Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

帶娃玩好沙坡頭想在沙漠住一晚，就選了集裝箱式房間體驗。免費從景區接我們到酒店入住。因為不是假期，人比較少，享受了vvip服務。知道我們是上海過去的，做的菜都是比較清淡的，這讓我們在寧夏吃了好幾天牛羊肉後感覺很舒服。還不定時有活動就羣裏通知我們，提供的各項沙漠遊玩項目跟沙坡頭基本一樣，不用排長隊等。房間衞生很乾凈，晚上睡得也不冷。早飯也非常豐盛可口，尤其油餅真得好吃。問了老闆娘有沒有旅拍，幫我們問了後我覺得價格略貴沒拍，沒想到第二天吃完早飯老闆娘主動説有宇航服可以給我們自己拍照，這下驚艷到了我們了，老闆娘拍出來的照片不輸旅拍攝影師，絕對性價比超高。 貼心的服務讓我們願意以後還去的話繼續選擇這家，也願意介紹身邊的朋友去。
