"This was an amazing experience that exceeded our expectations; the hotel was quite impressive. The room was spacious with new furnishings and a wide view. Since we had a child, they thoughtfully installed a safety rail before our arrival. All the hotel staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly, making us feel very comfortable. We stayed in an executive room, and the afternoon tea and happy hour were exquisite. Rebecca and Pomelo provided excellent service; they immediately sent us important hotel information and also helped us with a late check-out. Also, a big thank you to the lifeguard, Xiao Chen. Our child couldn't swim, and he patiently taught them swimming techniques. He was very easygoing and enthusiastic, and our child learned the basic breaststroke movements. This was a wonderful surprise during our trip. We'll definitely come back here if we get the chance!"

Our stay at naked House Valley was so fantastic that we didn't hesitate to extend our trip in Moganshan by another day, choosing naked House Castle, which is part of the same group. We stayed in a 'little rammed earth round house' at naked House Valley. The entire hotel is nestled in a valley with stunning scenery, and the different restaurants offer excellent experiences, with both the Chinese and Western restaurants serving high-quality food. Before leaving Moganshan, we even made sure to experience naked House Valley's 'naked House Taste' again.

This is a very comfortable resort hotel. Staying here feels like being transported to Thailand or Bali. The butler was absolutely amazing; by coincidence, we even shared the same birthday, and they surprised me with a small cake on my special day! Overall, the hotel service was incredibly attentive and responsive to every request, which is exactly the standard you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The SPA was especially comfortable; I highly recommend everyone staying here to try the Thai massage! The Ziva front desk staff, especially the lady, was very patient and positive! It made for a very pleasant experience! I had two consecutive days of spa treatments with Sunny and Yuna, who massaged me and my family. They were absolutely fantastic, I felt they were even better than many foreign masseuses! Full five-star rating!

The hotel was very thoughtful. After we checked in, we went out for dinner. There's a shopping mall just a few hundred meters away, which was really convenient for meals. When we returned to our room in the evening, we found slippers and toothbrushes for the kids already placed by the door. The service was excellent, the environment was nice, and it was very quiet at night.

An absolutely wonderful vacation! We avoided the summer peak and my partner and I chose a ¥4888 package: the Cliff View Suite, Rose No. 5, which was fantastic! Our butler, Anna, was incredibly attentive, checking in with us daily, restocking anything we needed, and taking care of everything so thoroughly that we had no worries during our stay. The package included not only a double breakfast but also a complimentary autumn set menu and a travel photoshoot, all perfectly arranged, allowing me to fully relax and breathe in the fresh air. The hotel facilities and entertainment options were also great, with an outdoor infinity pool, outdoor archery, billiards, table tennis, a kids' club, and more – absolutely superb! My favorites were definitely the food and the travel photoshoot, very satisfying 👍👍. Must give five stars; it's perfect for busy city dwellers like us to relax and unwind.

I stayed at Laozhuang Mountain Residence for 3 days and 2 nights. When I first booked, I was a bit apprehensive after seeing quite a few negative reviews on Xiaohongshu and Ctrip. However, as soon as I entered the resort, I immediately relaxed; the environment is truly wonderful. After spending two days and two nights there, my only question became: why are there so many negative reviews online? The staff here are very polite and courteous to guests. They use a WeChat butler system, so any questions can be communicated directly with your butler via WeChat. What impressed me was that messages sent to the butler at 10:30 PM were almost always met with an instant reply. There were a few instances during my stay where communication wasn't completely covered, but credit where credit is due: the resort didn't shirk responsibility. Instead, they actively addressed and resolved the issues, which is truly commendable. Our room was exceptionally clean. I wiped surfaces with a disinfectant wipe, and there wasn't a speck of dust. Some guests mentioned a lot of bugs and mosquitoes, which is true, but isn't that just part of being in a mountain environment? As a side note, the stir-fried greens at Ganqishi were absolutely delicious!

This is basically the Anji version of Nara! The guesthouse has various themed hot springs, and you might even stumble upon free-roaming deer – super therapeutic! ❤️🩹 We booked a private hot spring room facing the mountain, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room came with a projector, and the entire guesthouse is surrounded by bamboo forests. Waking up to bird song and the sound of the stream in the morning was pure bliss. The breakfast wontons were incredibly delicious. Definitely another reason to visit Anji!

This is a very pleasant trip. The B&B is only one kilometer away from the Yunshang Grassland Scenic Area. The room is neat and clean. Due to the hot weather, the front desk housekeeper has turned on the air conditioner in the room, so it is very cool when you enter the room. The kitchen is clean and the boss lady cooks delicious food. What is unforgettable is that I left my jade pendant in the hotel when I left the hotel. Within half an hour, I received a call from the housekeeper telling me that the cleaning lady found the jade pendant I left in the room while cleaning. Since I was far away from the hotel, the housekeeper Promise to send it back by express delivery. I received the intact jade pendant the next morning, so excited.

The service was incredibly attentive and warm. The front desk staff patiently answered all our questions, and any requested items were delivered promptly and efficiently – truly heartwarming. The staff were all very kind and friendly. The front desk was thorough in their explanations, and requests for water or other items were met with impressive speed. The front desk was also incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, offering excellent tips for exploring Changxing. Everything, from timely deliveries of supplies to their overall attitude, showed great warmth and care.

Hygiene: Overall, it was quite good. Environment: Very close to the scenic area, which is a big plus. Service: The service at this place was truly inconsistent. The front desk staff were great – polite and enthusiastic. Then, in the evening, we went to the restaurant for dinner, and the food served was cold. When we provided feedback, they just offered to microwave it for us. Setting aside whether it tasted good, at least the food should be warm, right? Otherwise, everyone knows what kind of dish it would be. The manager came over, took the dish back, and had a good attitude. In the morning, at breakfast, the strawberry jam ran out. When we told the staff, they told us not to eat strawberry jam and just eat other jams. Then, there was one male staff member (highlighting him for praise) who specifically went and found some for us. The staff's skill levels vary greatly; I'd rate it as upper-middle. Facilities: The hot spring is good, and the facilities are very new. Overall, an upper-middle experience.
