Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free. Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night. WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

GGuest UserThe B&B is in an excellent location, close to the Li River, with picturesque scenery. You can hear the gurgling river every night, which is refreshing. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and unique decoration style. It has both classical charm and modern comfort. The stay experience is very good. The host was warm and thoughtful. He provided a lot of suggestions for nearby sightseeing and helped us plan our itinerary, making the trip easier and more enjoyable. It is within walking distance of East and West Lanes, with many delicious restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. It is a good place to stay in a quiet area in a bustling city. I highly recommend this homestay. Whether it is the environment, service or cost-effectiveness, it is impeccable. I will choose here again when I come to Guilin next time.

GGuest UserRoom is just awesome.. nice beach view is there..i booked for 2 persons.. but our friends was also there..we stayed around 6 person...there is big 3 beds. Clean room.having wifi but TV remote was not working and tape of bath tub tape was also not working 😕

Jjerryviaja.comLoved the place! We booked a room with no windows in tripp.com but looks like they upgraded us to a room with an amazing views to the hills! The room was huge as the toilet. Everything super confortable. The service was also amazing, the lady who received us was cleaning the rooms and she was really good at comunicating even dont speaking english. We rented a electric bike for 30 yuan a day. The bike was really good even with umbrella for that rainy and sunny climate. The only advice on it is you can not drive too much in the zone since now it is not allowed for touists to cross the river in the ferry so you will be tied to the 7 km surrounding the city but it worth it to do a night visit in the bike to all places without any tourist.

GGuest UserThe place is quite difficult to find (if we spoke Chinese we could have called to ask, but we don't). The location might be OK for people doing business near by, but for tourism, the neighborhood is not interesting, it is quite far and not well connected (metro station is quite a walk). The service was OK (one young man at the reception was quite helpful). The apartment looks like the photos were taken many years ago. Things are not that new, nor practical, nor so clean. In general the place needs a deep clean. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell (they did offer to change the room one day later, hut in a time that was not convenient for us). The good thing is that the bed looked and smelled very clean and the room was quiet.

AAnonymous UserIn the off-season, it is highly recommended to book a 270° sea view room. The super wide view of the sea view brings a completely value-for-money enjoyment. Even the puppy is also in love with the scenery by the window. It is also very convenient to play on the beach downstairs. The surrounding seafood stalls taste very good. It is a vacation that exceeds expectations in all aspects.

GGuest UserThe apartment is very well located and the price is good. Owners are nice, and even if they don't speak English we can talk through a translation app. Communication was also fluid through WeChat and the translation tool. The apartment it self was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning was done everything day. The only pain point, that are not directly linked to the room, is that the corridor is often dirty (but that's because of the neighbors I guess) and the elevator takes a long time to come. It's a pretty old building... But on the overall, it was quite nice so we extended our stay there! Thank you !
