I’d stay here if I come over to Shanghai again. Very strategically located, very clean, front staff speaks good English and very accommodating. Close to halal eateries and just a walk away to The Bund.

the surrounding environment is beautiful and conveniently located the room decoration is also very interesting and makes people happy the service is also good i will stay here next time i have the opportunity

I booked this airport hotel in Shanghai mainly because of its proximity to the airport and the advertised shuttle service. However, the shuttle only runs once an hour and only departs from Terminal 2. If you arrive at Terminal 1 at night, you first have to make your way to Terminal 2 and then hope you don’t just miss the shuttle—otherwise, you’re stuck waiting for up to an hour for the next one. Because of this, we ended up taking a taxi, which cost about 50% of the room rate on top of the overnight price. That definitely made the stay more expensive than expected. On the plus side, the shuttle back to the airport in the morning was punctual and even dropped us off at Terminal 1, so no complaints there. The hotel itself looks exactly like the pictures, but the rooms are not as well-maintained as they appear online. There were cracks in the ceiling and corners of the room. The lighting was pretty minimal, but at least everything was clean. The biggest issue was the temperature. It was around freezing outside, and the window was left open when we arrived. There was no heating, only an air conditioner, which was turned off. As a result, the entire room was absolutely freezing—probably close to the outside temperature. We had to struggle with the remote, which was only in Chinese, to turn on the heating. Even after setting it to 30°C, the room never really warmed up, so it was far from cozy. This was by far the biggest downside of the stay. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable, and we slept relatively well. However, the hotel is right in the airport’s flight path, so it’s quite noisy. The rooms are also very poorly soundproofed, so earplugs (which are provided) are highly recommended. For the price, it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here for more than a few hours of sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth.

Excellent location, direct from the SH PD airport metro 2 to the hotel, have a couple of metro close by to choose from, the reception was lovely, they let me check in early, the staff cleaning the rooms were also nice and did a great job on housekeeping, the only small comments they missed really small minor things which I could tolerance on housekeeping and the hotel is a bit tired but this doesn't impact my overall staging experience at all and I will recommend this to my friends

The hotel was a very basic hotel which correlates with what we paid for. What i really dont like about the hotel is that the toilet door is frosted and one can actually see clearly via HANTING, the non frosted hotel brand name. Toiletries were handled to you upon check in. We stayed for 4 days and were handled 4 days of supplies and we were hands full. The location is awesome, it is a mere 5 mins walk to the bund. Seriously, you cannot get a hotel at this price for its proximity to the bund, so you gotta weigh the pros and cons. Service is okay, nothing fantastic, doesnt welcome you back that sort either. But when we asked for more water bottles, they gave us. On the last day, my friend fell very sick and had to visit the hospital, they very kindly extended the room check out time for us. However my friend wanted to rest in the room until evening and they suggested we downsize to a smaller room and pay by time block so we could save abit, im so thankful for their help for this arrangement.

Location is good. 5 mins walk from metro.Guy at counter is friendly and helpful. Breakfast missing on 1st day but got it on second day. Simple packet milk with bread. Room is small but adequate.bed is comfy. Bathroom is very narrow and toiletries are placed on floor due to lack of shelving.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is very close to the subway and it is also really central. The hotel is less then 10 minutes cab to the bund and one station away from jing an temple. It is surrounded by several restaurants and malls and you can take a stroll at nanjing west road so it’s very convenient for getting food or shopping and it is quiet at night. The rooms are very clean and newly renovated. The service was also impeccable! The front desk staff was very attentive to helping me when I had any questions and I comfortably stayed here for several weeks :).

Overall cleanliness is very good, just the cleanliness of the toilet is not consistent, and some of the components in the male toilet is broken, so some of the toilet door cannot be locked. Hope this can be improved next time 😁 The room is really well designed, the lobby has a very nice camping atmosphere, and it ia super near to metro station, and if you like walking, it is walkable to the Bund ;)

Location very amazing surrounding with Nanjing Road store and MRT really close just across, but Air condition in winter is open on 12.00-20.00pm as staff said. And it really work in that hour whice we go out for travel and hot in night time🥲 Staff really nice and housekeeping very kind. Good thing is : recommend this place for elder easy ti access hotel dont need to walk to much. Some time cigaratte smell from main Aircondition even it off. Room is small suit for two people!
