民宿2020開始算蠻新的，距離東大門夜市稍為有點距離，但仍可以步行方式去到，這條街上基本上全部是民宿，但這裡真正的無遮無擋，面對太平洋無敵海景，早上可以在露台看日出。

This is my second stay, and it was a wonderful experience. It didn't feel like staying in a hotel or guesthouse; it felt like staying at home. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities and facilities were very satisfactory.

The kids loved their own private space; it felt so safe. The rates were affordable, and we didn't have to share a room with anyone else. Six people shared a room, making it a very comfortable stay. The spacious common area on the first floor allowed us to enjoy dinner and breakfast, and even sing a song before leaving. The Line staff was very friendly, and we could check in online, making it convenient to check in any time after 4 PM.

The hotel telephone conversation is kind and clear, so that I have not yet gone to rest assured. The counter introduces clear signal control, other personnel are also smiling. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and rich dishes. * Suggestion; 1. The restaurant can serve ice cubes for guests to add to the drinks. I am 2, all the guests who are dining are coming for a holiday. Can you request meals? Guest whispers, do not disturb others on vacation. The room is elegant and comfortable, with plenty of spares, two packets of biscuits delicious, capsule coffee machine and tea bag, dehumidifier is also opened for the guests first, although there is a balcony, but the landscape is blocked, unfortunately. The breakfast was full and the food was delicious. I could see the sincerity of the homestay.

The first time I came to Hualien to play, I stayed at such a good homestay, beautiful, comfortable, and environmental sanitation are great, the boss, the board lady is gentle and kind and talkative, and I am very lucky to book such a quality homestay in order to make every guest who stays in the hotel have the best rest environment. It's really great, thank you for your reception, thanks for your hard work, and I will definitely stay again next time I come to Hualien (*^_^*).

The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the MRT station. The owner is welcoming, the facilities inside are quite complete, the room is clean, and there are slippers provided that are not disposable. It is also not far from the airport.

Have lived several times. The bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep, which is very important for people on business trips.

The service, food, hot spring tub were excellent and the staff was very attentive. The only thing I wish could have been better is the outlets to plug my phone into. We couldn’t find one in the bedroom/sleep quarters (Japanese tatami). So make sure to bring a portable charger if you don’t want to be away from your phone. Another advice would be more of a treat if they provided a face mask and sleep wear. The reason I’d suggest this is because another competitor hotel of theirs provided very considerate toiletries for the ladies and I think that was a HUGE plus for me considering we spent a lot of money for one night. Anyways, overall villa 32 is great if you just want to spend a few hours to relax.
