Brilliant staff, a great location and the cleanliness is brilliant, the staff and security are very attentive and so so helpful. I really recommend SOJO if you're looking for a good place to relax, they have a gym, a relaxation room, amazing comfortable soft beds and a great selection of channels in English, for those lazy TV days.

Front desk was helpful. Language barrier was a concern with limited english that the staffs could speak but they were overall friendly and helpful. Perhaps can improve on the room service menu as alot of items were not available during my period of stay. Cheers!

A really really nice hotel, especially considering that it is in the middle of nowhere. Not much things to do in Mai Chau, but the hotel is a great place to stay overnight.

Saigon Phu Tho Hotel is excellent overall. Its location is excellent, with convenient transportation, shopping, and dining options. The elegant interior, clean and tidy rooms, well-equipped facilities, and comfortable bedding ensure a good night's rest. The staff is friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out are quick and efficient. The breakfast is also varied and delicious. While some of the facilities may seem a bit dated, this doesn't detract from the overall experience. This is a good value hotel and highly recommended.

From Thailand guest I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect with a stunning view of the castle. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also enjoyed the heated pool, gym, and spa. The dining room is spacious and comfortable. For any extra services, the reception was always ready to assist. Highly recommended! Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại đây! Vị trí rất đẹp với tầm nhìn lâu đài tuyệt vời. This is the best romantic hotel ever! everything was amazing the decor, the rooms, the staff, the food, the location, the parking garage, they really did a top quality job for us and we will be back!

The location is a bit of a drawback, being over an hour from downtown Hanoi and 40 minutes from Noi Bai Airport. However, that aside, the room facilities and condition, along with the pool, arcade, sauna, and spa (massage), are quite attractive to Korean tourists. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the staff. In bad weather, I recommend a room in the main building, which offers walking access to the breakfast restaurant, pool, sauna, and spa. The private pool villas don't seem to be as appealing in colder seasons.

Homestay rất sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và được chăm chút kỹ. Buổi tối ở Tam Đảo khá lạnh nhưng home có điều hòa sưởi nên phòng luôn ấm áp và dễ chịu. View nhìn ra lâu đài rất đẹp, không khí yên tĩnh, thư giãn. Chủ nhà thân thiện và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Rất hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ tại Hola Homestay, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!

Environment: Better than I thought

It was a dream stay in the wonderful resort! The villa is great, the pool and the viewpoint offer wonderful views over the mountains and rice terraces! The breakfast is great, Vietnamese and western.
