drinking. The surrounding environment is good and the breakfast is quite rich. But why is the water in this room not provided every day? This is not good at all.

One of the nicer hotels in Medellin and near everything in the Poblado / Provenza area. Good pool and jacuzzi, but rooms and gym are very dated.

Amazing place , however they were not helpful in allowing me to check in to my room even one hour early. They insisted I wait until 3 pm and then one back. The lobby area is basically outside and it was raining,,I basically froze to death while the front desk people insisted that I could not check into my pre-paid room until 3 pm sharp. I sat there for two hours quite chilly and damp, and had to sit at their outdoor restaurant (very slow and poor service) and order and expensive lunch because they would not let me in a little early. The place was not crowded either. Therefore my first impression was poor.

Excellent
GGuest UserCheckin process was not smooth with no direct contact. The info of a 24h desk here in trip.com is incorrect, all information will be shared via email / whatsapp. The security guard on shift was very helpful though to check us in. But without being familiar with the processes this took well over 30min. Location and apartment itself great and in close proximity to bars, restaurants and more. All bathrooms clean and showers hot with good water pressure.

GGuest UserThis hotel is like an apartment with a kitchenette. The room is quite big and clean. Breakfast was ok. I think the location is a little bit off. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the bustling place of El Poblado, and it takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the map station. Of course, Uber is the most convenient in Medellin. The area is considered a wealthy area, quite quiet and safe. The security downstairs is very strict. If you bring someone back to the hotel, you need to register your identity.
