The room is lovely, not very large, but the design is very well thought out. The large window lets in plenty of natural light. The facilities are new and modern, and I especially liked the double automatic blinds. The staff are friendly and charming; the lady at the reception desk remembered my name as soon as I arrived and enthusiastically helped me book a taxi. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food is meticulously prepared and delicious.
The hotel pretty much lives up to its description. The room was good and clean: crisp bed linen, towels, and toiletries – all up to standard.
The breakfast was very good for Vietnam, with a buffet that offered a good variety. We also had lunch at the same restaurant and really enjoyed the green salad and pumpkin soup. However, the chicken and corn soup was a bit unusual and not to our taste, but that's subjective.
The pool is large and offers a view of the castle (on a clear day). There are a few quirks though: the pool is on one floor, while the spa area, saunas, and fitness center are on another. For some reason, the spa, saunas, and fitness center weren't operating, which was a shame because we would have happily used them on the second day when the weather was bad.
There were also some minor issues with the pool area. The lockers in the changing rooms don't have keys, and you only get towels if you pay a cash deposit. This system seemed a bit odd, as usually you leave your room key as a deposit. We found a workaround by going down to the pool in our bathrobes and using towels from our room. But this was also inconvenient because of the high humidity in the city; things don't dry well, so the towels ended up staying wet.
In our opinion, the hotel should separate the guest flows: for staying guests, a card deposit for towels, and for non-staying visitors, a separate payment or membership.
The front desk staff were very responsive and always helped quickly. We had trouble booking a Grab taxi from Tam Dao to the airport – no cars were available. A staff member at reception quickly helped us solve the issue, and within 10 minutes, we were on our way to the airport.
We really liked the hotel and would love to return, as the weather didn't allow us to visit all the places we had planned.
A very nice and clean place. Great facilities to relax in a comfortable atmosphere. Rooms are cleaned daily. I'd highly recommend staying at this place considering what you get for the price. Only drawback is that this is a big far from the centre of the city, but it's a close enough walk. And being a little further out makes it a quieter place.
This is the best hotel in Phu Tho. The service, cleanliness, and staff friendliness are truly impressive. The breakfast is neat and boasts the best pho in Vietnam. The female receptionists are incredibly kind and are true professionals who do their utmost to resolve reservation issues. I love this hotel so much.
My family took 3 hours to wait for Trip and hotel to confirm the reservation.
The resort landscape is beautiful but the equipment is degraded.
The bathroom is weak, there is no hot water, everyone can't take a bath, have to buckle the clothes back to the room.
The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. Foods was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
When staying at An Sunrise Villa, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore all that Tam Duong has to offer.
Go for a swim in the property's pool. You can also check out the pool with view.
The in-house cafe is the perfect place to hang out.
At this villa, you'll also find facilities including a garden and playground.
Guests arriving by car can use the property's parking lot.
The room was spacious and in a great location, opposite a large plaza and shopping center, making it very convenient for dining, accommodation, and sightseeing.
In particular, the lovely female staff member was incredibly helpful. After we checked out, she proactively booked a taxi for us, waiving the hotel's service fee and using her personal account to book the taxi for us. We are very grateful and would highly recommend her!
The surroundings are quite nice, with lakes on both sides offering beautiful views at night, making it convenient for walks or jogging. There's a shopping mall about a kilometer away, offering a Korean buffet and WinMart supermarket for shopping.
The hotel decor is a bit dated, and the duvet cover sometimes has holes (though it's still comfortable, being made of pure cotton). The curtains let in some light, the hair dryer is underpowered, and the floor drain sometimes gets clogged. However, for a city like Vietnam, I personally find this acceptable.
Overall, this hotel is considered relatively good in terms of safety, noise levels, and accessibility for the area.

DDisplayedNameVery comfortable and clean hotel that is very new, has all the amenities you may need and very nice staff, would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserI booked a 2-bed room for about 4.100.000 VND/night. When I arrived at 16:00, I received a room that was not in line with the picture I booked, I asked the staff to change a 2-bed room, the staff said there was no room, had to wait 30p-1 hours to have a room. I was very tired so I couldn't wait. The staff didn't show a mistake but told me in a very cold voice. ”There is no room, if you want to change, you have to wait ...” I was disappointed with some money spent but returned the service attitude that was not worth it.

IIrish Jane GantalaoWe had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay.
The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.
One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!
GGuest UserFlamingo Dai Lai was a wonderful experience along with the great weather. It took us 1hr from Central Hanoi to reach the resort. The facilities were great, with a lot of entertainment and activities for families and kids. The main swimming pool had warm water which is perfect for the cold weather. The villa we stayed was spacious and clean. The only downside is the inconvenience of calling the buggy to get us around. We had no Vietnamese phone number so we had to rely on calling the reception to get us buggy. All in all, the stay in Flamingo was great, I would have stayed another night if not for our flight.

GgoodjiaI searched Google Maps and drove, but the location was not accurate.
There are not many restaurants around the hotel because it is rural. (You have to go out more than 10KM to find a restaurant)
The staff at the hotel were so friendly.
Room condition is very good.
The pool is not well maintained, there is no towel to wipe your body after swimming, and the water temperature is not warm.
More than 90% of hotel guests are Vietnamese, most of them are polite when swimming and smell of sweat in the water.
I personally don't think I'll visit again because of Vietnamese guests.
LLukeeeyI was visiting a friend who lives in this part of Hanoi, and she recommended this hotel. It is pretty new, and it shows. When I arrived on a Saturday, lots of young girls were taking selfies in the elegant reception area and the adjoining cafe. I particularly liked the fact the hotel was so accepting. The staff spoke English, and were friendly, and the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it, especially considering it was exceptionally cheap for the clean, modern decor and location (assuming you're visiting this area). Very pleased :)
GGuest UserVery well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.
