I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Vietnam, and I had a truly wonderful experience.
I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable.
Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much!
Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. I would definitely love to stay here again when I visit Vietnam.

GGuest UserI booked a 2-bed room for about 4.100.000 VND/night. When I arrived at 16:00, I received a room that was not in line with the picture I booked, I asked the staff to change a 2-bed room, the staff said there was no room, had to wait 30p-1 hours to have a room. I was very tired so I couldn't wait. The staff didn't show a mistake but told me in a very cold voice. ”There is no room, if you want to change, you have to wait ...” I was disappointed with some money spent but returned the service attitude that was not worth it.

GGuest UserThe hotel pretty much lives up to its description. The room was good and clean: crisp bed linen, towels, and toiletries – all up to standard.
The breakfast was very good for Vietnam, with a buffet that offered a good variety. We also had lunch at the same restaurant and really enjoyed the green salad and pumpkin soup. However, the chicken and corn soup was a bit unusual and not to our taste, but that's subjective.
The pool is large and offers a view of the castle (on a clear day). There are a few quirks though: the pool is on one floor, while the spa area, saunas, and fitness center are on another. For some reason, the spa, saunas, and fitness center weren't operating, which was a shame because we would have happily used them on the second day when the weather was bad.
There were also some minor issues with the pool area. The lockers in the changing rooms don't have keys, and you only get towels if you pay a cash deposit. This system seemed a bit odd, as usually you leave your room key as a deposit. We found a workaround by going down to the pool in our bathrobes and using towels from our room. But this was also inconvenient because of the high humidity in the city; things don't dry well, so the towels ended up staying wet.
In our opinion, the hotel should separate the guest flows: for staying guests, a card deposit for towels, and for non-staying visitors, a separate payment or membership.
The front desk staff were very responsive and always helped quickly. We had trouble booking a Grab taxi from Tam Dao to the airport – no cars were available. A staff member at reception quickly helped us solve the issue, and within 10 minutes, we were on our way to the airport.
We really liked the hotel and would love to return, as the weather didn't allow us to visit all the places we had planned.

GGuest UserI could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

IIrish Jane GantalaoWe had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay.
The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.
One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

In my visit period, there’re construction beside the hotel, noisy start from 7.00am along the day. I can’t sleep well so I asked hotel manager to changed the room and they changed the new room for me with stunning view. Show the spirit of service mind.
But 1 more concern due to the walls are thin, so I can clearly hear noises from the surrounding rooms—talking, footsteps, stomping, even furniture being moved. It’s really not recommend for light sleepers.

JJoan11137The surroundings are quite nice, with lakes on both sides offering beautiful views at night, making it convenient for walks or jogging. There's a shopping mall about a kilometer away, offering a Korean buffet and WinMart supermarket for shopping.
The hotel decor is a bit dated, and the duvet cover sometimes has holes (though it's still comfortable, being made of pure cotton). The curtains let in some light, the hair dryer is underpowered, and the floor drain sometimes gets clogged. However, for a city like Vietnam, I personally find this acceptable.
Overall, this hotel is considered relatively good in terms of safety, noise levels, and accessibility for the area.

HHieuLQ1Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing.
The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely.
Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.
