I stayed for two consecutive nights. Universal, a chain hotel, seemed popular with business travelers. Unfortunately, I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. What made it worse was that it was a smoking room, and the smell was incredibly foul – impossible to get rid of even with the window open.
