Great Location & Comfortable Stay I recently stayed at Centara Hotel Hat Yai, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, which made it incredibly convenient to explore local markets, restaurants, and shopping areas like Central Festival and Kim Yong Market—just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away.

The area is not too noisy after midnight. Lifts are very good cause it has two units. The level 6xx air conditioning is good, very cold except a little bit noisy. My room was spacious and with a mini freezer. The bed is okay not too soft. Breakfast is standard local style, only served up to 10 am. Room reset needs to inform or request with the house keeping else will not be done. Location is okay cause there are many eateries and 7-11 stores nearby. Day/night front desk receptionist are okay and helpful. In house massage at Level 2 only operated up to 7pm.

Got a room in the new building (just opened in Jul25), super spacious room and amazingly comfortable bed. The TV in the room is huge and equipped with full amenities. On and off we could hear some knocking renovation sound during the day time but evening was fine. The location was a bit off, it requires a bit of walking to the nearest convenient stores. Only good if you are driving. Free parking available, this new building is connected to the old/main one. You can still use the pool/gym etc.

Super spacious property with plenty of parking space. The location is a little off- between Songkhla Old Town and Hatyai city, only convenient for those who drive. Full amenities and the facilities are great. Gym is equipped with good and modern machines and the pool is huge. Pretty much like a standard 4-star business hotel.

The hotel itself is good, but the loud music from the entertainment venues and a pub downstairs played until early morning. Noisy guests also made it impossible for me to sleep. However, the room overall offers very good value for money.

Easy checkin. Tak perlukan deposit.. Kena tinggalkan passport dekat receptionist. Parking utk guests hotel disediakan tapi tak bnyk. So kalau takda parking, park jauh sikit and jalan ke hotel. Hotel baru, selesa. Aircond sejuk, toilet bersih. Tv, refrigerator functioning well.. Boleh pakai plug malaysia.. Staff okk…

The room view on the 8th floor is nice, not too noisy so far (two nights). Air cond is very quiet. The Toilet flush design is excellent and uses very little water, I'm impressed. Items list display need to be updated as certain items were not physically there but still appeared in the list. Most hotel rooms these days are non-smoking, so please remove the item ”ashtray”... Housekeeping needs to be requested. In house massage is at Level 3, and can also be requested to massage you in your room, I have tried a two hours session oil massage for 700bh, solid and nice.

Shady, cool, comfortable, cheap price, close to many delicious restaurants, with bedding, air conditioner, warm water, private bathroom. helpful staff beaming There are dogs, cats, chickens, birds, cute, not messy. But the mattress is stuffy, the room is stuffy, the bedding is old. The bathroom is very old, the accommodation is old, some wood decay, must be careful.

The location very nice and near to the border. Everything is very near to the hotel. For me cleanliness quite okay until we call that housekeeping person then only she coming to makeup my room but never change the bedsheets. First day went down for breakfast feel very bad for me. Compared to the old hotel Satit Grand View, here the breakfast menu very little. Some of the food added too much of oil and the buffet area never clean at all. There is the egg station but no selection of Egg. Only one type of egg (fried egg) staff no friendly at all and they’re very free sitting at corner playing mobile phones. Hotel lobby very big and nice and no swimming pool at the hotel. Overall okay only.

Good location nearby have 7 eleven, massage centre, pub cafe and also many local and Asian food shop. Room very clean and I have a good and happy stay in M Hotel. And get booking easy and more value offer price by Trip. Com app.
