Hotel is located very good. You can easily reach the Nanjing Pedestrian Shopping Road by walking and also the Metro People Square. All by under 15 minutes. By walking with suitcase it can be tricky as the road are not well made and in the earlier day one side will be blocked by a queue in front of the Park Hotel. Pretty much everyday. In the road of the hotel you will find a lot of restaurants that open until very late. We had not difficutly to find food and in our opinion it was better than to dine in a tourist hotspot. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness can be improved though as there where stain on the bedsheet and I often found long hair in my towels during my stay. The others didn't have luck with their room as it was really small and they couldn't open their suitcases well. Hotel staff did try to look for a bigger room, but there was nothing they could have done as they were outbooked. In overall and for the price we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Me and my friend enjoyed fully our 4 nights here. This hotel fully fit our basic needs for cleanliness in bathroom, and beds. Beds are super comfy, and they upgraded us, which we appreciate alot. Bathroom has good smart toilet system, and the shower is top tier , the shower faucet and mirrors does not cause the cubicle area to be drenched. And we found out that there is a mrt entrance just ＜300m walk away from here. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly. We will come back again to this hotel if we come to Shanghai!

Arriving in Shanghai on a scorching hot day, I was immediately impressed by how convenient the hotel's location is for getting around! The metro station entrance is just a short walk away, making it super easy to access without any detours. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had initially inquired about changing rooms to a different floor, but none were available that day. To my surprise, they proactively called me the next morning to offer a room change. However, since I was out exploring the city, I decided to stick with my current room, which was perfectly comfortable anyway. In the evenings, any items we requested from the front desk were swiftly delivered by their service robots. We even made sure to tidy up our room a bit before checking out. Overall, it was a truly great experience! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Their service is excellent. The rooms are also good. They clean mostly every day. Have a towel and some of the little things you need. Can walk to East/West Nanjing Road and people square around 7-10mins. The location is actually good. employees they are really nice to everyone. Counters open 24 hours. Rooms size is depend. If someone walk by the room, they might hear us talking a little. There was some little noise at night, but not much. All is the best. If I come again I still choose this hotel.

Perfect for a long layover for airline connection. The hotel has a shuttle service for p/u and drop off to PVG Airport which made it very easy. The accom is basic but clean, shower was hot and staff super helpful. They use translator app very efficiently so no issues with communication.  I stupidly left my passport and boarding pass in my room which I didn’t realise until I was already on the bus on the way to the airport at 4.30am. I emailed the hotel staff who immediately retrieved my documents and even offered to bring to the airport for me. Fortunately there was enough time for me to return in the shuttle bus, collect my documents and back to airport in time for my flight.

The first room we were given was on the 6th floor, it was very run down and the the bed was rock hard. (We can normally sleep anywhere but this was extremely bad). We stayed for 2 nights before asking to move rooms. We upgraded for the remaining 3 nights for 50yuan per night and were moved to the 7th floor. The bed was much more comfortable. The location was superb and the staff were friendly and helpful, it’s just a shame we were charged more to upgrade the room because the bed wasn’t comfortable. This should be provided to every room. Wouldn’t stay again for this reason

We love the room. Its very clean and well equipped. Housekeeping ladies are lovely. The location is good, close to 2 metro lines by walking or biking.

Very near Nanjing Lu & The Bund! Love the place alot, there’s free washing machine & the service there is superb! Reached early 8am and still managed to checkin since there’s available room. Thanks alot!

We stayed here as a family for three nights, and it was an excellent experience overall. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. We especially appreciated the generous supply of fresh towels and bottled water, which were replenished daily. Having a washing machine was also a big plus. The apartment had a kitchen, which is a great option, although it didn’t come with cutlery or cooking utensils by default. That said, they made it clear that anything needed for cooking could be provided on request. The location was fantastic—very central and close to everything, with an amazing view of the Bund that we really enjoyed. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly smooth and simple, and the staff were very accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than the official time. The only small downside was the initial entrance experience. Since there’s no dedicated reception area, you walk into a general office space that feels a bit odd as the “welcome point.” It worked fine, and the staff were kind (even storing our luggage before check-in), but a more welcoming designated area would improve first impressions. Overall, though, this was a very comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment had everything we needed, the location was perfect, and the staff were helpful—I’d definitely recommend it.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect — just a short ride to all the main attractions and entertainment spots, yet the area is incredibly peaceful and quiet. There are plenty of local eateries and cafés nearby, making it super convenient for food and drinks. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both convenience and relaxation!
