Traveling to Huzhou with my parents, our stay at the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort was filled with warmth and delightful surprises. A special thank you goes to our thoughtful and attentive butler, Lucy, who provided meticulous care and concern from check-in to check-out. Upon learning that we were traveling with elderly parents and celebrating a family birthday, Lucy proactively upgraded us from a Lake View Family Room to a spacious Lake View Suite, ensuring my parents had a more comfortable and relaxing stay. What was even more touching was that she specially prepared a birthday cake and decorated the room beautifully. The surprise and warmth in that moment deeply moved my family. Lucy's dedication and professionalism added a special touch to our Huzhou trip, leaving us with a profound and wonderful impression of the Sheraton Huzhou.

I’ve stayed in the Grand Pacific a few times over the years. Great service (though wanting to carry my laptop bag is over the top), excellent breakfast (Chinese and western), the pool is good, the gym okay but equipment dated. Best hotel in Yuyao for foreign visitors if you can’t speak any Chinese.

Location is perfect. Close to Wenzhounan station with bullet train, light rail and long distance coach under one roof. From hotel 2nd floor there is an exit that leads to the skybridge that is connected to wenzhounan. Just look for the giant figurines. From wenzhounan look for the sign ”hotels” that leads to the skybridge. Didi to hotel cost less than 20 rmb. Pls note there is a designated pick up for online car hailing service. Different floor from normal taxi. No handsoap provided. Breakfast is great. Room is big.

During the Chinese New Year holiday, my family and I chose to visit Yiwu, one of the Spring Festival Gala sub-venues, for a high-quality vacation experience, and stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel Yiwu. BOLA, our dedicated hotel client manager, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and meticulous care, which greatly enhanced our stay. Before our arrival, she proactively contacted us to understand our needs and meticulously arranged every detail of our check-in. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find baby-specific toiletries neatly arranged. Considering the special festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival, she thoughtfully prepared a variety of small gifts and candies for our child, truly reflecting the hotel's attention to detail and respect for guests. Furthermore, afternoon tea was delivered directly to our room, providing a comfortable and relaxing space for us during our trip. This excellent stay made our Chinese New Year holiday in Yiwu truly unforgettable.

The hotel facilities are complete and clean. The pool water is excellent, making for a very comfortable swim. The gym is well-equipped, so it's easy to get a workout in. The laundry room has new equipment and is easy to use, which is a huge convenience for travelers. The room is tidy and comfortable, and the overall environment is quiet, making for a truly relaxing stay. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

I hade exellent experince with hotel stuff and room look. Bed ,bathroom is perfect. Only location is so so, notjing arround. Centre city is far away but is also very esay to get there by night with DIDI ,its arround 15min.

It was a pleasantly surprising time at Pullman Haining. The rooms were comfortable and you can do your own laundry if needed. The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China.

The room had a musty smell. The state-owned hotel was of a certain age, but the service from the service staff was pretty good. I was given a pass for 2 people for the swimming pool. Since I have two children at home, the staff helped me exempt one adult from the swimming pass. However, I charged 25 yuan for breakfast because I have a child who is 122cm tall. I think this area could be more humane because children cannot eat much breakfast.

My stay was great! The service from the staff, especially Pu Pu, was very warm and welcoming. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to a subway entrance, which made getting to West Lake for sightseeing incredibly easy. They also have a parking lot, and parking was free for the entire duration of my stay. Plus, the laundry room and gym on the 4th floor are free to use, which is a nice bonus.
