"The hotel is amazing in everything, staff are so friendly and nice, they always want to serve you better, room was extremely nice, i liked the room setup so much, bath tube was so big as I’m 6.3 feet tall it was very comfortable to me, toilet base is operating using remote control and has very nice features, food was nice i was having bed and breakfast stay and breakfast was nice and I found halal food to eat, fruits they offer at the breakfast is so delicious, location and view is incredibly nice

"The room is very big, with three floors. There is a spa room, a mahjong room, and a private outdoor hot spring. It was windy that day, so I contacted the housekeeper and someone came to clean up the leaves immediately. I would like to give a special mention to my housekeeper Tina. I have stayed in many five-star suites or villas at home and abroad. I think Tina's service is the most professional and attentive. In addition to the basics, she also sent me all the travel guides in Huzhou. The guides are very detailed, including scenic spot guide maps and performance times. Because of this, this trip to Huzhou was very pleasant and trouble-free. I also left something there and she sent it to me as soon as possible."

"I recently stayed at Hilton Huzhou Nanxun and the experience was perfect! I would especially like to give special praise to my exclusive butler NIA, who added WeChat before check-in, patiently answered all my questions, and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. Her service is always meticulous. During my stay, whether it was the room floor request, the request to reserve a window seat for dinner at Qingya Chinese Restaurant, or the planning of the travel route, as long as I found her, I could get a quick response and solution. "The home cinema room is just Incredible. The managers Michael speak petfect english and is such a nice man. He helped me for everything, my laundry, my Taxi (because I didn't have wechat pay) and was so kind. All the staff was very helpfull too and patient. "It was a last minute decision on New Year's Eve. I saw this hotel and intuitively modified my previous hotel order. It took more than 2 hours to drive from Shanghai. The scenery along the way was beautiful and the mountains were green. Egrets fly in front of Xisai Mountain, peach blossoms flow in the water and mandarin fish are fat. Traveling with Tang poetry, the ancients did not deceive me. I drove to the town to buy fireworks, and I had enough fireworks on the grass in front of the hotel lobby at night. It is also very convenient to drive from the hotel to Dragon Dream for more than 20 kilometers and 30 to 40 minutes. The hot spring is indoors and more like a swimming pool. We went early and no one disturbed us for more than an hour. It was very quiet. The whole hotel feels like a simplified version of Naked Valley, and the butler is also very considerate to drive and pick up. Disadvantages: The hair dryer is not powerful enough, and there is no hook between the hotel restaurant and all public toilets such as hot springs. I like it very much and will come again next time."

LLisaMy experience at Naked Castle was spectacular. The staff were warm and friendly. Especially Johnson, who is the kindest host. He made sure that my trip went smoothly and welcomed me with sparkling hospitality. Nadia made my stay entertaining and pleasant as she included me in activities, gave an incredible tour of the castle, and her enthusiasm is an undeniable element to the experience of this resort.The facilities are immaculate, cleanliness and user satisfaction are top priority at Naked Castle and I will definitely be returning again soon in the near future.

GGuest UserFacilities: Very new, with various room types, each with a different view. The loft room we stayed in at Wangshanju on the first day had a large TV and a small independent space upstairs, which the kids loved. On the second day, we moved to Zizaiju, which is on the mountain with great views and a great night view. There is a large reservoir behind the hotel where you can row your own pontoon. If you bring your own fishing gear, you can fish in the reservoir or in the pond in the resort in front. The gym is relatively small, and there is only one table in the table tennis room, which is a bit deformed, but because it is an independent space and no one disturbs us, we still had a lot of fun. There are free-range chickens, ducks, and geese in the big gourd area, which can be fed by feeding. There is a mallard in the duck group that is the bully of the garden. It steps on the back of the mallard and bites its neck to drown the mallard into the water. The kids watched the bullying drama in the gourd garden with relish. The hot spring is halfway up the mountain, between the rooms of Zizaiju and Wangshanju. There are fewer hot springs, only 6 pools, 5 of which are hot water pools, but the temperature is low, between 36-39. Compared with other hot spring resorts, there are fewer high-temperature pools. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the hot spring area. It is recommended to add mosquito repellent devices. The large gym, billiard room, music coffee bar, book bar and other facilities are still under construction, and it should be more interesting in the future.
Service: The housekeeper Jiashuai responds to needs at any time 24 hours a day, and responds quickly to all kinds of needs. Compared with the Anji Hantian Resort where I stayed the day before, I feel that the service staff is a little less, and it is a bit overwhelmed for the May Day period with a lot of people, but the housekeeper has countless people and does his best to help us solve various problems. He is very attentive and the overall experience is great.
Hygiene: The hygiene level is not affected by being on the mountain, and I am very satisfied. The toiletries are all from Herborist, and the experience is good.
Catering: There is only one restaurant, and the guest rooms are still being expanded. The restaurant is a little small compared to the hotel, and the variety of dishes is a little small, but the taste is very good, and every dish is delicious. Recommended are braised pork, chopped pepper fish head, and dry pot small fish (those in the north who are not good at eating fish can note less fish and more yellow croaker).
Activities: The tea picking and stir-frying provided during the May Day holiday is especially suitable for children, and is very novel and unique for northern children.

The guest rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the panoramic balcony can enjoy the bamboo forest morning mist and the starry night sky, and the intelligent guest control system is very considerate.
Full score for parent-child friendliness! The children's playground and outdoor swimming pool make the kids play until they don't want to leave. The buffet breakfast is so rich that you can't choose. The local dried bamboo shoots and handmade pastries are full of Jiangnan flavor. The staff has a warm smile and responds to all requests from check-in instructions to surrounding guides. CCelinehuoMy husband and I had the most incredible vacation experience at Club Med Anji. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality by our lovely GO friend Jackie. The resort's stunning location surrounded by picturesque landscapes left us in awe.
The lobby staff wearing pink at Club Med Anji went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any request.
Big thanks to Jackie, her genuine care and dedication created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like part of the Club Med family.
One of the highlights of our stay was the Bar team taking good care of our anniversary with
personalized attention, I cannot forget to mention Fitz from the bar team, whose exceptional service added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Having been to various Club Med resorts, I have encountered many talented staff, but Anji team truly stood out.
Last but not the least we really enjoy the lovely conversation with Hotel manager Jarod and Leisure manager Kevin.
Thank you all for such relaxing and enjoyable days! We certainly will be back!!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. It is right on the edge of Provincial Highway 304 and is very suitable for self-driving tours. The room is facing the mountain, and next to the hotel is the Yaowu Scenic Area, with beautiful scenery. The room is relatively new overall and clean and tidy. I was particularly satisfied with the hot springs. I chose a lavender pool. The fragrance was fresh and the temperature was suitable. I lay down and enjoyed the warmth. After soaking, I took a steamer. It was so comfortable. The check-in experience was great!

KKaiyuThe hotel is very good. We upgraded to a room with a view directly. From the room we can see the iron flowers and fireworks in the ancient town. Nothing wrong with the hotel! Let's talk about the ancient town. The food in the ancient town is really a rip-off. There are no street shops in the whole Dragon Dream, so the only option close to it is Taihu Ancient Town. The fireworks are very beautiful, but the prices in the ancient town are too expensive (I am very dissatisfied. The meal in the picture is a set meal in the ancient town for 498). The fireworks were taken in the room, very beautiful and spectacular

Regarding the room. We took the one with the bathtub on the top floor and it did not disappoint. The room is in an excellent state and there are many small features which make it even better. And finally the bathtub is just amazing😍
Location wise it's super close to 云上草原. You can either walk for about 25 min or take a car for 5 minutes.
We can definitely recommend the room. It has just been fantastic and super relaxing!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location, only 15 minutes' drive from Zhongnan Baicao Garden and Zhejiang Natural History Museum. There are also Dazhuhai and Hello Kitty Park nearby. If you play in the water, you can get rafting tickets directly, which is worry-free and cost-effective!
Facilities: The deluxe king-size bed room I stayed in was spacious and clean, and the mattress was super comfortable. I didn't want to get up once I lay down! There was a faint wood fragrance in the room, and the furniture was all solid wood, which was environmentally friendly and high-end. The heated swimming pool was refreshing, and the view of the gym was superb. I felt better while running and watching the bamboo sea!
Service: The front desk service was enthusiastic, especially Zhenzhen, who was responsive! I accidentally left something when I checked out, and I immediately contacted us and helped to send it back!
🌟 Summary: Good value for money! Five-star enjoyment, but the price is down-to-earth. I lived comfortably with my friends at 300+ per person. I will definitely come to this hotel next time I come to Anji!
