I was incredibly impressed by the staff and their excellent service. I accidentally left my bag, which contained my passport, in the room. The staff went above and beyond, locating it and even arranging for it to be sent to my next hotel in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel itself is beautiful, boasts a fantastic central location, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, there are plenty of picturesque spots perfect for photos.

The facilities and sanitation were about 80% complete in terms of detail. It was quite good, but there were some flaws. For example, the TV remote was missing and wouldn't turn on. The hardware was decent, but the service was completely unmatched. There was no professional doorman, and the check-out line took 20 minutes. Furthermore, a bottle of mineral water, which normally costs 1 yuan, was charged 20 yuan, which felt like a rip-off.
It was pretty quiet at night. The hotel is Very new and clean. Staff was friendly and hospitable. If I had a chance to stay there again, I would need to check out earlier due to the waiting time for a taxi.
The room is big and clean, but it still has a peculiar smell. The towels also have a peculiar smell. However, it is a good hotel. It is located in the center of the town, so it is good.
It was a great place to relax away from the city center. The hot springs and spas were substantial, the rice was delicious, and the staff were kind and polite to teach me various things. I don't have to say it. It's great.
It was a dream stay in the wonderful resort! The villa is super, the pool and the view point offers wonderful views over the mountains and restaurant races! Breakfast is top, Vietnamese and western.
The front desk lady is very warm and gentle. Breakfast sometimes has Vietnamese rice noodles, very delicious 😋 beef soup and chicken soup. The breakfast is not as many as star hotels, but it is more Chinese. There are preserved egg lean meat porridge, white porridge, fried several vegetables, Vietnamese spring rolls and Tommy noodles, as well as yogurt, fruit, salad, eggs. Enough to eat. The price is quite high. Next time the business customer stays here. A bit like a business hotel in China of about 350 yuan.
I was visiting a friend who lives in this part of Hanoi, and she recommended this hotel. It is pretty new, and it shows. When I arrived on a Saturday, lots of young girls were taking selfies in the elegant reception area and the adjoining cafe. I particularly liked the fact the hotel was so accepting. The staff spoke English, and were friendly, and the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it, especially considering it was exceptionally cheap for the clean, modern decor and location (assuming you're visiting this area). Very pleased :)

IIrish Jane GantalaoWe had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay.
The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.
One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

몽몽겔로스It seems like a newly built hotel. The facilities are clean, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is clean, and the water pressure is good. If I travel to Viet Nam again, I would like to book and stay there again.
AAnonymous UserBeautiful resort and a nice room. Unfortunately, many facilities were closed, because it was very quiet (low season). Nothing was mentioned about this when booking and upon arrival. Many things are also not clearly explained, such as that you have to check in with your passes at the pool and breakfast.
YYing KullapetLocation is great, near by the square.
In my visit period, there’re construction beside the hotel, noisy start from 7.00am along the day. I can’t sleep well so I asked hotel manager to changed the room and they changed the new room for me with stunning view. Show the spirit of service mind.
But 1 more concern due to the walls are thin, so I can clearly hear noises from the surrounding rooms—talking, footsteps, stomping, even furniture being moved. It’s really not recommend for light sleepers.
