Great stay, i wish they provide more comfortable blankets and heaters by default in the room and not having customers to ask for it. Its a 5-star hotel and they should be providing this by default , specially when the rooms are very very cold.
Otherwise the hotel is great, good value for money. Lot of good restaurants if you go to Greater Kailash ( around 25 mins by car)
We stayed here for one night on our family trip (3 adults) from Shimla to Delhi. It was the most luxurious hotel we stayed in during our week-long trip to India (price range: 10,000-15,000 yen/night). We left around 7:30am, but breakfast was prepared from 7am and was delicious. I have included a photo of the breakfast I had, but it was small considering the time, my physical condition, and my age (60).
Stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 68, Sohna Road, Gurugram with friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities provided were good for a short stay. While there is still some room for improvement, the hotel offers good value and a comfortable stay. A nice option when visiting Gurugram with friends.
Stayed in ds clarks inn for a week. It’s excellent hotel stay. Mr ajit chauhan in reception very well professional and polite person to welcome the guest. Food was good and room was very neat. It’s a home like experience. Thank you clarks in
The four-star hotel has a five-star standard. The surroundings of the hotel are very good. The breakfast food is good and the surroundings are quiet. The only bad thing is that the sofa on the first floor of the hotel is a bit smelly and overall affordable.

Great
It’s actually a turn of fate that is leading me to write this kind of a review. I was going to give this place a 5 star review until a phone call disturbed my spa session at their extraordinary JIVA. I can’t give beyond 2.5 now. First the good things: 1. The newly renovated Paranda serves very good Punjabi food. 2. JIVA spa here is the best I’ve been to in India especially because the therapist (Lha) knew what she was doing. Give her a raise! 3. Stunning view from both my rooms. 4. Gurleen at reception is FABULOUS and the check in process was smooth. She also accommodated my requests. 5. It’s a GREAT hotel all in all. BUT 1. After checking out from one of the rooms (other one was occupied by teen daughter and her 2 friends. This was birthday staycation cum party), I had to go for my spa session. All bills were settled. The caller from reception asks me to come over because “we swiped your card for X amount when you checked out but money didn’t come to us. We need to see the proof.” 2. When My daughter and her friends checked out (I was still in the spa) she was told the same. Fortunately, she had my handbag with my cards AND the CC receipt I had saved. I usually never ask for the customer copy but I’m SO GLAD THAT I DID THIS TIME. 3. Now, nowhere in the world will you ask to give a proof for the payment already made and embarrass your patron. The reception staff did it TWICE. 4. When I raised it at the time of leaving the hotel, not even a sincere apology was extended. Only, “we’ll try to figure out why this was done”. 5. Minor irritants that I could have ignored but am unwilling to do so now: there was absolutely NOTHING in the minibar. Not even a can of soda. Heck, I had to call the room service to get the glasses. No fruit/snack/nuts/cookies. Yes, sometimes people like a quick munch—especially to take medicines—and can’t wait for room service. Yes, we can happily pay for minibar contents. 6. The fridge in my room wasn’t working. When I checked out, I took the Coke can that I ordered last night along to the poolside while I awaited my spa appointment. The beverage was warm and I requested for ice. I was asked if the can was bought in-house before they provided service. Whoa! If you are reading this, Taj Surajkund guys, please check my room service bill. 7. And this takes the cake—on the drive back home the girls (14, 15 and 16) told me that someone knocked at their door multiple times during the night. When they looked through the magic eye, they saw an eye staring back. They got scared as hell but didn’t wake me up because they know I sleep early. Each time the knock happened, they’d get into a huddle and clutch a glass bottle each in case a break-in happened. They were scared to call the reception because they probably didn’t want nuisance on a hard-earned pajama afterparty. Maybe it was a badly behaved guest who was pulling this prank…they thought. Again, I could have let this slide but not now…this is not what one expects in India’s oldest hotel chains. So, what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing, and uplifting staycation turned into something of a bitter aftertaste. And after having spent A LOT OF MONEY for just one night staycation, I am forced to leave this review here.
Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended
I had an amazing experience at Radisson Hotel Gurugram Udyog Vihar. The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options, and the hotel's amenities, especially the fitness center, was very nice. The location was perfect—close to the ambience mall but still peaceful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I'll definitely be back.
SSHAOPEIThe hotel is quite good, breakfast is very rich, but there are not too many things suitable for Chinese stomach, more Western style, the service staff are very welcoming, overall is good!
The property is nice, & the rooms & service is good. Ambience of Qube restaurant needs some upgradation according to Marriot standards. Every staff member was kind, cooperative, and truly professional. I have been to many hotels and i must say the buffet dinner & breakfast at Qube had a huge variety, the taste & quality was flawless.👍
Very good and warm hospitality except the room reservation team.. Food was average. Breakfast was good, staff were very welcoming and prompt housekeeping. Special thanks to suhail from check in to checkout and jigyanshu from the Bar he made our trip memorable.
Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.
