The hotel's hardware facilities are solid and up to par. While the decor might be a bit dated, everything is exceptionally well-maintained. The furniture and appliances in the room show no signs of wear, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Quality is evident in every detail, making it hard to believe the hotel has been operating for so many years. And the location is another major highlight! Our room offered direct river views. From the window, we could gaze down at the shimmering river and Yiwu's city skyline, and on a clear day, even spot the distant Jiming Pavilion. The panoramic views are expansive during the day, and the city lights sparkle beautifully at night – truly a breathtaking scenic experience. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an outstanding choice. I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Yiwu!

”Family-style custodial service” that exceeds expectations! Mexican customers praised the perfect reception experience of the Global Hotel! As a businessman who often travels between Mexico and Yiwu, I know how difficult it is to travel across countries - language barriers, cultural differences, itinerary arrangements... Every item can become a ”trip hazard”. But this time, the thoughtful service of Yiwu Global Hotel completely overturned my understanding of ”hotel management”! Due to a conflict in the itinerary, I was unable to personally receive the Mexican partners (a family of three), so I tried to entrust the hotel manager to arrange everything. Unexpectedly, from the pick-up to the drop-off, the hotel team ”treated the customer like family,” and even the customer himself kept saying, ”This is not staying in a hotel. It's like coming back to a second home!” 1. Airport pick-up service: a warm first stop to overcome language barriers The Mexican customer was not fluent in English and had no Chinese at all, so I was a bit worried about communication problems before the trip. However, the hotel manager set up an exclusive service group in advance and arranged a Spanish-speaking pick-up specialist to wait with a pick-up sign. What was even more surprising was that, considering the customer had an 8-year-old child, the car was not only equipped with a child safety seat, but also a box of Mexican specialty candies and a cute doll - it was later discovered that the manager had specifically searched for popular Mexican snacks to soothe the customer's ”homesick stomach”! The customer later told me, ”The moment the driver said 'Bienvenidos' in Spanish, we knew the trip was going to be smooth!” 2. Accommodation experience: a ”home away from home” with cultural details Room arrangement: When the hotel found that the customer had children, it proactively upgraded the king-size room to a family room, and there was a very large slide castle in the room. Children can play freely inside, and there is even a hand-drawn Spanish welcome card on the headboard (featuring a cute Mexican elf in a cheongsam!）。 ”Extracurricular” service: The customer's child suddenly had a fever, and the hotel helped buy medicine overnight and cooked a bowl of ginger soup to send it. The next day, the manager personally accompanied him to the hospital and acted as an interpreter throughout the process. 3. Location is perfect! Infront of the hotel is metro. Room was clean. So surprise with the towel steriliser inside the room! Everything is good! Plus plenty of water bottle infront of the lift for every floor. Will come back! And was also surprise the room has fridge 🥰

The hotel boasts a superb location with excellent transport links, as the metro station entrance is less than 100 meters away. The hotel's atrium is truly stunning. The rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The river view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is absolutely picturesque. It's perfect for enjoying tea by the window and taking in the beautiful scenery on a hot summer day, and you can even catch the sunrise from there.

The entire park is under unified management, and check-in procedures are centralized at the entrance, which is better than living in Pujin outside the scenic area. If you can’t walk anymore, call a tour bus at any time. The location of the inn is very good. It is quiet in the middle of the city and only a two- to three-minute walk from important attractions. There is a FamilyMart nearby, and shopping is also very convenient. Currently, there are still many facilities that are not fully equipped and there are not many dining options. Having a FamilyMart will be much more convenient. The room is large and clean. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good. If you have big luggage, you can only ask the front desk to help carry it upstairs. Breakfast is shared by several inns, and it is very busy during holidays. When it gets colder and I can see the ginkgo trees, I will still stay at this inn, it’s good.

Nestled amidst forests, tea plantations, and ancient villages, and conveniently close to Lingyin, Yongfu, and Faxi Temples. Here, you're serenaded by the chirping of birds and insects nearby, and the distant, calming echoes of evening drums and morning bells. A truly wonderful experience! The complimentary photo shoot offered by the hotel was also a fantastic bonus. The photographer was professional and patient, and thanks to the beautiful setting, the pictures turned out absolutely stunning!

The front desk service was proactive and incredibly welcoming! They even proactively offered an upgrade to a non-smoking floor room. The hotel boasts an excellent location, thoughtfully providing a free shuttle service to Yiwu International Trade City, and late check-out is also available. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly amazing; even though it's free, it's definitely four-star quality! Even China Southern Airlines flight crews choose to stay here. Due to the exceptional service, we decided to extend our stay and enjoy another day in Yiwu. If you're coming to Yiwu, I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel boasts an absolutely superb location, with West Lake literally right outside. I had originally booked a standard room online, but upon arrival, I happily paid to upgrade to a lake-view room. When I opened the door, I realized the front desk attendant was completely right – it was a truly prime, unobstructed lake view! In the evenings, you can even catch glimpses of the musical fountain peeking through the lush trees. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. I woke up at 6 AM, rented an e-bike downstairs for a leisurely ride around West Lake, and was back at the hotel by 9:30 AM for breakfast – what a perfectly delightful way to experience the lake!

If you are looking for luxury, this is it! Everything about the hotel screams luxury: from the lobby, to the gardens, to every little detail of the guest room. It is amazing to find such a quiet corner with beautiful gardens and green space in the middle of a somewhat crowded city. You will feel like living in a park. The staff is extremely attentive and eager to cater to your needs and wants. We will definitely stay here again at our next visit to Hangzhou
