Morning view from the hotel room. Only concern I have is that I have requested additional small bottles of water but was being rejected and need to pay. Even though the rooms comes with 2 free bottles per day per room. The aircon is quite noisy and maybe need regular maintenance. 🧑🔧 took a while for the aircon to be cold enough for the room too. Recommended to stay here as it is very convenient too.

I visited Turi Beach Resort, Batam with my husband. He was there for a company team-building trip, while I travelled on my own for leisure. Security at the resort is quite strict, which made me feel safe. All guests and vehicles are checked before being allowed to enter. The resort has a beautiful seaside view and a very relaxing holiday vibe. It’s peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Do note that the resort is located away from the city. If you prefer nightlife or city activities, staying in Batam city would be more suitable. However, this resort is ideal for those who want to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I especially enjoyed the different egg options, and the porridge was very nice too. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

First time stay in Swiss belhotel harbour bay… Good hotel near by harbour bay ferry terminal..just walk about 10 minutes and the services is really awesome from the guest officer until the restaurant staff really excellent , especially Maya she always check on us about anything that make us comfortable to stay and she make birthday surprise that make us feel special and the restaurant staff Anabil (if not wrong the name 😊)he also very good But mostly all the staff in the hotel very good and friendly and the breakfast also good.. Is really recommended to stay there

Very near Batam centre ferry centre, but away from beach area. Majestic hotel, grand, posh! I love this hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Pool is huge, with jacuzzi pool too. Staff is friendly. But pls buy your own water. As hotel only gives 2 bottles of water a day. Don't bother trying the massage at hotel. Not worth it

At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open. The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road.

UUAGJAQThis was a brilliant stay. Such a relaxing week. Even though it rained most the day, watching the rain in the villa was just therapeutic. At check-in, they will introduce the F&B credit system. I highly recommend to get it. We got 10 million rupiah and only paid for 8 million. They had a 20% discount. So pay for 8 million and receive 10 million. Great deal for a 6 nights stay. You should try the steak at Tadd’s restaurant. If you like the local dishes, then go to Warung’s. We also had the in-villa BBQ where you have an option to have the chef BBQ for you with a waiter serving you in the villa or you can BBQ yourself in the villa. They will get everything ready for you and seat up everything in the villa. We tried both types of BBQ. Overall the food is amazing. There are many activities for you but we were just contended with the Spa. We had foot massages and body massages. They also have showers in the room. I tried the Men’s Vitality Massagr; 90mins of massage followed by 15mins of sauna 🤙🏽 Just a warning though, going back home will be a drag.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining. The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!

Everything was great from the buggy in, to the size of the very clean room, to the baby cot that was already provided in the room and room service. Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the massage place is too near the restaurant and live bar. There was loud music when we went for our spa retreat and the music dampened the quietness and chill mood we wanted for the spa and massage. I would suggest to move it further away or install sound proofing walls for the tent. Other than that, quite a perfect stay. We didn’t have enough time to explore the activities centre as it was for kids aged 3 and above. One last thing, everything is chargeable for rent which I feel certain things could have been provided for less cost or free. Like bicycles to get around the very large lagoon or kick scooters. Their 2/3 wheelers were fully rented out and not cheap to rent too.

Tthiskneethatkneebreakfast was the best thing tbh - please add on breakfast when u book your stay because the restaurants there are really expensive service was okay, but they only provided 2 drinking water per room per day - and it cost about 5 sgd to purchase a 1.5L water activities there are pretty pricey as well, but u can rent volleyball/football for free the beach there is quite stoney, not very advisable to play by the edge of the water because there are a lot of stones which can be quite painful barefooted room was okay, the ac was good, but water shower pressure quite low, but hot water is good go to Calypso Floating Bar for a great sunset view! then have dinner at kelong seafood - paid around $80 sgd for 3 dishes for 2 pax (tax there is 10%+11%)

AAnonymous UserLoved our stay here! Such a beautiful resort and beach front. The location is good for a clear beach and ocean view, no ships/ferries nearby. The pools were great too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only the ventilation was not working in the toilet so everything remained rather wet for longer. Breakfast spread was good, Indonesian and western. They have a restaurant open there for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the door men and buggy and shuttle drivers. We wanted to try a restaurant at Montigo and they kindly buggy-ed us to outside the property. Location is only 30 - 40 min from Nagoya city.

Pricing is close to Singapore pricing as the target audience is probably Singaporean. Food wise isn’t cheap but reasonable price. Food quality is great. Service is warm and friendly. It takes an hour van ride from Tanjung Pinang ferry terminal. To and fro transports are provided by resort. Contact them to arrange. Glad that transports were provided! Free yoga lesson every morning. Just got to reserve.

GGuest UserThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

AAakash32We booked the place following Instagram reel saying kids friendly, I would say it was okay but didn’t meet our expectations (as we regularly stay the residence and I paid 30＞ higher price here compared to to residence since we wanted to try something near ferry terminal and was highly rated on IG for kids. We booked 3 nights, 2 adults one 2 years baby. Experience Good: - kids club play room big and nice, offering indoor, outdoor and splash zone free - free dine in for kids with food that kids will actually eat - got 2 pools, adult and family (with child pool). Pool size is good - they printed the ferry ticket in advance so we didn’t have to queue while going back Bad: - rooms are not so kids friendly, small shower area, too many pillows every where - king size bed is actually doesn’t feel king size but rather queen size - we walk in to restaurant for dinner 2nd night got denied cause they had bbq event running, and never suggested to book in advance (they offered slot 8 pm for 6:20 walk in) with small kid along, I am not sure they understand kid doesn’t wait fr 8 pm and the didn’t even bother to offer kids meal to at least address the kid. We ended up eating on the side fries and in room dining which takes about 45 min to 1 hour - safari we were told 9 am but then actual time was 10 am pick so we ended up waiting 1 hour at the lobby - not sure if they understand kid doesn’t like to sit for 1 hour not doing anything and we rushed our breakfast for the timing - free juices for kids and breakfast buffet is not fresh juice unless you paid then got fresh juice - breakfast buffet ok ok, no teh tarik 😝 - breakfast very limited options for vegetarian - the shuttle dropped us at the emerald class lounge where we were economh means we had to walk with baby and luggage all the way - you can only access dining area of indigo subject to you book in advance - for beach you need buggy to go not you can just walk as and when you want I would say, okay but not something I like, but it’s nearer to ferry

From the moment we arrived Bintan ferry terminal we were met with the hotel staff for transfer, we were so impressed by the professional and warmth service received from the hotel staffs. Food was good at both Rempah & El Lagoi beach restaurant.the price are acceptable. Especially impressed by the breakfast we had for two days. So much choices. Spa service was good too. We went for couple massage. We want to give shoutout especially to two staffs, Dona from Rempah restaurant and Moel from housekeeping. So grateful for the friendliness and sincerity they showed in their service. We have made plans to come back in February. Thank you Four Points Sheraton for a memory that we will never forget.

11580103****Returning to Bintan Island after more than two decades, I never expected such a wonderful experience. The hotel is brand new, located right next to the recently opened Holiday Inn. Guests have full access to the facilities of both hotels, including the Holiday Inn's Kids' Club – which was incredibly convenient for us, allowing us to confidently leave our children with the staff for a few hours. The hotel boasts its own private beach, offering a quiet and relaxing environment. Honestly, there's no need to fly all the way to Bali; Bintan Island offers a perfect short getaway. While the island's town doesn't have much to explore, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room design was very tasteful and spacious, complete with a sea view. There was absolutely no noise pollution. All the staff were incredibly friendly; no matter where you went, their smiles and greetings made you feel warmly welcomed. Overall, this stay far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway.
