The room we had was fine, a bit dirty when we arrived but the staff was very efficient and kind. We could text at 2am and they will respond. Very responsive to our problems usually we had to ask them to clean the room every morning before going out. Aside from that, it was great and the location is good, very close to the bund and other places and there is also a metro station close by.

I really love this hotel. Room was really clean and comfortable. Room service was good. There was a big window. AC is good. Easy walking to metro station. Good location, great staffs. I will back again next time. I will recommend for you🤩🤩😍😍

1. Sleeping room: It was a large 20-person room, very quiet, and I had a good sleep. Although the bed was small, it had an independent light, cabinet, and charging port, which was very good. It would be better if there was a buckle or something to fix the curtain when it was closed, otherwise it would be easy to pull the curtain open when the quilt was pulled. 2. Shower room: When I went there, one of the showers didn't work (it might be broken or something, and there was no sign. I took off my clothes and found that it couldn't be used. I should inform you in time next time). The rest of the facilities were very complete. 3. Bathroom: I only saw a public bathroom in the shower room and the room, which was too little for so many people. It would be better if there was a public squat toilet like in the subway or shopping mall. Overall, the price is really high in Shanghai.

It good for servis of they staff but they location far from city but it you stay for wait to flight it good location because near airport and they have servise for pick up you go and back from Airport

Staffs are nice including reception and housekeeper. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am with big luggage, so the reception checked the availability of the room and luckily we can early check in without fee. The location is good about less than 2 min from exit 10 at Zhongshan station. You can find Family Mart and Lawson around there. It is located near the mall and the park. If I arrived in Shanghai again, I am sure to stay there again. One thing that I wonder is pre-authorization fee still not back to my account, but it matters about the bank I guest. It is a hotel located in the city center of shanghai right next to a famous pub called the Shed where someone headbutted someone once that was cool

This stay was perfect! Living with my boyfriend, I was most worried that the room was not clean. But the moment I entered the room, I could feel the extreme cleanliness. Every corner was spotless, and the bedding was soft and tidy, which made people feel at ease. Then the room was very comfortable and the scenery outside was also very good. Most importantly, the convenience was also surprising. The hotel was seamlessly connected to the subway station and it was only a few minutes' walk to the station. Whether you want to check in at the iconic buildings on the Bund or explore other attractions in the city, you can easily get there directly, which greatly saves travel time. The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's service! From the front desk reception to the room service, every staff member is enthusiastic and professional. Not only do they patiently answer questions, but they also take the initiative to provide thoughtful suggestions. Whether you check in or check out, you can feel the meticulous care throughout the whole process, making you feel at home. Highly recommended to every friend who plans to travel!

Cleaness not too good, but the Service from homestay owner is magnificent. Fast response and so kind service....the homestay itself it's quite good and comfortable.it's just on a third floor with stairs, so like me with big and more than one baggage is quite tasking to lift it up to third floor. Location about 300meters from Shanxi South metro station.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a McDonald's downstairs, ASE is across the street, and the subway station is also very close. After crossing the overpass, you can walk straight for 10 minutes to reach Ruijin Hospital. The hotel room is clean and hygienic, and the soundproofing is average. Overall, it is good value for money
