"As a newly built hotel, the facilities are clean and good. Most of the rooms are pool villas, so the main pool is a bit small, but it's okay. The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but the rice noodles, bread, and coffee provided at the espresso bar were delicious, so it was good. The location is far from the city center, but there are many seafood restaurants nearby, 2 km from the hotel, and free delivery and pick-up/drop-off were provided, so I had a good stay for 3 nights and 4 days without any inconvenience. It was disappointing that there was no wine opener in the room, and although you can rent one in the lobby, there were very few prepared. I wish the hotel had at least a wine opener on hand."

This is my second time staying here, and this time I was given an even lower-floor room than last time. The soundproofing from the windows is really poor. I hope they can improve in all aspects.

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable to stay in. The hotel is very pretty, although it did feel like a ghost town place. Honestly everything was really nice except for these few things: 1. The courtyard view looks like a creepy 20 floor dungeon there's no natural light whatsoever. There's basically no difference between this and staying in a windowless room. 2. The breakfast has basically no vegan options, the only vegetarian option everyday morning was a fried egg, bread and fruit. Bread was stale. 3. The pool is only clean in the center, the sides of the pool are completely mildew filled. That being said, before I realized this, I had an amazing evening swim in the pool. 4. After 1230 they charge you almost $12 usd for late check out. I think it's just ridiculous. That's about half the price of another night and just one 1hr late checkout, even as a diamond member on trip.com, they nickel and dime you. This kind of left a bad taste in my mouth because the whole time I'm at this hotel, I don't even see more than 1 other person staying in the hotel. And rooms were still available. It left a bad taste in my mouth. 5. The shower leaks because the water sprays everywhere I almost slipped and .... You know. Good thing I'm okay. Otherwise, it was comfortable place, soft big bed, relatively good wifi, the staff are kind. There's a very convenient restaurant on the top floor, but again very few vegetarian options. But the prices are still good. I can't give it 5 stars.

I visited Quy Nhon this past July, and since it was during the week, it wasn't too crowded. The hotel is new, with modern and clean interiors. What surprised me was that the room was actually larger and nicer than it appeared in the photos (in the pictures, it looked a bit small and older than in reality). The view was also lovely; I could see the sea and even catch the sunrise 🌷. The staff at the hotel were all charming and enthusiastic, even the security guard. The food was delicious, and the room rate was good. Although it's not right in the heart of the city center, it's still convenient for getting around to different places. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10/10! I forgot to take pictures inside the room, so I'm just sending one through the window. 🤧

We arrived by taxi about 30 minutes from Quy Nhon city. It's quite a large resort hotel, and the front desk staff spoke English. The view from the room was incredibly beautiful, and we were very satisfied. We also used the hotel's restaurant for breakfast, and tried their à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. We stayed in Quy Nhon for a month and tried buffets and restaurants at other hotels, but this hotel's restaurant was the best! The beach was right in front, just a one-minute walk away, and it was a comfortable private beach with few people. We walked to the pier and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from above. All the staff were friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. This time we only stayed for two nights, but next time we come to Quy Nhon, we'd love to stay for about a week.

Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this one stands out for delivering the absolute best service, hands down—all thanks to their incredible staff. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by the bellboy, to the seamless check-in process and moving up to the room, every single interaction was top-notch and highly professional. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of the stay—the quality and variety of the food were impressive, and serving fresh whole coconuts was a fantastic touch! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Grand Hyams Hotel to anyone visiting Quy Nhon. I will definitely be back!

A truly charming homestay. I felt incredibly lucky to stay here with my mother. The experience went far beyond our expectations—the rooms and the surrounding area were beautiful, peaceful, and fresh. Breakfast was excellent, and both the owner and staff were exceptionally friendly, even offering us fresh avocados to take home. Not to mention the adorable dogs! We will certainly return on our next trip to Gia Lai.

Very clean, a great hotel with delicious breakfasts and wonderful staff. The only thing is there might be a disco outside the window until 12 AM, but it didn't bother us. The pool, restaurant, and spa are top-notch.

This was my first time in Quy Nhon, and I definitely picked the right hotel. The location is excellent, situated on a secluded part of the beach. You can either use the underground passage (with stairs) or cross the road (traffic here isn't as heavy as in other Vietnamese cities). Hotel: The front desk staff spoke excellent English, explained everything in detail, and even helped us carry our luggage to the room. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and we received fresh water every day. I was traveling with my mother, and we initially had a sea-view deluxe room. Later, we also stayed in a mountain-view room – both were exactly as pictured by the hotel: clean, spacious, and beautiful. The view from our room (on the 20th floor) was magnificent. The Wi-Fi wasn't the fastest, but it was generally sufficient for my work. Breakfasts were delicious – mostly Vietnamese food, but with some European options too. We also ordered food from the hotel restaurant, and it was very tasty, especially the pizza. Nearby Food: If you venture a bit further from the hotel, to the second or third street back, you'll find plenty of affordable and delicious eateries, including stylish coffee shops and spas. Everything is within walking distance. Beach: When we arrived, the beach wasn't equipped with sun loungers or umbrellas, and fresh water for rinsing off was only available in the evenings when locals came to swim. However, the beach itself is very clean, and there weren't many people during the day. We were completely satisfied. If we ever return to Quy Nhon, we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or ”sunbeds”) to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
