Friendly and helpful service crews. Easy access to the shopping center. Well maintained and decent gym and swimming pool. Highly recommend if travel to Madinah for business or pleasure.
Radisson Hotel Madinah in Medina is an absolute gem for pilgrims and travelers! The rooms are quiet, clean, and bright, with fully equipped and easy-to-use facilities. The service team is attentive and helpful, proactively offering directions. Transportation is convenient, and the dining options are both delicious and hygienic, ensuring a worry-free experience. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Medina!
Breakfast is rich in variety, but the Chinese can not eat much, buffet-style Western food. Can bring children, is a good place for family travel, swimming pools and beaches are suitable for children to play, there is parking lot, ample space. The hotel is located on a separate island.
Very special experience!
We stayed there for one night, and there was dinner available until late at night. Breakfast was also available on order, which was healthier than white people.
The air conditioner was quite noisy, but it was clean and tidy, and it was ok for one night. It was nice to take pictures near the van! You can walk around the entire camp, and there are shuttle buses to take you back and forth.
There is a starry sky at night, and there are open-air movies. Remember to make an appointment~ There are shuttle buses to the swimming pool, and you can drive yourself. The overall experience is quite special!
I was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations. It is perfectly located in one part of the old town, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfortable, picture perfect and warm (I arranged for a heater). Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have wished for a better accommodation.
Service: Check-in was a bit slow; breakfast was quite poor, with few varieties and poor quality. The bread and cakes seemed to be unpacked.
Hygiene: The hygiene was OK, but one bath towel was missing.
Environment: Very close to the beach and not too far from the restaurant.
Facilities: The bedside lamp in the room was broken, but it was OK for one night
Very Good

11360308****Both Banyan Tree and Habitas are located within the same resort area, which also features another major attraction: the glass-walled concert hall, a must-visit in AlUla. The hotel rooms are very spacious and come with a pool, offering exceptional value for money. The room amenities are comprehensive and luxurious. The Thai restaurant's dishes are delicious; it was truly the best restaurant experience I had during my trip to Saudi Arabia.

Yyun jungOverall, the facilities and the meals provided were great, but the female staff working at the reception had no service mind, so I thought they were the owner's daughters. Check-in was also very slow, and they didn't do it on a first-come-first-served basis. I went to the counter several times to ask, but they ended up giving the latecomers priority and checking us in, which was disappointing from the start.
GGuest UserI'd give the hotel I stayed at, alula, a 3 overall. The location was okay, with convenient dining and shopping nearby, and the room was reasonably clean.
However, the service was lacking. Perhaps due to the large number of guests, the check-in process took almost half an hour, and even the wait for a bottle of water from the room service was quite long. The most inconvenient thing was that few staff members spoke Chinese, so asking for directions required gestures and translation software, which was quite a hassle.
It would have been much better if the hotel had fewer people and if there was Chinese service.

MMatthew_0730A perfect experience! This is the most intimate ”home” I've ever felt in the desert.
Because we're part of the same group as Banyan Tree AlUla, all public facilities are shared with Banyan Tree AlUla!
First, let me give you some amazing service! When I checked in, I simply handed over my passport, and one staff member immediately took care of my paperwork while another patiently explained the hotel facilities. By the time I understood all the details, my room card was already in my hand! This level of efficiency and thoughtfulness was truly unprecedented.
After checking in, we used golf carts for transportation throughout the entire stay. I was initially worried about the inconvenience, but every time I called for one, it was incredibly prompt, arriving within 10 minutes. There was no wait at all. What touched me most was that even though I was traveling alone, the staff treated me like a friend. I never felt alone, but instead felt like I belonged.
Now, let's talk about the must-do highlights:
• The rock pool: Even more stunning than the photos online! The scenery is even more breathtaking in person, and every photo I take is a masterpiece. It's definitely the most beautiful spot on this trip.
• Dining: The Thai restaurant's fried rice was fragrant, and the eggplant sauce was divine. The seafood pasta at the all-day restaurant was incredibly flavorful, and I couldn't have eaten the same dish twice.
• Bonfire and the Milky Way: The evening bonfire was incredible! Gathering around the bonfire, I could see the Milky Way in crystal clear view. I finally captured the clearest photo of the Milky Way in my life, and I was so happy!
• Free Transfers: The hotel also provided a free car to take me to the Mirror Hall, where I was so impressed by the stunning architecture up close.
Finally, I have to mention that my English isn't very good, and I struggled to express myself clearly at times, but the staff were incredibly patient, carefully anticipating my needs and ensuring I never felt awkward.
All in all, this was an impeccable trip! From the scenery to the service to the attention to detail, everything was truly ”incomparable.” I'm already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely recommend it to everyone I know!
