The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location right in Wuhan's city center. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is less than a 500-meter walk away, and charming historical buildings from the Republic of China era can be reached in under 1000 meters. The three of us each booked a king room. Every room had a chic, 'light luxury' design with a premium feel, and was spotlessly clean. The large windows, in particular, made the rooms wonderfully bright. The toiletries provided were complete and of high quality. My friends consistently praised my choice of hotel, saying they would definitely recommend it to their own friends in the future. What truly stood out was the refreshment station in the ground-floor lobby. It was well-stocked with various drinks, freshly brewed coffee, biscuits, and pastries. Every morning, before heading out, I was able to grab a cup of coffee to go! Furthermore, a fantastic bonus was the unlimited supply of Jing Tian mineral water. Unlike many other hotels that only provide two complimentary bottles daily, this hotel conveniently placed mineral water stations next to the elevators, allowing guests to grab a bottle whenever they wished.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and convenient to stay, especially for the midnight flights who arrives late or need to catch earlier flight or need transit from Wuhan. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. The service is very good and counter staff are very caring and friendly. The inclusive breakfast is very valuable for the price with many different varieties. I would continue to choose this hotel in future and refer it to my friends and relatives.

It was pouring rain on the day I arrived, and the front desk staff even helped me transfer my luggage from another hotel. This was incredibly thoughtful service! The service was very professional, warm, and their response time was very quick. The breakfast spread was extensive and available for an extended period. The room was very spacious. As an established hotel, its interior facilities clearly reflect its former grandeur. The housekeeping staff were always smiling and welcoming. From the room window, you could see the Yangtze River, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street and a shopping mall. If I ever pass through Wuhan again, I will definitely stay here!

The hotel boasts an excellent location. Rooms are comfortable and well soundproofed, featuring high-quality bedding. Breakfast is plentiful, and the overall dining quality meets expectations. Facilities like the gym and pool are well-maintained. Room, dining, and concierge services were all top-notch. However, the primary drawback was the front desk service. During check-in, the staff were noticeably cold and indifferent, lacking basic warmth and eye contact. Their communication felt robotic and stiff, with no proactive guidance offered (e.g., breakfast times or location). The entire interaction felt like a cold transaction, completely devoid of the welcoming 'home away from home' feeling one expects from a five-star hotel. As the hotel's 'face,' the front desk service severely let the establishment down and was the biggest detractor from an otherwise good experience.

Overall a good hotel with views, but location is not very good if you want to explore the city. Beds could be more comfortable. Swimming Pool not very cosy and people from houses nearby can look directly into the pool area of the hotel.

This time we traveled staggered, and the high-speed rail went to Enshi to live in a very good hotel. Whether it is service or hotel hardware decoration, it is superb. We just arrived at the station hotel, Master Tang arrived at the station to pick us up in advance to stay at the hotel. The details were handed to us mineral water and wiped sweat on the wet tissue paper. It showed that the hotel's training of employees was in place and the observation was very good! Secondly, the hotel design is very luxurious and sanitary ware is TOTO brand. The front desk clerk Xiao Deng and several beautiful women are very warm and the service concept is very thoughtful. The breakfast is rich in variety. This price really makes me think that it is worth the money. The opposite Xilankapu is also good-looking. Looking forward to the next stay [strong] [strong]

I had a really great time at the Wuhan Huihao Hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, the prepared non-smoking room was clean and with a good smell and the breakfasts were amazing like you can see on the pictures. The location is absolutly perfect! The metro station and the pedestrian street are really close (150m). If i have the chance to visit Wuhan in the future for a second time, i would stay here again! Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

Nice place to stay for a couple days. The subway station is pretty close to the hotel and the swimming pool and gym are just right. The only problem was the heating system in our room. Even though we turned it off, our room still felt pretty hot.

They take a 600yuan fee when you get there (just so you know. It is not advertised anywhere). Staff is very friendly and nice and everything is clean. There are two “Lady Floors” in the hotel. Breakfast is correct, if you are looking for nice toasts, it is not the place. The rest is ok. The location is really nice, it is a short walk to the river and then you walk around the park. Actually, it may be the best part of this hotel! It was a nice stay, but I wouldn’t repeat, the “vibe” of is not my style.
