I had the studio apartment comes with washer and cooking stuff. Pretty big room and comfortable bed. The environment is quiet as it was located inside of the square. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro. It was 3 stops away to Sanyang square, busy shopping areas. About 15 to 20 minutes taxi to Huishan ancients town and nanchang Street. There is a family mart near to the hotel. Nothing fancy of the breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Usuites, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay! Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so. All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. We take our dogs on vacation every weekend to enjoy it. This time we choose an apartment. But to be honest, I am not very satisfied with this apartment. The facilities are a bit old. Although the room is OK and relatively spacious, the facilities inside are a bit old. There is no warm family feeling. Although you can cook, the induction cooker heats very slowly and cannot meet the cooking conditions. The breakfast is not rich and there are few types of hot dishes, especially meat dishes, which need improvement. Overall Average, not the worst, but the distance is good and the standards are good. The bed with the baby is very comfortable, the night view on the 41st floor is great, the transportation is convenient, and there are a lot of food, but the underground parking lot is really too expensive, parking for 65 yuan a night. There are many children in the mall to play.

房間就跟圖片上一樣，本來住民宿怕踩雷的，大家可以放心選這家!!!房間比較舒適，價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，入住首選，衞生很乾凈，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠， 住的很滿意!

A homestay apartment is located on the upper floor of the apartment opposite Sunac Mao. The Sunac parking lot downstairs is free. Go to Sunac Park for a 10-minute walk. Call the boss downstairs and check in by yourself according to the instructions. There was an episode when I checked in. The boss assigned the wrong room and almost entered the room with people. The room is quite big, the decoration is good, the configuration of projection and smart home, the hardware is great at this price! But the only shortcoming is that the sanitation is not ideal. The toilet on the ground still has long hair left by the previous residents. I hope the boss can strengthen the cleaning of some hygienic corners! Overall the price/performance ratio is not bad.
