Hotel narmada room no. 103 was neat and clean. Pleasant stay with family. I checked hidden cameras by an special instrument and mobile apps, nothing was seen. Good hotel with restaurant nearby for stay. Only welcome drink and hi- tea was missing. Overall 5 star.

The hotel is good in terms of spacious rooms, clean rooms, but they need to work on their maintenance. The basement parking was stinking. Their lifts had so many buttons missing. The washroom in the room was stinking not because of unclean toilets but their toilet duct for the building was unclean.

First of all its very much outskirts from city, so unless u have your own vehicle it every difficult to get transport to reach any place as generally ola also doesn't come easily apartment lack basic cleaning, no basic cooking or serving utensils were provided, the electric kettle was used by someone previously and was not washed. These are small things but can be addressed to make guests experience better.
