We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the room is spacious and very clean and it has everything you need including cloth hanger, washer, and detergent. Location is just right in front of Xian city wall, and a lot of eateries nearby. It's also very close to mrt station. In addition, the hotel also did excellent service for briefing us on the Xian itinerary, foods nearby, and went extra mile to give us Xian map and some gifts for my kids. Highly recommend this hotel when you visit Xian!

This hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As soon as we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly in the lobby and helped us with our luggage. The front desk lady even gave our two elderly parents two wormwood massage sticks, which they absolutely loved! The next day, they asked for another one, and she kindly gave them another. Later, one of our elderly parents caught a cold and had difficulty walking. The breakfast staff were very accommodating and allowed us to take food back to our room. The cleaning staff always greeted us warmly, truly making us feel at home. The hotel's swimming pool has excellent water quality and a perfect temperature, far surpassing many other hotel pools – it's a must-visit during your stay! The gym facilities are first-rate! When we left, the front desk gentleman was also very helpful. Our family stayed for 3 days, and the experience was top-notch, bringing our Xi'an trip to a delightful close! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Xi’an Summerset – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Summerset. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide range of both Western and Eastern dishes—something for everyone to enjoy! The room itself was very spacious and thoughtfully equipped, including a full set of cookware and kitchen utilities, which made it easy for us to prepare our own meals when we wanted to. The in-room washing machine was also a huge convenience for a longer stay. The on-site facilities are exceptional. The gym is well-equipped and includes not just standard fitness machines but also a swimming pool, sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a great bonus for relaxation and recreation. We were traveling with our parents, both in their 80s, and the staff could not have been more thoughtful or accommodating. They were attentive to our needs and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Another thoughtful touch is the option to request an extra bed, which made our stay even more comfortable for our family. We’ve stayed at Summerset before, and this visit only confirmed why we keep coming back. The service, amenities, and overall experience are consistently top-notch. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!

Excellent place, evey clean and nice environment if you wanted to stay away from the people. My room was in 25th floor with a great view. I got there early in the morning and they let me do early check in plus late check out as my flight is around 5 pm. Staffs is very friendly. Recommended

I completely forgot to take photos of the hotel, but it genuinely matched the descriptions and pictures online. The location is fantastic, being very close to the subway station. Right across the street, there's a Yonghui Supermarket, which was great for finding delicious and reasonably priced food items. There's also a multi-story food street (three or four floors!) directly opposite, offering an incredible variety of dining options. Getting to all the major attractions was super convenient; you could easily choose between the subway, bus, or even walking, depending on the distance.

The hotel environment was exceptionally good, exceeding expectations. The price was affordable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Self-service check-in at the front desk was very convenient, and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms were spacious and bright, with individually packaged and clean toiletries. The layout was reasonable, and the bathroom was clean and bright. The facilities were complete and of good quality, with excellent soundproofing. It offered great value for money, with a simple and elegant overall design. It's a courtyard-style hotel hidden in the city, with a superb location very close to MixC shopping mall, and convenient access to the Tang Paradise and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Xi'an.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The decor was simple yet elegant, with a wonderful atmosphere. The bed was just the right firmness, and the amenities were new and complete, with smooth internet access. From check-in to check-out, the service was professional, the staff were friendly, the surrounding area was well-equipped, quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious and bright, the staff responded promptly, the soundproofing was good, the room facilities were excellent, and it was very clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel's environment and location are both excellent, with many dining options downstairs. My high-floor room was quiet, and the soundproofing was also very good. I almost always choose Citadines for my travels; it's high-end, professional, and has a great international standard.

Even though I arrived before check-in time, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave me a clean, comfortable room right away. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. What impressed me most was their kindness in allowing a late check-out due to an emergency. They were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even better. Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
