There is no way to be picky about a cheap youth hostel. I just happened to be nearby and wanted to stay for one more day, so I checked into this youth hostel with my friends. The price is probably the cheapest in Vietnam and it also includes breakfast! Like👍
This hotel has a very kind family. There are few reviews because it has just started, but it was the best in terms of hygiene, location and kindness. The bedding and towels were clean and smelled good, and above all, the couple were very kind to book a bus. We wanted to see both the Sunday market of Dong van and Meo vac (closed at noon), but since it is in the center of the market of Meo vac, we were able to leave only our luggage and enjoy the Sunday market enough. If you ever go to Meo vac again, this is the hotel you definitely want to stay again!
One of the nicer hostels I’ve stayed at for sure! Love love love the wooden bunk bed frames and the beds themselves are huge and comfy. The dorm rooms are also nice and spacious and there’s a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the street. The linens and blankets smell fantastic and there are THREE bathrooms, each with glass-walled showers. Each bed has a light and charging points and there is a stack of towels available, along with a hairdryer, slippers, and lockers with keys. Very convenient location, just a couple hundred meters to the local market and river walkway, and directly across the river there is a small mountain to walk or dive up with stunning views of the city.
One of my favorite stays recently! The host is warm and friendly. The room is new and the bathroom is incredible. I only struggled (but managed) to fill the bath with hot water, as the water heater tank is probably not big enough for the winter season. Breakfast was simple but ok, I think they could improve in this. I highly recommend this place.
this hotel is located in a not too busy, quiet neighbourhood but everything you could need is in a walking distance; shops, restaurants, bus station. the rooms are clean and convenient.

FFiBowyerBooked a room here as it had reasonable reviews. However, we left after an hour because there was no heating. We were staying in Feb(winter) and had didn’t the day in a bike so were cold. We were told by the owner that no where had heating the AC units were only for chilling in the summer.
As it happened the room were given wasn’t what we’d booked, it was smaller but we didn’t raise this as all we wanted was to find somewhere warm to stay. We left and booked Milk Milk Homestay. Which was great, the people were lovely and there was an ac heating unit in the room. It’s so important to be able to get warm when you’ve been on bikes all day.
GGuest UserThe location was a bit off the main street, but everything else was wonderful. Especially the owner's family was very kind. On the night I was taking the bus back to Hanoi, I had some time to spare before departure, so I wandered around and when I came back, the owner was waiting to have dinner together. They asked me where I had been, which was very touching. And when it was time for the bus, they even drove me to the bus stop. I tried to give them a tip as an apology, but they refused to take it and just said 'Come again'
ППелихI booked a room, but it turned out that there was an error on the site and it was not a room, but a bed in a shared room. Despite the fact that the bed is separated by a curtain and a bamboo mesh from other beds, you still see and hear everyone, and everyone sees and hears you, since the curtain is smaller than the opening. The site charged me 10 euros (this is how a separate room usually costs), but in fact in neighboring hotels such accommodation costs 100 euros. The hotel is difficult to find despite the signs. You can only go there on foot or by bike. Google maps does not show the road and when you come to the sign, it seems that there is no road and the sign is lying. There is one toilet for men and one for women. There may be a queue. The house is built of boards and there are large gaps between them; if the wind blows, it comes through very strongly through the gaps. Lots of mosquitoes. I was unlucky with other vendors who woke up at 5 am and talked loudly, waking me up and keeping me awake.

GGuest UserGreat place to rest and recharge before the Ha Giang bike tour. We arrived late, but check in is easy. A clean hotel, hot water, and comfortable beds. A quick stay before setting off on our adventure.
WWANSIKThe second hotel I heard during my trip to Hajang.
I visited in March this year and visited again.
It's right in front of the traditional street, so there's no inconvenience in food or massage.
This room was a bit uncomfortable because the window was not open, but the inconvenience was not big compared to the price or location.
I will definitely stop by again if I go to Hajang again next time.
