GGuest UserBooked two rooms for our family trip. The service was excellent. Special thanks to Mbak Sundus who was very helpful and for paying special attention to our needs throughout our stay there. Everything was perfect. Definitely value for money and the interior of the room was beyond expectations. The only downside was that there were no mini fridge and heater in our rooms. Main purpose of the trip was of course to visit Mount Bromo. We couldn’t book a tour beforehand. Thankfully, they have a package which included the jeep ride to view the sunrise and visit to Bromo (tour guide not included). These were add ons but way cheaper than the tour packages found elsewhere. Also special thanks to Pak Catur for recommending the Bromo package. We enquired to Clover before the trip and he answered our queries patiently. All in all, we definitely recommend Clover Homestay for those who plan on a short trip to Bromo or to explore beyond Surabaya. Matur nuwon 😊

AAnonymous UserThe property was very different from what was presented in the online photos. It felt less like a proper hotel and more like a basic camping-style accommodation, which was disappointing but not the main issue. The most serious problem was a safety hazard inside the room. There was a metal hook protruding from the wall, around 30 cm outward and positioned close to the upper bunk bed. When I woke up in the morning and tried to get down from the upper bunk, I hit my head on this hook and suffered a cut of around 2–3 cm. This is not a minor inconvenience but a clear room-safety issue. A protruding hook placed near a bunk bed creates a real risk of injury, especially when guests are getting down from the upper bed while half-awake. I believe the property should review the room setup immediately and remove or reposition such fixtures. Overall, the stay was disappointing, and the mismatch between the photos and the actual accommodation was disappointing. More importantly, the safety condition of the room was not adequate for guests.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel on the principle - next to the airport and inexpensive price. To the airport 10-15 minutes on a moped or car. It was necessary to meet the guide to the Bromo volcano at the airport. In the room, the air conditioner and the soft bed, there is a shower bathtub. They provided a piece of soap but forgot about the towel. Inside everything is new except the bed. The same bed since the purchase is still in the factory polyethylene. There is a TV on the wall. There is a window, but not on the street, but in the corridor. In general, I wasn't crazy - I was arranged. Near a bunch of ordinary varungs - there is where to eat. There is an opportunity to leave the luggage.

RRiel.SarahI had a lovely 3-night stay at Decasa Female House, and I can definitely recommend it! It is a very charming place that is carefully being taken care of. What makes it truly unique is the friendly and welcoming nature of the employees and the owners. During my stay they invited me several times to local/family events together with some other guests. And whenever I had a problem (no matter how late!), they were very responsive and provided immediate help. It is centrally located, and you easily reach all major destinations. They even provide their own guide with personal recommendations and hidden gems. And in case you want to join a guided tour such as to Mount Bromo, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, or Mount Ijen, you can directly book it through them.  Thank you for everything, I had a great time in Malang!

GGuest UserThe room is a bit stuffy but clean, the bathroom is big and clean. There is no hot water, the water sometimes gets small by itself, the AC is cold, the bed is big. The location is close to the town square so there are quite a lot of people selling. Recommended if you are not often in the room because the TV cannot be turned on
