GGuest UserStayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

SSarah H.We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…

CCatchthefartThe location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip. The front desk service varies quite a bit. When I checked in, there were two male staff members who were rather indifferent. At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful. However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member.

GGuest UserI was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.

SSonia LakWe had a wonderful stay with my son. The hotel is truly perfect for exploring the city with children. Special mention goes to the reception staff, who were very helpful, efficient, and spoke excellent English – well done to them! The pool is clean and pleasant, the rooms are impeccably maintained, and there's nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness. Breakfast on the terrace with a lovely view is a real bonus, as is the hotel's location, close to the main attractions without being right in the center, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend! You can leave your laundry at reception, which is very convenient during a road trip in Uzbekistan!

GGuest UserFacilities: Very thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast was exquisite. It was especially quiet at night. Cleanliness: White walls and white tiles made everything look very clean. Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character. Service: Very welcoming and helpful. Since my train wasn't until later in the afternoon, I requested a late check-out until 2 PM through Trip.com, which they kindly accommodated.

AAnonymous UserArrived in Samarkand in the early hours by train, and the hotel front desk was very efficient and quick with check-in. The AC was already turned on in the room, which was a nice touch. The room was a bit smaller compared to the Mövenpick in Tashkent (though this might just be a standard room with no deluxe twin option). The hotel itself is quite large and conveniently located near a university with many good breakfast choices. After housekeeping, clean towels and toiletries weren't immediately replenished, but after speaking with the front desk, they promptly rectified the situation. Their attitude and ability to resolve issues are definitely commendable.

ОО.К.This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!

The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)
