Great hotel! Probably the most beautiful hotel in alula. Excellent service and we got super good deal from here so i would recommend you guys to check it out.
Nothing to complain except our villa was very crowded with pigeons (i think because it was nearby the mountain) so our outdoor area were full with lots of pigeons' poops and also in the swimming pool :( and another thing was we asked for bikes multiple times, if im not wrong, like 5 times, staff said will check it for you and we never get feedbacks but it happened with us in other hotel as well so it's fine.
Still! Great experience great time. Definitely come back :)
It is considered a better hotel in Yanbu. Except for the fact that it is slightly humid at night near the sea, everything else is okay. The apple juice for breakfast is better than other hotels.
Full score experience! This is the most intimate ”home” I have encountered in the desert
Because it is a group with Banyan Tree, all public facilities are shared with Banyan Tree AlUla!
First praise the fairy service! When I first arrived at the hotel to check in, I needed to hand over my passport. A staff member immediately helped me through the procedures. The other patiently introduced me to the hotel facilities. When I understood all the precautions, the room card was already handed over to my hand! This is the first time I have encountered this efficiency and intimate level.
After the check-in, the whole journey was taken by the golf cart. I was worried about the inconvenience. As a result, every time I called the car, it was super timely. I must arrive within 10 minutes. I don't have to wait at all. The most moving thing is that although I travel alone, the staff treat me as a friend as enthusiastic. I don't feel lonely throughout the whole process, but I feel super belonging.
Let’s talk about the highlights:
• Rock Pool: More beautiful than online photos! The real scene is more shocking, and the shots are blockbuster movies. It is not the ”value of this trip”.
• Food: Thai restaurant fried rice sprays fragrant, eggplant sauce is directly sealed; the seafood pasta in the full-time restaurant is also super flavorful, not even eating for two nights.
• Bonfire and Galaxy: The bonfire activity at night is amazing! Looking up around the bonfire is the clear galaxy, I finally took the most clear galaxy photo in my life, and my happiness is bursting.
• Free pick-up: The hotel also provides a free car to take me to the mirror concert hall, and I can't speak to see the beautiful building up close.
Finally, I have to mention that my English is not very good, and many times I can't express it clearly, but the staff are super patient, a little guessing my needs, the whole process did not make me any embarrassment.
In short, this is an impeccable trip! From the scenery, service to the details, it is worthy of the four words ”unparalleled”. I have begun to look forward to coming back next time and will definitely recommend it to all my friends around me!
Very special experience!
We stayed there for one night, and there was dinner available until late at night. Breakfast was also available on order, which was healthier than white people.
The air conditioner was quite noisy, but it was clean and tidy, and it was ok for one night. It was nice to take pictures near the van! You can walk around the entire camp, and there are shuttle buses to take you back and forth.
There is a starry sky at night, and there are open-air movies. Remember to make an appointment~ There are shuttle buses to the swimming pool, and you can drive yourself. The overall experience is quite special!
I'd give the hotel I stayed at, alula, a 3 overall. The location was okay, with convenient dining and shopping nearby, and the room was reasonably clean.
However, the service was lacking. Perhaps due to the large number of guests, the check-in process took almost half an hour, and even the wait for a bottle of water from the room service was quite long. The most inconvenient thing was that few staff members spoke Chinese, so asking for directions required gestures and translation software, which was quite a hassle.
It would have been much better if the hotel had fewer people and if there was Chinese service.
I booked a room with haram view, but they checked me in to the with city view, of course later they upgraded my room to the one I booked, but I think in this type of hotels this is one of the biggest mistakes. if exclude this, everything was good.
Radisson Hotel Madinah in Medina is an absolute gem for pilgrims and travelers! The rooms are quiet, clean, and bright, with fully equipped and easy-to-use facilities. The service team is attentive and helpful, proactively offering directions. Transportation is convenient, and the dining options are both delicious and hygienic, ensuring a worry-free experience. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Medina!
I was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations. It is perfectly located in one part of the old town, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfortable, picture perfect and warm (I arranged for a heater). Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have wished for a better accommodation.
Location is good but hotel is not up to Marriott standard especially for the pool and breakfast

RRonnel AzucenaIf you’re looking for the perfect getaway, Shaden Resort is a top choice. Nestled in an ideal location, it’s not only incredibly clean but also conveniently close to all the major attractions. The combination of these factors makes it an excellent choice for both relaxation and exploration.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous attention to cleanliness and detail. The rooms were immaculate, and the resort’s overall ambiance was both welcoming and sophisticated. The proximity to local attractions was a game-changer, allowing me to effortlessly explore the area without the hassle of long commutes.
In summary, Shaden Resort offers the trifecta of location, cleanliness, and convenience, making it a perfect base for any traveler. Highly recommended!
