Stayed many hotels in marryland but this is the best soo far based on price, very close to airport like 10 mins. Rooms are very nice and clean they do have housekeeping services which is amazing as i always request HK services but never ever receive it from other hotels , Breakfast do not have too many options like 3-4 items basics but very reasonable price $10-$13 Amazing pool, decor, front desk is fast and professional. Its a big hotel located in a very peaceful area, while from your room you will see many flights taking off and landing which is amazing !!

The stay was lovely, loved the coffee which was included. The place was clean and very close to the airport, and McDonalds, taco bell and bunch of restaurants. Enjoyed the stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Economy hotel you can stay if you're on budget

I like it very much and am very satisfied with it. It is clean and the service attitude is good. I will come back next time. You can ask the waiter for toiletries. You can also apply for a membership card to accumulate points, and you will receive free accommodation in the future.

Great, super clean rooms. Located conveniently in a walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops and Toby's Dinner Theatre (2 miles down the road) where we saw a beautiful performance . Lovely, courteous staff at the front desk and at the breakfast. Hot breakfast in the morning. Sadly, guests are leaving trash in front of the hotel on a bench without cleaning after themselves. Thank you, Team Hampton Inn and Suites, for your hospitality!

The service was beyond great , I felt welcomed immediately through the door with smiles and members waiting to assist me. My check in was ultra smooth thanks to Sydney and her expertise. 10/10 rating would definitely recommend especially if your coming in from and other city !!!

The room was clean and spacious. The desk staff was pleasant. The bed slept great and wasn’t bad for the money. The WiFi was bad. In my room anyways. Would not log in long enough to do anything. There was a huge empty space between the bed and bathroom. A table would have nicely filled the void. Had to run the water quite awhile before it got warm enough to get in the tub. No refrigerator. But, good enough for a one night stay.

Good location, small room, is the usual hotel in the United States, no breakfast, parking is a small brother berth at the door, do not know where to go, 35 knives a night, the little brother to return to the car to give at least 2 knives tip

The hotel is small, but the sanitation is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The parking lot is across the road. You can park your car at the entrance of the hotel to check in. I thought it was 5 yuan to park, but when I left, I realized that it was 5 yuan to leave at 6 am. , we left at 10 and paid $18 for parking, the room had a fridge, no microwave.

Breakfast is OK, the hotel is not located in Washington, DC, no car is not convenient, the hotel has a parking lot.

If you need a comfortable place to stay in Rockville make it at Even Hotel, Rockville Pike, Rockville, Md. I had a 10 day stay booked by my daughter, and at the end of the 10 days I felt I was going to miss my room! The staff were ever so helpful and polite. The room had all necessary accomodations, with a refrigerator, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, T.V., desk and chair, hair dryer, and to top it off, yoga style exercise equipment, too. Housekeeping was every day if you wanted it, or you could hang out the ”do not disturb” sign and you'd have all the privacy you wanted your whole stay. The gym is well furnished; my favorite - the rowing machine resistance with water. The Even is just a hop, skip, and jump to the Twinbrook metro, the Silver Diner restaurant, Trader Joe's grocery, Dollar Store and many other stores in a plaza. Covered Bus stops are very near, and the post office is just a little way past the Fire Station. Just a note to fellow travelers--try to respect the other guests when you have to arrive at 1 a.m. - 4 a.m. and refrain from laughing and talking loud in the hall, or playing with the elevator, or exploring the stairway. This behavior does really disturb other guests. (Thanks so much and good success in all your travels.)

The room on the first floor of the hotel is facing the parking lot. Don't step on the pit when you check in.

Our first time at this property and we chose it because of the location to the metro on the red line. It is right out the back door across the street. Extremely convenient! We were visiting DC for the weekend. The property was nice, the room was room was comfortable, the service was excellent, the underground parking, while there is an additional fee, is secure and convenient and the checkin/checkout process was flawless. If you want a completely digital experience this is it. The staff checked in via text a few times but were not intrusive. We requested extra towels and received them promptly. While we didn’t visit them, there is an on-site restaurant/bar and a coffee shop available. We have stayed at other properties in the area. I am glad we chose to disregard any disgruntled negative reviews. This will be our property of choice when we visit the city.

We stayed at the Spark in Germantown for a family event. It was a disappointing experience. ROOMS - there's an infestation of ants in several rooms, one family member had to check out, the ants had taken over the counters. Hotel said they were sold out, so she went to the Sheraton. Another family member changed rooms after she found bugs under the bed sheet. a third family member had a smelly wall air conditioner unit-they changed the filter, but it didn't help. No ice, no microwave, no cups in bathroom, no alarm clock-bare minimums. The rooms have a stale odor. BREAKFAST - I would suggest going to the area restaurants, the bagel breakfast offered didn't taste fresh. FITNESS CENTER - water was dripping from the ceiling, as such tile had fallen to the floor. Called the front desk to let them know..., they sent someone who did a very poor job in attempting to clean it up, dripping water wasn't addressed. ROOM RATE - was very attractive for the first night, but the rate was increased for the second and third nights. I have never experience a hotel changing the room rate after the rate has been confirmed. Felt like bait and switch, the room rate shouldn't change after the reservation is confirmed. At check out the manager wasn't around, I called back and got a supervisor who told me that's the way they price rooms, rate is subject to change based upon occupancy. Even after they have confirmed the reservation. STAFF - all seemed pleasant, but young and inexperienced. At checkout the young man was yelling from behind the wall that he was coming..., took him almost 5 minutes to come check us out. RECOMMENDATION - I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many hotel choices in the area, it was a poor hotel experience.

Located on the Wisconsin road, the traffic is quite convenient and the hotel has its own car park, but parking is subject to a charge. Check in at night is very quiet, across the road is a residential area, are a house, greening is very good. One kilometer away is the subway station, the hotel has a shuttle to the subway station, in fact, the walk is also very fast. There is a supermarket around 50 meters, you can buy fresh fruit bread cakes, cheese varieties are very diverse and impressive. The staff is very nice and will be given a hot muffin at check-in.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years. We love the location of the hotel and the close proximity to the shops and restaurants at Rio and Crown. Check in was done by a friendly agent at the Desk with a name tag that indicated his name was Juan. Juan was very warm and friendly welcoming us to the hotel. Although he didn’t recognize my status on Marriott Bonvoy (Titanium) he did ask if we wanted points or a food item from the sundry shop as our Bonvoy welcome gift. He could have enhanced the check in experience by utilizing our name and explaining the breakfast times. Signs were posted in the elevator and at the desk that listed the breakfast times and housekeeping procedures. Stay over housekeeping is on request and is a room tidy, make the bed, new towels, trash removal and amenity refill. Breakfast: I am not fond of the new breakfast offerings. Pre packaged waffles and sausage biscuits. I am on a keto diet and there are just two many carbs on this breakfast to start the day. Packaged cereal, instant oatmeal that you add hot water, cold cheddar biscuits. Yogurt was available in the refrigerator. Everything was high in carbs. Neither scrambled or hard cooked eggs were available. I missed them. I noted many other guests inquiring about where were the eggs. All of the attendants on the buffet were both friendly and hard working and kept the buffet stocked and the tables cleaned. Special kudos to Dolores who was very hospitable on Monday morning, management should commend her for her hard work and big smiles. Well, to my surprise on Monday and Tuesday they had the hard cooked eggs available and instead of the waffles and they offered egg white frittatas. I heard many negative comments on the breakfast with guests looking for English muffins, toast or bagels. Housekeeping: Our room was spotless clean and I noted that pads and pens have been added to the guest room. The bath amenity was the bulk dispensers on the wall and one small bar of soap at the sink. Shower was a tub shower and the water pressure and temperature perfect however the sink faucet had a very low water pressure and the stopper did not hold water for the morning shave. I appreciate that they are doing room tidy although on the second day the room attendant forgot to refill the coffee supplies. The Front Desk attendant at night Alison was very friendly and hospitable. She engaged everyone as they came in from the entrance warm smile. She did well to find a commonality to build a rapport for conversation. She is a natural with hospitality and should be commended for her excellent service. Another nice stay and we look forward to returning to this hotel on our next visit to Gaithersburg.

I arrived at BWI at around 11:40pm and rushed to call the shuttle from the hotel as they informed me earlier that if I didn't call by midnight, I'd be on my own to get a ride to the hotel. I was stressing as it was the first time I ever traveled alone. I called them at 11:50pm whew!! but plenty of time before 12:00am. So I thought, first they put me on hold... then hung up, next call... No answer and hung up. Now I'm spazzing. Finally a shuttle will be there in ...15-20 mins huhhhh?? so there i am standing alone at midnight by myself ( a 55 yr old woman) half hour goes by... I call hotel again and not easy for someone to answer. Oh the shuttle got full I was told so they have to send another one, REALLY so another 15 mins go by no shuttle, half hour later, I see the shuttle, here it comes....and flys right by me as I'm screaming STOP!! around she goes, 10 mins later she's finally here at 1:15am and then says she's been there. they told her DOOR 15 I said I was at LOCATION 15. Mad before I even got to hotel, once there..a cooler full of sodas to buy and not one DIET soda..I'm going to bed. No blanket? just sheets I was cold so I went to front desk to ask for a blanket, Sorry their locked up, heres some more sheets. In all fairness they looked to be very short staffed. and the room was clean but not worth the price

OMG- what a disappointment! While the rooms are comfortable and clean there are few amenities in the actual facility. Only 2 of 4 floors have ice machines, there are NO soft drink vending machines ANYWHERE in any of the 3 buildings. There is no basic food or beverage of any kind to be had on the property so you have to dress to go to a local establishment or call a restaurant for delivery. I was told I could go to the CVS for what I need….really? I had to ask the front desk if there was a bar and told there was one in the other building. There is no hotel directory so I needed to ask about the gym location…it is in the other building also. How is one to know these facts when no info is provided on the website, at check-in or in the room. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known the basics were not available. It’s costly to stay here and the simplest of amenities are not offered. The front desk was apologetic, said others have also complained about the lack of vending machines ( yes, there is plenty of space for a Vending machine in the ice machine room). I was given 2 small bottles of the water to take to my room as the only water available is from the bathroom sink. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend Historic Inns of America Annapolis.

We brought a busload from Las Vegas of savvy and well-traveled seniors to stay at this hotel for our 5-day tour of Washington, DC, Baltimore and Annapolis. Amazingly, we did not receive any complaints on the accommodations during our stay. We had a mixture of 2 bedrooms suite, singles, doubles and one studio. The people were delighted with the cleanliness and the comfort of their rooms. The breakfast had a large selection and was plentiful. More fruit and sandwiches were brought out on request. The staff was super helpful in assisting us with any needs that we requested (additional towels, toiletries, directions and use of the public areas for social activities). I was more than pleased that I booked this property for our trip to that region.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Annapolis is by far the friendliest and with the most helpful staff. Our recent stay was very relaxing and we were constantly surprised by the staff, they were always around to provide assistance. After I had entered our room I was holding the room door open waiting for my wife when a staff member stopped to inquire if I was having problems with the door and offered to prop it open for my wife. Then the next morning when my wife (mobility challenged) went to get her breakfast in the breakfast lounge she dropped a piece of food from the buffet tray and immediately a staff member was there to clean-up, followed by a Hampton Inn staff member deliver her assembled meal to the room for her. Stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Annapolis for a pleasant experience.

I brought my son down for football camp at Naval Academy. This hotel was perfect for us. Check in was friendly and quick. Parking is $29 a night and conveniently located. There is a little store with snacks and drinks adjacent to the check in desk. There is also a small restaurant in the lobby for HH drinks and food and breakfast. The breakfast starts before 7 AM which was convenient for us. The room was comfortable and very clean. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and safe. There was a fitness center right n our floor. There was an outdoor pool as well which we didn't use this time. We were able to walk to all the stores and restaurant on the water where we had dinner. We also walked to the Naval Academy (about a 20 minute walk, with all beautiful houses and nice stores to look at on the way). We will definitely stay here again.

You know that experience when you notice something wrong with a hotel room and you think, ”Oh, that's no big deal, I can live with it,” so you unpack and get settled? But then you notice another flaw, and another, and another. That's what happened to our family at this hotel. I noticed the chip in the enamel on the bathtub right away, then later the hole in the wall by the towel rack that was never repaired, then the missing bar on the security door lock, and finally the lack of a stopper for the bathtub drain (this time I went down to the front desk to get one, none available, was told to use a washcloth). Are all the rooms like this? Not willing to take a chance, will go to a different hotel the next time we need to stay near BWI.

I am a 19 year old software engineer who verified the check in age at this hotel by phone with the reservation number and the hotel directly as 18. I went to check in and the clerk told me it was 21 and I had to convince her to let me stay! Ridiculous! It's also hard to get a seat on the airport shuttle. I had to pay both ways.

Just checked in today for an extended stay for a summer internship. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially Romello! Smooth process to get checked in, nice, well appointed room (studio suite Queen), kitchenette has a good supply of pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, and cooking utensils. No nonstick fry pans and no oven, but has a microwave, toaster, two burner electric stovetop, and small coffee maker, as well as a full sized dishwasher and fridge. Pull out sofa is nice for the occasional visitor. Looking forward to checking out the complimentary breakfast tomorrow morning. So far so good!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay at Hotel Indigo. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was well appointed with nice furnishings and was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had 2 large windows with a city view. Housekeeping came daily and provided excellent service. The public areas/lobby were nice and clean too. The lobby has a large area with abundant seating, a large fireplace and tv. My only suggestion would be to update the tv to a smart tv for access to Netflix and other apps.

Staff is very polite and helpful Terry location is perfect and close to everything. Going down fall was the Lack of supervision in the pool areas and not really so much the hotels followed but the guests who met their children swim and splash and jump in the Jacuzzi. There needs to be clear posted signs regarding no children in the hot tub under the age of 16 years old

I am a frequent Hilton customer and Hilton Honors member, but will avoid this particular hotel in the future. My family stayed here as part of a block of rooms my niece reserved for her wedding The rooms and views were beautiful, and most of the staff were very friendly; however, we were absolutely shocked and appalled as to how the bar manager treated our wedding guests the Friday night before the wedding. My niece had called in advance and was assured the bar/restaurant could accommodate our crowd, as we came in from all over the U.S. for the event. Instead, the bar manager seemed thoroughly annoyed and bothered all night, and began yelling at some of the guests to MOVE away from the entrance, even though we were not blocking anyone from entry. While the bar apparently closes at 11 pm, we were told by the bartenders at 10:15 that the manager announced it was last call. We are not an unruly group. We were just enjoying some drinks and each other’s company since we rarely get the chance to see each other. (My son and I had just been through Hurricane Milton and were just happy to be safe with family.) My brother-in-law civilly asked if he could inquire about the early closing with the bar manager, who then came over loudly announcing that if anyone wanted to know her name, it was Lanesha, and that she would be happy to spell it if someone wanted to complain. My sister, the mother of the bride, also attempted to calmly speak to her privately, explaining that it was her daughter’s wedding, and that her behavior was making us feel unwelcome, and that it seemed like she was angry with us. The manager was apparently very offended by the use of the word “angry,” and became immediately irate, introducing a discussion about race into a situation that had nothing to do with race. She then walked over to the check-in desk and told the receptionist there to tell us to all quiet down and began turning the lights on and off to make us leave. Many had already left at that point, and the few who remained were simply dumbfounded as to what was happening. We asked the bartenders (most who seemed terribly embarrassed) what we had done to offend anyone, and they just uncomfortably explained they thought it might just be a difference in the way people communicate. I then tried to speak to the manager myself, informing her that I would be leaving reviews detailing this incident, to which she responded that she was “being harassed” and was now calling security. Security??? Again, just absolutely shocked—as this was completely unnecessary. To my knowledge, at no time did anyone other than the manager raise their voice or behave in a way that was inappropriate or threatening (check the security video should there be any doubt). The handful of us left walked outside as security showed up. Together, the manager stood laughing with them, clearly unintimidated in any way. I’m writing this review because I had an amazing experience with one of the guest service staff members at the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront Minbahadur Ghimire. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to help with everything, from making sure the TV was working smoothly to setting up Netflix for me, made my stay feel personalized and truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that are kept spotlessly clean. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Every meal was fresh, and the dining experience was a highlight of my stay. The only area that could use improvement is the gym. The equipment is outdated and could definitely use an upgrade. With newer machines and more options, the gym would certainly set the hotel apart even more. Aside from that, the hotel’s location is fantastic. It’s right on the waterfront, close to many attractions, and provides easy access to everything Baltimore has to offer. Overall, my experience was great, and I highly recommend staying here! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, but the kitchen utensils were relatively small, and the size of the pot was not suitable for Chinese people. Parking has to be charged separately, 20 knives a day, and the parking lot has to go for 5 minutes. Safety feels quite safe.

I had been to this hotel, several years ago. This time we were here for a major wedding event in family. It has most outstanding location on Harbor front. It is a 30 + floors and 750+ rooms beautiful hotel. Nice people and nice services. Right on boardwalk so you can have great morning walk. We had a spacious room on 24th floor, harbor side with a great view. Bathroom and cleanliness, nothing to complain. Our Check-in was efficiently handled by Blaze. Due to elite status he upgraded us to higher floor with view. Now downside, the mattresses are somewhat soft, not as firm as those of Westin. Next, for such an impressive hotel, they can use better toilet rolls. Lastly, their front reception sofas, chairs etc are very dated and uncomfortable. Hence, need to use better toilet rolls and provide new better furniture in front lobby ( area behind Bell caption ) for better customer comfort. Lovely experience.

Came down to inner harbor for the night with my family. We stayed at a residence inn back in October when we went to Atlanta, so we knew we wanted to stay again in residence inn. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Valet parking was very convenient. Short 10 minute walk to the harbor. Close to many restaurants/bars.

Baltimore is really a bad city to carry out. It is the only hotel that does not have to go to the street with the exhibition hall. Therefore, it has chosen to be better than the imagination. It is very clean and has a sense of service. The day before yesterday, the hotel is really not in the hotel. What is the only restaurant to eat? It’s hard to eat. The 4th floor gym has a big platform to catch up with the weekend. You can watch the game. There is also a room with a balcony. You can also see that the stadium pool is dirty and really dirty. There will be a bunch of black kids. A bunch of black kids sneaked on the platform and were alarmed to let the police smash away. So the security of this hotel is still possible.
