The hotel is clean and tidy, with prompt cleaning every day. When we left, the girl on the first floor helped us load our luggage into the car, which was very attentive. The location is also great, with a supermarket just downstairs and a Chinese restaurant just down the street from the service desk on the 7th floor. It was incredibly convenient.

The following is the real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel on the same day, and the room on the 2nd floor I stayed in that day. Hotel location: convenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures yourself, it was taken on the same day. The bedding and linen look at the picture, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: look at the picture for yourself. Toilet: not dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the picture for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally feel very service-conscious and very willing during my stay. The picture of the hotel matches the picture of the actual room. The beauty service of the hotel is very warm, and the watermelon sold is shared with 2 people in the hotel.

Our room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was great and friendly, both at check-in and during my dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which were diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and offered nice views of the pool. The location is convenient and in a newly developed area. I highly recommend this property!

Despite not having the most expensive franchise brand they earned it by the genuine attentive friendliness of the employees (quality + quantity), the street where the hotel is located is beautiful and meticulously clean, safe to walk at anytime. The food at all hotel restaurants is very appetizing even if you are thinspo. The water pressure and quality is perfect both in Shower and Tub, the curtains, linen, robes, and towels are very clean. In Kigali Marriott you feel the permanent undetected presence of a Great person a guardian angel...Whose priority is to keep everything perfect ...this always a good sign of Great Luxury Hotel 👍
If you are fortunate to afford Living in Kigali Marriott while in Rwanda 🇷🇼, do it...You will be welcomed by smiling Anna or of her equallybattentive peers at reception every morning!... If you want anything...anything at all..feel free to ask the conceirge desk and they will eagerly make it happen! The food is tasty as I mentioned this already... I have no photos of unengaged food... Good food triggers impulsive outbursts 😊

GGlean-HillThe staff here work very hard and maintain the standard for this property. It was clean and friendly staff. The only problem is the owner/manager of this place. It was fully booked and was offered another accommodation for the first night and then taken back to the original plan compliment from the owner which was appreciated but not appreciate that the inconvenience wasn't our fault as we are just guests. I will put it down to you having a stressful day.
Speaking with other guests they didn't get what they requested eg a balcony. People book for the amenities and it ruins it when the standards are not met. The location is completely different, the washing machine is broken, breakfast is very basic you are lucky to get an omelette. There are no choices or care if you cannot eat certain foods. The WiFi goes as far as the living room and will not reach the rooms so you need to stay in the living room. The air conditioning is not working but there are fans to help if you are too hot. This location has a few shops but the location that shows I wanted to be near the gym which was within walking distance to the property. There are restaurants and a butcher close by so you can cook yourself something to eat.

TTraveler2I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
