It’s a very nice hotel. From the airport to this hotel about 6km & the pre paid taxi cost INR1000, journey about 10-15 mins.
It’s located at Aerocity. It’s a nice spacious room. Most of the cabin crew stay here.

It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏

I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room.
When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room.
The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies.
During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping.
Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Delhi! The buffet was excellent — both I and my 7-year-old son, who is quite selective with food, found plenty of dishes we truly enjoyed. We also really appreciated the airport transfer service. When we were meeting my mother in the evening, the driver was incredibly attentive, stayed with us the entire time, and even guided us on where to stand to best see her coming out of the terminal.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool — but that’s a perfect reason to come back!
Everything was excellent, from the moment you arrived!
Very simple check-in, the receptionists are friendly and efficient, they all speak good English and are very accommodating. The room was large, clean, quality bedding, beautiful finishes, impeccable shower, soberly decorated and above all very well soundproofed. On the first floor a swimming pool, a gym and a spa. I had a foot massage which was very pleasant.
The restaurant staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. The buffet dinner as well as the breakfast are plentiful and everything is very good (the vegetarian dishes at least), cooked with care and for all palates.
An excellent experience. I will definitely come back
”The hotel provides good comfort and valuable service. The setup is convenient and the brand chain is well-known. The location is suitable for business and for accessing the city. I will definitely return here. The price is a good deal for the Delhi area and surroundings. The room has ample space and the shower is satisfactory. The laundry service and other amenities are fine.”

Stylish, upbeat, and super convenient—Aloft Aerocity delivers on every front. The check-in was quick, the vibe was energetic, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, with comfy beds and smart amenities.Loved the food—especially the breakfast spread and room service options. The bar had a great atmosphere, and service throughout was prompt and friendly. Great location for airport access and easy connectivity to the city. Perfect for a short leisure or business stay. Will definitely return.

The staff went above and beyond, providing impeccable service with a friendly demeanor. Dining at the hotel was a true gourmet experience, with a wide array of delicious dishes to choose from. The spa offered a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding. Situated in an ideal location, the hotel made exploring the city effortless. AAnkit RajBhandari”I recently stayed at Luxe Manor Near Airport for a layover near Delhi Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort it offered. The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport which made it extremely convenient. What particularly stood out was the impeccable hygiene; the room was spotless, and all surfaces were clearly well-maintained. Beyond that, the room was cozy and well-appointed, making it a relaxing space to unwind after a long journey. The staff were also friendly and efficient. This hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay near the airport. I would definitely recommend it.”

GGuest UserI’ve stayed at Roseate House New Delhi many times, perhaps 11-12 visits by now, and it never disappoints. The hotel has a fresh, youthful energy, thanks to its young and attentive staff who keep everything running smoothly. The breakfast is consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. It’s always a pleasure returning here, and I look forward to my next stay!

GGuest UserIt was accessible via road, it was my 3rd stay and I kinda made it my go to hotel for hospitality, it is good with all the facilities available in the hotel itself or at just walking distance.
JJINGQIANGThe original Anzhen Delhi, after changing the self-operated brand, the price is close to the people. Kerry Hill's classic work, the light and shadow effect of the corridor is very good, you can see the design inspiration of Tokyo Anzhen here. Fully equipped, very close to Humayun’s Tomb. For breakfast, let people forget to be in India.

Great
HHonest TeaMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night.
The overpriced Minibar Scam
I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel.
All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value.
Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments
TTHANASORN1. The amount paid for the room is not appropriate for the price paid.
2. The cleanliness of the room is not as clean as it should be. The chair covers are very old and torn.
3. The refrigerator is not cold and is very old.
4. The safe cannot be locked because the battery in the safe does not have a battery.
5. When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.

NNikkilaoshiService was stellar. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Our checkin staff recommended we visit Dilli Haat as we only had 1 day in Delhi and it was a perfect recommendation. They also provided us with a very generous take away breakfast for our early morning departure. Everything in the room was immaculate.
