We had a fantastic experience at 漫湖雲帆·公寓（太湖店）. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of 蠡湖之光 . The amenities were well thought out, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. What stood out the most was the attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, providing an extra bed set promptly and even helping us store our luggage after check-out, which was incredibly convenient.

The staff were very friendly. The room's location was excellent, directly facing the Ferris wheel. The room was large, with two beds in two separate rooms. The amenities were actually quite good; the hairdryers seemed to be Dyson, the washing machine was a Siemens washer-dryer combo, and the refrigerator was also good. However, the maintenance wasn't great, especially the cleanliness. When I opened the washing machine, there was a wet towel inside. When I sat on the sofa, I found it was wet, and when I lifted the sofa cover, there were many yellow water stains underneath. The sheets weren't properly made, and one side of the Simmons mattress was showing. Just consider it a scenic view; it's worth the price. People with obsessive-compulsive disorder definitely wouldn't want to stay here.
