The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. Value for money. We are impressed with the exceptional service of housekeeping staff Yang Xiao Jie. Our clothes had not finished the drying machine cycle and we had to go out. She helped us collect our clothes from the dryer machine and hang nicely in our room !

The hotel is conveniently located, not too rowdy. The service & ammenities are great. Everything that u need, housekeeping is good but can be better, ie they did not replenish the toilet rolls, we stayed in a family room for 4 pax, the usage is high. But overall i would give a 9/10.

Location is great. So near to many attractions. Subway is round the corner. Clean hotel, housekeeper did a good job. Front desk staff friendly and accomodating. Provided options. Gave clear instructions. Breakfast can be better. Has laundry facilities with gym as well. 2 washers and 2 dryers. 2 treadmill and 1 bicycle. Had comfortable stay.

I booked a 3 night stay and it was the best choice ever. Location was literally opposite a night market with awesome street food and shopping, and right in the heart of Xi’An. I would like to specially commend Lucy for accommodating to my request for window view despite the hotel being almost fully booked, for answering all my enquiries promptly and patiently, and also for making my trip in Xi’An so lovely. Feels so at home talking to her. Definitely will book Novotel again. Thumbs up to Lucy and team! Highly recommended 🥰

This hotel was super clean, fantastic amenities, very kind and helpful staff and location is very good. They have lovely and cute Cats 😍😊 You can play with them 😃😍😊 I love this Hotel and go there again when travel to Xian

A beautiful hotel, felt welcome as soon as we walked into the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. We received a complementary gift bag containing snacks and biscuit shaped in the local main sights, along with a hand drawn map of Xi’an city. The room was nicely decorated, there was a complementary face and eye mask in the room which was a nice touch. The location was very central, with all main sights in the city no more than 10-15 minutes walk away. Having a self service laundry room with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier was a real bonus.

I had a wonderful experience at the Western Airport Aviation Hotel in Xi'an. It's super easy to find and you'll get there in no time. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a quick stopover or an overnight stay before a flight. The convenience of its location next to the airport is unbeatable. Free shuttle bus to airport. Highly recommended for anyone needing a place to rest during transit or before a night flight!

Stayed at Ramada for four nights. The bed was firm and just right for sleeping. The towels are changed everyday and toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast has very good range. I really liked the mushroom baos. The location is 10 mins walk to Belltower or Muslim Quarter not very far at all. The only thing I don't like is the smoky smell in hallways and provision of ashtray bin for smokers. It's not the hotels fault but to make it less desirable to smokers don't provide facilities which support smoking.

Fantastic 4 night stay! Perfect location a few minute's walk from Zhonglou MRT Exit F, there are escalators so no need to carry luggage up any stairs. Hotel is walking distance from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, City Wall Yongning Gate, Huimin Street. Lots of yummy food nearby. The cleaning aunties were very friendly, and front desk staff very helpful :) Room was clean and comfortable, I had a great stay.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! It’s amazing for solo travelers as it’s probably one of the most social hostels I’ve ever been to. Everyone seemed to be traveling solo as well and people were always down to chat and make friends. It’s led to many late night conversations & hang outs with people that i can now happily call my friends. Probably the most amount of foreigners I’ve seen during my travels around China as well. Now I’ll be comparing every hostel i go too with this desti Xi’an experience! made my trip really unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is good. Generally, the room has good lighting and is very clean. It is spacious - one of the biggest I have seen for this price level. The bed is soft and comfortable, very cozy. The sound insulation is good. I'm very satisfied. The hotel is in a good location - near to the South Gate of the city wall. Metro is about 10 mins walk away and it's very convenient to get around. However, we tended to take didi to go around. Too cold to walk in winter.  The facilities inside the hotel are simple and clean. The service staff have good attitude, are friendly and warm. This hotel is really great and I will choose it again next time. To add on, there are many shopping malls like SKP nearby and a lot of delicious food like mutton stewed in bread and meat in a bun.  Entertainment facilities inside the hotel is simple. are also complete. The room is provided with a sizable TV.  the bathroom in the room is separated into shower and toilet areas. There are also disposable toilet seat covers and sweet soup that is very delicious! The front desk arranged a room for me, which is very quiet at night. The orientation of the room is very good, filled with sunlight. At this hotel, I experienced the perfect combination of quality service and a comfortable environment. I also want to praise all the hotel staff, especially the housekeeper, Wanzi and Ms. Tian. Their service attitude is very good. Because we wanted to have delicious food in the hotel room at night, she taught us how to order takeout. She also reserved sweet soup for us every day, which was very warm-hearted. She also sent me a travel guide for Xi'an, which was really nice! Finally, she gave me a shadow puppet, a non-material cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province. It's very beautiful. I will come to Xi'an again for a trip and stay here again.

My mom, cousin and me arrived very late at the airport, around 2am, the hotel send a small bus for us, (I already had their WeChat because I call them before to check that everything was ok with the booking, they couldn’t speak English so they add me on WeChat, that they way I could tell them i arrived) Did the check in fast, they noticed we were very tired! The room is very clean, the beds perfect and everything was perfect 👌 The location is very close to the airport, but far from the city (we used Didi)

Good room. Good bed. Everything looks new. Hotel supper was RMB20 per pax. but we were too full. Shower only, no bathtub. Very near airport. Had a good rest ! Receptionist Team was very good, very helpful. Next building was still under construction, but it was quiet at night.

Super friendly staffs, hotel location is really good. But not recommend if you want to have a good sleep here, its hard to sleep since you can hear all the movements from neighbors though everyone tries to be super quiet

The hotel was super clean. OMG you would not believe how clean it was. The hotel staff was super nice and even though they were not able to speak in English, they still made sure that our stay was as comfortable as it can be. And the restaurant near by was so nice and so sweet. We had flight at 9 am so we had to leave early, and so they had a bus to the airport. And had the breakfast in to-go box so that we can enjoy it in the bus or at the airport. Overall, definitely recommend. It is a must stay hotel if you want to rest and enjoy your time.

I am very grateful to the front desk staff Yangyang for this stay. When I checked in, he took my luggage enthusiastically and patiently introduced me to the fun places and special food around. He helped me complete the formalities quickly and efficiently. Their service was consistent during the few days in the hotel. I could really feel their sincerity and care. Originally, the hotel was just for resting, but because of Yangyang's efforts, it became the warmest memory of my trip, and made me feel a sense of belonging in a strange city. Although we only stayed here for less than twenty hours, this Atour hotel started a wonderful journey for my mother and me in Xi'an. From the quick airport pick-up to the lemon tea upon check-in and the soft bedding, it made us feel at home when we arrived late at night. The breakfast the next morning was very rich. The laundry room is clean and convenient. There is a subway nearby to Qin Palace or the airport. I accidentally missed the member check-out time of 2 o'clock, and there was no extra charge. They also provided water for us to drink on the way. It deserves five stars.

Because the flight was in the morning, I checked into the All Seasons Hotel near the airport one day in advance. The hotel was newly opened, so the facilities were all new and clean. There was a shuttle bus 24 hours a day, every half hour, which was very convenient. It took about ten minutes to drive from the hotel to Terminal 2. I have to complain about the guy at the front desk who checked me in. He didn't smile at all, which made me feel uncomfortable. One of the toothbrushes in the room was unsealed, so luckily we brought our own toothbrushes.

The hotel facilities are clean and the environment is good, but the airport pick-up is too slow. I called the hotel n times in advance to inform them that I had landed and hoped to be picked up earlier, but the driver actually waited until we arrived at the arrival gate before leaving. I don’t know what the consideration is. The hotel would rather choose customers to wait a little longer than let the driver pick up early. Don’t say that you are not allowed to stop at the arrival point. There are so many airports in the country, and you will be arrested if you stop for 10 minutes. In addition, the hotel advertises 24-hour airport pick-up, but in fact you can only leave at the hour, which is not very convenient.

I stay at this hotel every time I come back. I have stayed here about five or six times and have become attached to it. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the room price is relatively reasonable. The only thing that disappointed me this time was the breakfast. It was much worse than five years ago. The variety was at least half as much. I walked around for a while but there were few things I could eat. The saddest thing was the roujiamo. It's wrapped in lotus leaf pancake 😩, you are a province that specializes in roujiamo, why are you so foolish? I hope that after the epidemic, business will improve and breakfast can return to its original state.

Good place. Staff was nice, food was good although expensive (very nice 牛肉面) and the location was perfect with a fantastic view. The room was basic but comfortable. You can get hot water from the reception and there's both a little restaurant and an outdoor food stall. Easy to find, I recommend taking the West Peak/西峰 cablecar on the way up. Quiet surroundings and there's a heater to keep the room warm at night. Beds were clean, no problem with lack of cleaning. The toilets smelled and there were no showers, but this was advertised in the general information already. Toilets are the same public toilets found everywhere on Hua Shan, they're not great but not terrible either. The price is not cheap, but you pay for staying on top of the mountain far from everything, and the location is perfect for the sunrise. I expected worse from the previous reviews, but this was more than fine. I didn't eat the breakfast since there was a power outage (also happened at West Peak later that day, the price for being on a high mountain top I guess). The staff apologised and asked me to wait until the power came back, but I was eager to start hiking so just decided to skip it. You could still get food from the outside stall if needed.

This hotel is far beyond my expectation. Their kindness started since our first day staying with them. We arrived Huashan 9am in the morning, and we just needed to leave our luggages with them, then find some places to visit, but the owner showed her warm welcome by allowing us to check in our rooms. She was also being sincere for the discounted huashan ticket price which save us alot. She also gave us a ride and dropped us at the entrance of Mt. Huashan. Once we finished the climbing, her car is ready to pick up us back to the hotel. What an impressive service we could ask for. She will always make sure we had a delicious dinner while staying with her by recommending a nice restaurant, not a scam ones. Communication was never be a problem withbthe ownere or any of her cousins as we use google translator to make it work.

The room is fully equipped, clean and has its own parking lot. There are pick-up and drop-off services at the Huashan Scenic Area Visitor Center, and scenic area tickets and cableway tickets can be purchased directly for free. The overall service is very considerate. You can order meals for lunch and dinner, which is very convenient and the food is quite delicious. It was a very good stay experience. It should be the top hotel in Huayin City, not far from Huashan North Station and Huashan. I made an appointment for the pick-up service before getting off the high-speed rail, which is really considerate. When checking in, I found that there were quite a lot of foreigners, and many people came to my country for tourism. Room facilities: To my surprise, the room was very large, and there were welcome fruits and Bingfeng [dog head][dog head][dog head], which was very considerate. The wifi was relatively slow, which I had to complain about. It happened to be in the center of the city. To the west is the old city, convenience stores, and the so-called pedestrian street; to the east is the new district, which is very convenient for eating out. There is a shared battery car at the entrance of the hotel, which is really convenient for travel. Finally, I left my luggage when I left the hotel. The hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

You don’t have many options on the top of the mountain. Be ready that there is no shower. ❗️to get there faster, choose the longest bus (40rmb) and the longest cableway (120rmb) + the place looks authentic + traveling in winter might be cold, but the owner provides two heaters and it was nice + free hot water + close to the view point - toilet didn’t work - no curtains for privacy

This place is run by a very kind couple, they will take care of you fully through your entire stay in Huayin town! We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great! The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

The room was nice, new, clean and comfortable. However the food in the restaurant was very disappointing. Especially the breakfast which was empty of all food and was a mess when we arrived at 7:50am. We had paid for this breakfast for two mornings and were unable to eat it both times. Its very frustrating to not receive the breakfast that we paid for and then have to go out and pay for another breakfast elsewhere.

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Pros: Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to service you. We were picked up from train station on time and the manager showed me a map of Huashan mountain and also provided us with gloves. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was massive with its own kitchen and sofa. Cons: Bathroom is leaking, kitchen is leaking, toilet is wet, doesn't flush properly. Lots of cleaning issues. Cigarette smell was bad (pretty common in many Chinese hotels). Unfortunately because of many plumbing issues, leaking etc I can't really recommend this place.

I was on a business trip to Huayin. I saw that this hotel building was very beautiful and there was free parking at the door, so I booked this hotel. It was a good choice. Not only is the lobby of the hotel grand, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, the mattress is very comfortable, there is a self-service washing machine and a gym. Next time I come to Huayin, I will stay in this hotel again! The hotel has a rich breakfast, the air in Huayin is fresh and comfortable
