The room is specious and good with king size bed, but no coffee machine is provided or water, you need to be a member in their Honor program to have complementary water for drinking or coffee, which i see is big downside for Hilton . Nowadays even 2 stars hotels provide free water and coffee machine! I waited around 50 minutes to get 2 bottles 😰 in morning i requested 2 they delivered only one and poor guy said it is complimentary. I think to stay in this hotel you need to be equipped with water otherwise you will suffer thirsty.

We, my wife, our daughter and I, we watch at the Christmas market in Lindau. The second time in the BH to guest. There are hotels and there are hotels that stay one in memory the others do not. The BV is definitely remembered, everything has been fit and I emphasise everything. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We will be very safe and very happy to come back soon!

This family room is really big - 2 rooms linking together, each room has 1 bathroom as well. Came to hotel a little early after long haul flight - although need to wait for nearly an hour staff were friendly and tried to arrange cleaning the room quickly. Breakfast were good with variety of choices. 5 minutes walk from Messestadt West Metro station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants and supermarkets next to the station. My daughters were happy with the stay.

The parking lot is right in front of the hotel. Parent-child trip, with a baby, just entered the hotel room, the hotel attendant immediately delivered a crib, intimate baby diapers and diaper buckets that can swim. There are several independent swimming pools and water slides, and the children have a great time. I think a wave pool is quite interesting. recommend

I think this is the perfect hotel for a trip to Nuremberg. It's about a 20-minute walk from the central station. There's a tram running right next to the hotel, making it easy to access tourist attractions. There is a fan in the room, which is sufficient for the German summer.

The two front desk staff are so nice. They will help you check the time and route for your trip. They will also recommend restaurants. The front desk staff can also speak simple Chinese, which is really thoughtful. Although the room is small, it has become more and more comfortable after staying for two days. The breakfast is rich and very detailed. There are all kinds of bread and sauces, as well as unlimited yogurt and coffee.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! Nice hotel rooms, breakfast with a wide selection and a very nice wellness/sauna area! The staff is also very friendly. The only ”drawback”: depending on what is on the agenda for the day, the hotel is a bit far from the city center. (Can be an advantage or disadvantage!) I would book it again!

GGuest UserThis is a premium hotel at an affordable price and we had a great stay at the Park Plaza Nuremberg. The rooms are modern, large, comfy and bright. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a quick check in and there is some infused water and fruit near the front desk you can enjoy during your stay. They also helped guide us to the parking across the street at the Hauptbahnhof parkade which has designated parking spaces if you keep to the right once you enter on the first level. All we needed to do was to trade our parking pass for one of hotels and it cost 17 euros a day with unlimited in/out privileges and we could stay as late if needed the next day. The rooms are nicely appointed with some modern decor, good lighting, a couple of comfy chairs, a desk, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a bluetooth speaker. The bed was very comfy and we got a very good night's rest here. There was an Albrecht Durer book in our room as well as some Albrecht Durer inspired art in the hotel. They provided a complimentary mineral water in the room which we chilled and enjoyed after a big day of walking throughout Nuremburg. The bathroom is large with a nice big shower and good jasmine/bergamot bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There is plenty of counter space, a towel warming rack and a thick door which made for a nice experience. The bathroom was pretty clean but there were some dust bunnies under the sink and one of the cups did not look clean. The shower offered great pressure with a rain shower head and a handheld. Hot water was very easy to get and plentiful. The location of this hotel is ideal if you plan on exploring the city by foot. It is within a 15 minute walk to most of Nuremburg's best attractions and is right across the street from the central station and where the Handwerkerhof Nuremberg (crafts market) and Frauentor. In addition to the central station and it's Ubahn offerings there is also a large bus terminal and plenty of trams right in front of the hotel too. There are plenty of good restaurants in the old town area nearby too and some fast service restaurants in the central station. There is an underpass to get into the central station which makes the hotel easy to get to.

MM342478****I stayed only for one night! I didn't stay long enough! The service was good! It was very comfortable! Clean and the breakfast was good😌. The attractions in Munich are relatively close! It's very close to the Charlie Post and nearby hotels! You can also go there for business trips. It's a few steps to the subway station, and it's also good to go to the University of Munich! You can eat the famous pork knuckles in a few steps!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Before our arrival, I was concerned about potential construction work at the hotel, so I emailed them. The staff promptly assured me that major construction had been completed before our stay, and only minor decoration work was ongoing, which was very reassuring. The hotel itself is stylish and beautiful. Our room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom was a bit small. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the hotel provided a fan, which made our stay comfortable. Given the hotel's size, it would be helpful to have a map at the reception indicating the locations of rooms, lifts, and stairs to make it easier for guests to navigate the premises. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. There were various choices, and the breakfast room was quite impressive with its glass ceiling and walls, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this hotel to others.

HHenri AlexanderThe Hotel is in a beautiful location and you can go for lovely walks. The facilities are great with a small but decent gym and a lovely indoor swimming pool. There doesn't seem to be enough parking spaces for the number of rooms/guests this hotel holds, unless you want to pay extra for covered parking. There are no amenities/shops within walking distance. There room I stayed in had no air-conditioning and there was no fan, my stay was early July which meant that the room itself was too hot and stuffy and could only cool it down by opening the patio door... and letting the bugs in. There were no tea or coffee facilities inside the room, I really could have done with a coffee at 5:30 AM before my long drive to the airport, but the receptionist told me that breakfast amenities did not open until 7:00 AM (there is a coffee maker just behind reception and just requires pressing one button). While there may be rules for the hotel, it wouldn't have been much trouble to give a better customer service.

MMark7777Pros: only thing I can think of is the location. 10mins walk to the bus and main train station. Cons: I checked-in at the late evening and entered my room finding a bathrobe and slippers lying on the bathroom floor, which gave me the impression that the room has not been properly cleaned. Service was not great either, it took 1 hour and three calls to finally have someone to replace the robe and slippers on the floor. Old and poor infrastructure as a 5-star hotel. The light by the bed was broken and cannot be switched off and shower always comes with super hot water first. Have to switch to another room since they can’t fix the light issues. The breakfast was 45 euros per person at the counter, but quality and choices were just average. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel given the price. If people want to live close to the train station, it’s better to find alternatives.
