It was a good hotel. Rooms was Clean. The quilts and pillows were old. Some of them were torn. The quality of the breakfast was reasonable. The quality of the food was very good. The water in the indoor pool was too hot for me. I did not like the lighting of the pool. It was very dark and depressing. There are no alcoholic beverages in this hotel. What is strange for me is that there were no toothbrushes in the rooms and you had to buy them from the hotel. Another admirable thing was that the roof of the hotel was covered with solar panels that supplied the hotel's electricity.

They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

The reason why we chose it because it is a Hilton hotel is a hotel. However, the dustiness of the room disappointed us in terms of cleanliness. I think it's an isolated incident. It still didn't fit.

The hotel is located very far from Yalova, no bus can pass through it, if you do not have a car, you need to use a taxi or the hotel's transfer, which costs between 350 lira and 530 lira, and the hotel is right on the main road, so I definitely do not recommend going there. The cleanliness of the hotel was good The waiter working at the poolside of the hotel was very attentive, thank you, the guys working in the restaurant do not know what service is, I got up and bought everything myself We have not been able to get a signal from the TV at the hotel for two days, although we asked the technical team to come and check, no one came for the TV for 3 days Don't be fooled by the photos, it is the highway.

I liked everything very much. The hotel's facilities and location are very beautiful. The TERMASARAY Hotel SPA may be a perfect choice for those who like it. A budget-appropriate hotel is a great choice above expectations. The clean and pleasant rooms are cleaning towels, the hygiene of bed socks, the cleaning of the wet area is my favorite reason for the hotel again. The quality of breakfast is increased by the concept of the room breakfast. The car is available. I visited my birthday, and I owe thanks to the hotel management that made me feel private, to the working friends, especially Mahmut, the spa and Kad lady and friends for sledding me on silk.

Brilliant hotel! Beautiful rooms and furnishings and the best part the location is amazing! In front of the river, a few minutes walk to the sea side and round the corner lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants! Perfect for holiday or business. The staff are super friendly, all but one person on the desk he was horrible very abrupt but I wouldn’t want to score this based on one bad egg at the front desk. Breakfast is lovely too. I haven’t stayed at any other hotels but my opinion this is the best as it’s a lovely inside and the location is perfect. I would recommend this place 100%, they just need to get rid of the guy with the nose ring at the front desk ha!

I arranged this hotel from united states for a 4-day family retreat. From the check-in to check-out, we had an exceptional experience. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and smiling. Food did not disappoint either: it was plenty, fresh and delicious. The bonus feature of this hotel is its history and connection to the founder of Turkish republic. For a historical building, impressively everything was functional and in impeccable condition. Facilities were kept spotless clean and housekeeping was safe; none of our personal items were touched. The spa services were also very good and affordable. I highly recommend Turkish bath and massage package. I hope this great management remains same as we plan to visit again in the future.

I have been at this hotel due to its location near to the shipyard however the management is pathetic and does not give any response whatsoever. If you want to lead a zen life by cutting yourself from the world, pls come to this hotel. It has no internet. No matter how loud you scream or how many times you complain, they will not do any efforts to fix it. Also, their coffee machine is broken, thus if you like an espresso or cappuccino in the morning breakfast please forget about it. Terrible response from the management, rather no response at all.
