I've booked two nights of family size apartment (which is really spacious and impressive with its views). Unfortunately, I had a fly in the ointment after the first night there. Receptionist called me at 2 o'clock and informed me, that it's time to check out. I was slightly puzzled and went downstairs to the lobby right after the call. They told me again about checking out, so I showed them my booking information, they also seemed confused and concerned. Fortunately, they solved this issue, but I'd say it's my first time to face such ridiculous issue, although they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. I hope they'll improve their service and booking system.

I had a very good experience during my stay . Excellent location, right next to Sanyang metro station, spotless room and spectacular views right from the room. The room is a full service apartment with all facilities. The washing machine is very useful. Staff are very professional and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, next to the Wanhuicheng shopping mall, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The front desk manager is very nice and enthusiastic, and he also gave us a free late check-out. The floor cleaning lady is also very polite.

We held our Christmas eve Noche Buena and movie marathon here with a nice view of Wuxi Lights. Projector and rooms layout (88sqm) is reasonable. Its 63F high, so slowness in 4 elevator is observed but is expected.

Locations was convinient , 15 mins walk to the downtown. It's clean but if I compare with their hotel Citadines in Shanghai this one is a little bit older so I will rate with 3.5/4 stars only. Breakfast was nice tho , we had a chance to eat until 10:30am which was amazing since we wanted to sleep a little bit longer.

I had the studio apartment comes with washer and cooking stuff. Pretty big room and comfortable bed. The environment is quiet as it was located inside of the square. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro. It was 3 stops away to Sanyang square, busy shopping areas. About 15 to 20 minutes taxi to Huishan ancients town and nanchang Street. There is a family mart near to the hotel. Nothing fancy of the breakfast.

Parking is easy, and there are StateGrid Charging stations nearby. Our room came with a small kitchen and washing machine, which was clean and well-equipped, though a bit outdated. The beds were very comfortable, and check-in was smooth and friendly, with no issues accommodating foreign guests. However, booking rooms with additional breakfast turned out to be a significant mistake. The breakfast room was shockingly small, chaotic, and poorly managed. Tables meant for 4-6 people were taken up by just 2 guests, leaving families like ours to sit separately. Staff made no effort to bring any order to the chaos, and it seemed like nobody was in charge of ensuring guests were seated properly. The disorganization left us frustrated and ruined what should have been a relaxing morning. This was such a disappointment, especially given how well the rest of the hotel was run. We will stay here again, but absolutely will not be booking the breakfast. Fortunately, there are better options in the mall, like Tim Hortons, or you can prepare your own breakfast in the room.

The hotel is within walking distance of Wanda, which is convenient for eating and takeout. The only thing I want to say is that the air conditioner is central, and the switch in the room is useless, and it is a bit hot.

Good location, one stop from Suzhou Railway Station subway, two or three stations and four or five stations from the main scenic spots. 4. Breakfast is not included. You need to go out to buy near Wanda Plaza or other places. It is a bit far away, but you can take it out and send it to the door. 5, can see the East Gate. 6. Because there is no room service, no one will clean you for the past few days. Because of this, the hygiene is a bit dirty, many dead corners are not cleaned, and there is damage to individual facilities. 7, the bathroom bathing place has no curtain or door, when taking a bath, it is easy to splash outside.

As a car only sit business car, take the opportunity to only sit business class people, high-end hotel is also the main rotten, but like their home service, environment, humanization let me so want to shout for their home ：“Oh！my God！You are the best hotel in China.”

This apartment is in a prime location, with many shopping malls nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Jinji Lake, Eslite, and Moonlight Pier. You can see the Ferris wheel outside the window, which is particularly charming under the sunset. The apartment is fully equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom hardware, suitable for a family. The bedding and toiletries are very clean and tidy. The butler guidance service from booking to check-out is very user-friendly.

The room is large and fresh. It is very convenient to check in by yourself. You will receive a password when you contact the housekeeper. The front desk on the first floor can help you swipe your card directly. The housekeeper service is also very good. If you have any questions, you can help answer them at any time. This B&B trip was great! The room is cozy and stylish, and the layout is exquisite. The facilities are complete and clean, and the bedding is comfortable. Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a fantastic AI home system. We loved the room's design, which also came with a convenient washer-dryer combo. The only drawback was the location, which was a bit far from the city center. We had to walk about 15 minutes to reach the nearest subway station. Additionally, there weren't many dining options nearby, so we often relied on food delivery services like Meituan on colder days. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!”

Fantastic experience at Modena. Front desk staff were friendly and room was very clean but that was all within expectations. The facilities and attention to detail on the other hand went way above and beyond. In terms of facilities the hotel has an outstanding gym for a hotel at this price point with premium Precor machines. It also has a sauna - something missing at even some luxury hotels like Andaz. The room also comes with top end Electrolux appliances which was super surprising for the price point. I think it just highlights the property's commitment to quality. They also provided single use bed linens and towels for any guests that are ultra concerned about cleanliness. Stayed for a day and considering coming back with the family soon. Really incredible value for the price.

Why is there only one bag of shower gel and shampoo? Human skin still has such a large area, is one bag enough? I'm afraid it's not only enough for foot washing, but also shampoo. If a girl has more hair, is one bag enough? Besides, there are often two people staying. The experience is terrible, the hygiene is OK, but the facilities are not very good

The Hotel is located in an abandoned mall. But the location is very good, near to MRT station, near to the South Nanjing Train starion so it's easy to get around the city. There are eateries nearby and even a large supermarket. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Since the return trip is at the South Station, I chose to live in a place close to the station. The room is a basic apartment hotel, and the building is really not a loss. 📍 Location and Transportation: The hotel is near the Yuhua living room, and Tianlong Temple of Metro Line 1 can be reached directly. The surrounding area is Yiyue City, with all the facilities. It is recommended to go out from Gate 2 and be close to the apartment. 🏠 Room Facilities: The uncle at the front desk helped upgrade the room type for free, 1.5 changed to 1.8, praise! The basic configuration is complete, but it is recommended to bring your own towels more convenient. 🍃 Service: Add uncle WeChat, basic online service, answer all questions. Open the door need to use a applet, and basically operate the apartment. 🛜 wifi: The connection is the room number, 8 passwords. However, naked wifi is also available in the apartment, and no password is required. The speed is OK, basically watching drama games is no problem. 📢 Sound insulation: The soundproofing of the apartment hotel has always been the case, depending on the quality of the neighbors. Overall a satisfactory living experience, it is recommended to come to play or couples to live.
