Had a relaxing time and planned to come back again. Just noticed that vouchers were only given after asking about it - not that I'm all interested but regardless if the guest will use it or not, it should be given to the guest upfront upon check in. Overall, relaxing and have a great time with friends and family was achieved. Thank you and keep up the smiles.

This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and accommodating throughout my stay. My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, allowing for a good night’s rest. The hotel facilities were decent, including a dining area that offered a variety of options. While the food was satisfactory, there is still some room for improvement in terms of variety and flavor. Common areas were kept tidy, and housekeeping did a good job of maintaining cleanliness. One minor downside was that some aspects of the property felt slightly dated, and a few small maintenance issues could be addressed to improve the overall experience. However, these did not significantly impact my stay. Overall, this hotel provides good value for money and a comfortable place to stay. With a few improvements, it could offer an even better guest experience. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Location is close to SM Baguio, Session Road and Victory Liner which is what we needed for this trip. The host is very accommodating, flexible and responsive - perfect for us who made an out of the whim decision to travel. The unit is clean and neat.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at A Hotel. Very convenient since it is near the park, market and restaurants. Session road is near also. Thank you A Hotel. Staffs are friendly too.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated that everything was working perfectly, including the fan, water heater, and Wi-Fi. If the room still feels warm, the hotel even provides an extra fan free of charge, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel also offers free parking and is conveniently located near Burnham Park, with a lovely view. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would gladly recommend this place to others.

The hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vallejo. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The only concern we had was the stairs, but we understand this is typical in a mountainous area like Baguio. Overall, we would definitely consider staying at Casa Vallejo again in the future. 😇🥰

I had a great experience at Sophia's Cedar Peak. The place was clean and smelled really good. The location is accessible and close to places where you can find your essentials such as food and toiletries. If you prioritize convenience, I highly recommend this place.

Owell and the rest of the service team were excellent! Save for Lilia who didnt know to offer service water during breakfast and charged me with bottled water. The very tight space at the parking was a lowlight, so was the noise from staff talking and guests walking by the stairs (we were in room 206).
