Located in the center of the town
The location is the starting point of the pedestrian street
Restaurants and supermarkets are very close
It is best to check in early
The parking spaces in the hotel are limited
The car is parked in the temporary parking space at the entrance of the hotel first, and then go to the designated parking space underground after checking in
The location is a little far from the station, but it is within walking distance. The facilities are a little old, but the environment and sanitation are still OK. You can see the mountain when you open the window. The breakfast is also quite good, but there were many people staying on the day I went, and you had to queue up to get coffee. The overall cost performance is still very high, worth recommending!
The hotel was nice in all aspects, except the bed was very uncomfortable. We also got 2x singles on a couple holiday which isn't ideal (but that's not factored into this rating as I understand that situation).
Staff were friendly, room was clean, and location was brilliant.
Amazing hotel just across from Nuremberg main station, and also old town. Room with atrium view is basically room with windows but NO views except other rooms’ windows. But totally fine as long as the room is clean. comfortable and well provided, which it is. Shower is a little too weak but it seems to be standard across most hotels in Germany. The daily macaroons provided from housekeeping is lovely lovely ❤️❤️. Definitely coming back to this hotel again.
It is a very nice hotel, not far from the tram and the S-Bahn. Great accommodation, you could book the hotel spontaneously and quickly without any complications.
And there is also a very nice sauna that I can recommend.
I would love to come back.
I booked this two room apartment for my family. When I checked in, I was told that it was NOT two bedrooms, but with one bedroom and a double sofia bed in the living room. Large enough to host four people.
Nice to have washer machine in room and shared dryers in the basement. The shower space was open to the toilet room so water spills always. Could have a sliding door or curtain to separate.
Location is close to tram station Karlsplatz, one stop from the central railway station. Staffs are nice and helpful.

I stayed here for one night to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and next door there is a delicious Italian restaurant and a supermarket that opens at 7am.
The hotel staff were all kind, and the room was clean.
I was a bit concerned that there were only amenities for one person, even though there were three of us staying.
However, the breakfast was so delicious that it didn't even matter. There was such a wide variety of food that I couldn't possibly eat it all.
It was a very fond memory.
I'd definitely like to come back.

The hotel is not very clean. The toilet seat clearly needs more careful cleaning. The shower is hard to go. Otherwise the normal room, good size. Make sure the building is opposite and at 7:00 is noisy.

MM342478****I stayed only for one night! I didn't stay long enough! The service was good! It was very comfortable! Clean and the breakfast was good😌. The attractions in Munich are relatively close! It's very close to the Charlie Post and nearby hotels! You can also go there for business trips. It's a few steps to the subway station, and it's also good to go to the University of Munich! You can eat the famous pork knuckles in a few steps!
TTxuebiPublic transport is literally 2mins walking distance. So convenient. And you dont need to headache about the luggage since this is so close to station.
Room was clean, they changed room for us immediately when we found out our the water hose in bathroom has spoilt. Service was good.
CComer the roamer17 hour layover in Müchen and I couldn’t have asked more from the hotel. 7 minute walk from border patrol officers. Easy checkin, clean, quiet, and luxurious stay. As someone who stayed in Germany for 3 weeks traveling before, I’m so glad they provided English channels on the tv. The WiFi was free but spotty.
BBulaimierzhurongThe hotel is a Marriott resort hotel on the beautiful lake.
It takes about 6 minutes to walk from the lake, and only some rooms can see the lake.
The hotel is very new and the facilities in Europe are first class.
The roof bar on the 5th floor is good, and the dishes are the same quality and the same price outside.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Before our arrival, I was concerned about potential construction work at the hotel, so I emailed them. The staff promptly assured me that major construction had been completed before our stay, and only minor decoration work was ongoing, which was very reassuring.
The hotel itself is stylish and beautiful. Our room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom was a bit small. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the hotel provided a fan, which made our stay comfortable.
Given the hotel's size, it would be helpful to have a map at the reception indicating the locations of rooms, lifts, and stairs to make it easier for guests to navigate the premises.
We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. There were various choices, and the breakfast room was quite impressive with its glass ceiling and walls, offering a lovely view of the surroundings.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this hotel to others.
HHenri AlexanderThe Hotel is in a beautiful location and you can go for lovely walks. The facilities are great with a small but decent gym and a lovely indoor swimming pool. There doesn't seem to be enough parking spaces for the number of rooms/guests this hotel holds, unless you want to pay extra for covered parking. There are no amenities/shops within walking distance. There room I stayed in had no air-conditioning and there was no fan, my stay was early July which meant that the room itself was too hot and stuffy and could only cool it down by opening the patio door... and letting the bugs in. There were no tea or coffee facilities inside the room, I really could have done with a coffee at 5:30 AM before my long drive to the airport, but the receptionist told me that breakfast amenities did not open until 7:00 AM (there is a coffee maker just behind reception and just requires pressing one button). While there may be rules for the hotel, it wouldn't have been much trouble to give a better customer service.
MMark7777Pros: only thing I can think of is the location. 10mins walk to the bus and main train station.
Cons: I checked-in at the late evening and entered my room finding a bathrobe and slippers lying on the bathroom floor, which gave me the impression that the room has not been properly cleaned. Service was not great either, it took 1 hour and three calls to finally have someone to replace the robe and slippers on the floor.
Old and poor infrastructure as a 5-star hotel. The light by the bed was broken and cannot be switched off and shower always comes with super hot water first. Have to switch to another room since they can’t fix the light issues.
The breakfast was 45 euros per person at the counter, but quality and choices were just average.
Wouldn’t recommend this hotel given the price. If people want to live close to the train station, it’s better to find alternatives.
GGuest UserA friendly, unfussy welcome. We asked for two separate duvets for one room. It worked on the third attempt ;). As we'd read in guest reviews, it was confirmed that the attentiveness of the service staff, including management, at breakfast could be improved, even during off-peak times. We were quickly assigned a table, but we weren't able to order drinks. Eye contact with the staff wasn't possible. We were finally able to place our orders at the buffet. No problem, we'll definitely be happy to come back when we're in Munich.
