Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean hotel and the bathroom that I had was extremely clean. Great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, not that many options on a Sunday, but Monday had plenty more options. The location was good, if you like walking, then you can walk to a lot of the attractions from the hotel. Navat restaurant is close and there is is a café next to it - this was great! In sum, an excellent hotel for 2/3 nights in Bishkek.

It's around the 400-500 range in China. The breakfast was good, though. The refrigerator in the room kept turning on every 20 minutes, which was annoying. In short, these 13 hotels in China were horrible compared to the one in China.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

The room is small, and it was still small after upgrading for an additional fee. The front desk was very helpful, and it was convenient to go out. The downstairs is connected to the mall. The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. From the hotel, you can easily reach the scenic spots such as Snow Mountain Park on the outskirts of the city. There are Chinese restaurants and hypermarkets not far from the hotel. Shopping and eating are very convenient.

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!
