I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay.
The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while!
The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. A big thanks to Agus and the team for making our stay such a memorable one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
good location within walkable distance from grand batam mall and batam city square mall. staff are very friendly and helpful. stayed for 2 nights and was satisfied with the room, there’s also a gym though not many equipment. only downside was the water pressure in the shower was quite low, but overall we had a good stay here!
Overall is really a beautiful plc to rest and get away from the busy city life. I would like to suggest more drinking water provided to guests (either provide a water dispenser or additional water given). Per room per day is only given 2 small bottles of mineral water. Believe me, in our climate it is really insufficient. I felt so dehydrated. The drinks I can order from the restaurant are sweetened drinks. So that was really a drawback for me. They have a shop but they do not sell any mineral water.
Breakfast is quite sad too.. I was expecting a bit more options for this location since it is secluded frm other eateries. Room service food was much better than the breakfast provided so I'm not sure why such a big difference in quality and taste.
Communications in the hotel can be better too. I had informed reception 4 hours before check out for use of a buggy as our unit is very far. Nobody came for us. They called to remind us to check out and I told them yes, we are waiting for the buggy we requested. Subsequently I had to call another 3 times before someone came and the person was also very rude.

Service was great, they sent a buggy to send us to our block as it was a bit further away from the reception. Staff were all very friendly, always greeted us when we walk past each other. Nice view too!
First time stay in Swiss belhotel harbour bay…
Good hotel near by harbour bay ferry terminal..just walk about 10 minutes and the services is really awesome from the guest officer until the restaurant staff really excellent , especially Maya she always check on us about anything that make us comfortable to stay and she make birthday surprise that make us feel special and the restaurant staff Anabil (if not wrong the name 😊)he also very good
But mostly all the staff in the hotel very good and friendly and the breakfast also good..
Is really recommended to stay there
Always love this Hotel. Maybe repeated 10 times already. Good service, good massage spa. Loves the cozy pool with warm jacuzzi on sundeck w frangipani tree over. almost exclusive! However buffet although many varieties breakfast this time is not as great as before😢. Previous chefs retired. Hope Chef become better
I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here.
That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available.
To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.
There is a nightclub right beside the hotel to my amazement. Other than this, there's swimming pool, gym and restaurants in the hotel. Rooms are rather old so don't expect it to be in tip top condition, oh and there was small croach crawling out of the toilet loll👀 but interesting outer view nonetheless
Spacious rooms. Upgraded free for one of the adjoining rooms to suite room. Deluxe room is good enough as it is spacious enough. However, I kept having the smell of cigarettes in the room. Seems like it’s from the air vent. Breakfast was great, with good varieties. Coffee was nice from the machine. Appreciated the complimentary shuttle to malls. But lift was slow.

CCheeWH79Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Montigo. The villas are spacious and well kept. Privte pool is clean with water jet nozzles enhancing swimming experience. The highlight would be the scenic seaview. There are sufficient amenities and activities to enjoy like ATV, jet ski and various water sports. There are 5 restaurants to choose for daily meals. The Nasi Ayam Berrmpah I had for dinner at Warung was excellent. Tiiigo is a nice poolside bar to chill and chat the night away. Breakfast was average. I like the freshly made pratas. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Only downside is there no actual beach here. Only a jetty waterfront.
RRachel Liew823Location is ok, not too far from malls. 2 lifts and 1 is down, and the working one has faulty door sensor. Hotel room is rather spacious but not very well maintained. Shower temperature goes hot and cold, user sitting on the toilet bowl risk being hit by the door from the outside as it has no door stopper. Hotel remote is barely visible. Room door does not shut tight and needs extra pull or push. Room also has rather poor sound proofing.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
AArielle LiuI love the resort, the staffs, the breakfast and everything. We actually booked with other family friends for SG National Day getaway, but our kids were sick so we had to cancel our trip. We are glad that we booked again and our entire stay was marvellous, definitely recommend staying there. The tent rooms are spacious and the outdoor shower room was a whole new experience for us(It was really fun for my kids). The resort pool was super photogenic, we took quite some pictures there. I have to say a big thank you to the breakfast team, Ms Nazwan, Ms Naiya, Nelu and Ms Devi!!! They were amazing at entertaining kids especially Ms Devi and team surprised my toddler with a birthday cake(that’s why we had this impromptu trip to Bintan). Another thank you for Mr Ham who’s in charge of the kids entertainment. My elder girl had the chance to play (sry I forgot the instrument name) the music instrument, and Mr Ham was patiently guiding my girl how to play, she nailed it on the spot. (Proud mama🤭) after talking to Mr Ham, I’m very impressed with his thoughts to extend the kids entertainment activities in the resort, so that parents can get off ours hands for some personal relaxed time. Kudos to the staffs in Natra Bintan resort. Looking forward to our next stay here.
AAnonymous UserSaw some negative review from Google or Trip.com, but I still decided to choose for this resort because of the locations. Also, that after spoke with the driver and I know that the view of the beach of this resort is actually the best one in bintan. It’s quite expensive to eat inside the resort, especially the Indian food at night. I went to the Chinese restaurant, but we didn’t order the seafood. The waiter is very helpful and very nice and polite. We order for the medium person, but he advised us not to choose that because the portion is really big.
AAnonymous UserLoved our stay here! Such a beautiful resort and beach front. The location is good for a clear beach and ocean view, no ships/ferries nearby. The pools were great too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only the ventilation was not working in the toilet so everything remained rather wet for longer. Breakfast spread was good, Indonesian and western. They have a restaurant open there for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the door men and buggy and shuttle drivers. We wanted to try a restaurant at Montigo and they kindly buggy-ed us to outside the property. Location is only 30 - 40 min from Nagoya city.
GGuest UserThe resort arranged free shuttle for pick up from Bintan Ferry Terminal for a nearly 80 minutes drive with bottled waters and cookies served. Quite thoughtful!
We stayed at two Garden terrace inter-connected rooms with a family of four. The rooms were quite spacious and well maintained. The resort provides 2 bicycles per room for mobility within the resort, which is a well landscaped expanse. Thoroughly enjoyed our bicycle rides. We also used the buggy rides for getting around the resort, which was quicker and more easier.
The staff were courteous and warm. Few to name are
1. Kiki from the Earth Basket who engaged enthusiastically with us to show us around the fish ponds, rabbits and the various plants.
2. Kay and Ganjar from the The Dining Room (main restaurant which serves diverse cuisine) are warm and welcoming.
3. Intan from Rika Rika (Indonesian cuisine) is full of smiles and agile to serve customised order.
Weather was just perfect and overall we had a pleasant, refreshing stay.
Few areas the resort should focus on - the staff at The Dining Room were understaffed and found to be tired/ sweating. We found the Food variety and quality at the Christmas Eve Dinner disappointing for the price charged. The Indonesian cuisine at Rica Rica was more tastier though less in variety.
We enjoyed the Stargazing, leisurely walks at the beach, bicycling, though we missed the water sports due to monsoons.
Overall, we do plan to visit this resort sometime again for sure.
YYanziLThe experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again.
AAakash32We booked the place following Instagram reel saying kids friendly, I would say it was okay but didn’t meet our expectations (as we regularly stay the residence and I paid 30> higher price here compared to to residence since we wanted to try something near ferry terminal and was highly rated on IG for kids.
We booked 3 nights, 2 adults one 2 years baby.
Experience
Good:
- kids club play room big and nice, offering indoor, outdoor and splash zone free
- free dine in for kids with food that kids will actually eat
- got 2 pools, adult and family (with child pool). Pool size is good
- they printed the ferry ticket in advance so we didn’t have to queue while going back
Bad:
- rooms are not so kids friendly, small shower area, too many pillows every where
- king size bed is actually doesn’t feel king size but rather queen size
- we walk in to restaurant for dinner 2nd night got denied cause they had bbq event running, and never suggested to book in advance (they offered slot 8 pm for 6:20 walk in) with small kid along, I am not sure they understand kid doesn’t wait fr 8 pm and the didn’t even bother to offer kids meal to at least address the kid. We ended up eating on the side fries and in room dining which takes about 45 min to 1 hour
- safari we were told 9 am but then actual time was 10 am pick so we ended up waiting 1 hour at the lobby - not sure if they understand kid doesn’t like to sit for 1 hour not doing anything and we rushed our breakfast for the timing
- free juices for kids and breakfast buffet is not fresh juice unless you paid then got fresh juice
- breakfast buffet ok ok, no teh tarik 😝
- breakfast very limited options for vegetarian
- the shuttle dropped us at the emerald class lounge where we were economh means we had to walk with baby and luggage all the way
- you can only access dining area of indigo subject to you book in advance
- for beach you need buggy to go not you can just walk as and when you want
I would say, okay but not something I like, but it’s nearer to ferry
AAdriantykI recently stayed two nights at Four Points Bintan and enjoyed the experience. The view impressed me from the moment I arrived. The pool felt calm and refreshing. The staff gave warm and consistent service. The room felt clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location gave me quick access to the ferry terminal, which made travel easy.
You can improve the stay by offering more food and beverage options. A small grocery mart inside the hotel will help guests pick up essentials. The lounge menu can include more international choices and simple sandwiches. This will help guests who wait for their ferries in the afternoon at the lobby.
Overall, the stay felt smooth and pleasant.
GGuest UserReturning to Bintan Island after more than two decades, I never expected such a wonderful experience. The hotel is brand new, located right next to the recently opened Holiday Inn. Guests have full access to the facilities of both hotels, including the Holiday Inn's Kids' Club – which was incredibly convenient for us, allowing us to confidently leave our children with the staff for a few hours.
The hotel boasts its own private beach, offering a quiet and relaxing environment. Honestly, there's no need to fly all the way to Bali; Bintan Island offers a perfect short getaway. While the island's town doesn't have much to explore, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel.
The room design was very tasteful and spacious, complete with a sea view. There was absolutely no noise pollution. All the staff were incredibly friendly; no matter where you went, their smiles and greetings made you feel warmly welcomed.
Overall, this stay far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway.
