This covers the second half of a longer 12 nights stay split across two bookings. My first review covered the first seven nights, which were excellent, so this is about what changed at the end. My last night fell apart. I'm somewhat tolerant of noise, so this isn't a light-sleeper complaint: someone checked into the room above and from late evening until after 2:30am it was nonstop heavy stomping, furniture dragging, banging, jumping, running, and actual screaming, sometimes sprinting in place like they were trying to come through the ceiling. I didn't call right away because I figured they'd settle down at bedtime, but the intensity only increased after midnight. It didn't let up until after 2:30am, and I had an early start. The real problem was that I couldn't get help. The listing doesn't promise English-speaking staff, but trip.com is the foreigner-friendly platform, so I'd assumed there'd be some overnight path to assistance. There wasn't. The front desk could only tell me ”don't speak English,” and when I escalated to trip.com around 2:30am, even they couldn't reach anyone. Being stuck with no way to call for help in the middle of the night was the one thing that genuinely soured the stay. Otherwise the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, even coming up to my room to help track down a misdelivered order, which there were a couple of these. One heads-up: the hotel's registered address in Alipay doesn't match its name, so deliveries WILL go astray. I'd happily return, but only with a top-floor room to avoid the overhead-noise problem.

The overall experience was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and communication was smooth. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

The hotel is very new with stylish decor. The facilities and amenities are modern and clean. It's not far from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just two bus stops from the south gate of Everbright City. We bought tickets for 'Xi'an Romance Park' through a reliable travel agency recommended by the lovely front desk staff. Highly recommend staying here!

As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the surrounding attractions, shopping centers and food streets were all within easy reach, which greatly saved our time costs. The room facilities are very complete, clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable, allowing people to have high-quality sleep during the journey. In addition, the hotel's service quality is excellent, the staff is warm and thoughtful, always paying attention to our needs, making us feel the warmth of home. In general, this hotel performs very well in terms of location, facilities, service and food, and has a very high overall cost-effectiveness. The hotel room was very spacious, fully equipped, clean, and hygienic, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel's environment and location are both excellent, with many dining options downstairs. My high-floor room was quiet, and the soundproofing was also very good. I almost always choose Citadines for my travels; it's high-end, professional, and has a great international standard.

My son and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's an owner-run establishment, and the family is very friendly. It was very easy to reach the owner for assistance even before arrival, and he made sure our cooking area was set up as requested and helped with many other things during our stay.! I completely forgot to take photos of the hotel, but it genuinely matched the descriptions and pictures online. The location is fantastic, being very close to the subway station. Right across the street, there's a Yonghui Supermarket, which was great for finding delicious and reasonably priced food items. There's also a multi-story food street (three or four floors!) directly opposite, offering an incredible variety of dining options. Getting to all the major attractions was super convenient; you could easily choose between the subway, bus, or even walking, depending on the distance.

We stayed temporarily with family in a clean and tidy loft room with central air conditioning and a washing machine. It's perfect for families and children's trips. The bunk beds ensure privacy. It's an incredibly good value hotel; staying here at this price is amazing and a real steal.

This is a top-notch hotel, perfect for both short-term rentals and long-term stays in Gaoxin, with the added bonus of being able to cook. It's conveniently located near Yanpingmen subway station, directly opposite Metropolis, making transportation a breeze. The spacious units come with a full suite of Siemens kitchen appliances and a washer-dryer combo, while the living room and bedroom are thoughtfully separated, creating a comfortable and open feel. Marriott's signature service is attentive and private. The breakfast offers a delightful mix of Shaanxi flavors and Western options, and there's a 24-hour gym and a German-style restaurant. It truly feels like a home away from home, making it an excellent choice for business travelers and families alike. There are quite a few Korean guests staying here.

After playing in Xi'an for a few days, I stayed for a few days and the comfort was very good. Although the appearance of the homestay is not good, the room is still very good, like it. The service is also very good. The photos on the homestay on Trip.com are basically what you see and what you get.
