Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

The room facilities were quite good; it had everything one would need. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I was glad to find the bathroom very clean. Both breakfast and room service were delicious. Although the ingredients were simple, the taste was genuinely good, and the breakfast ingredients were all fresh. This led us to choose to have dinner at the hotel too, but to my surprise, the dinner was a disaster. The last three pictures are of the hotel dinner; I had asparagus and steak that made me question life choices. The chef's skill is actually decent, but they really messed up with these non-local ingredients. I'd still choose to stay at this hotel next time, but I definitely won't be eating at the restaurant again.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is really hard to comment on. There are many places to spray it, but it is not useless. When I arrived on the first night, I really wanted to explode: 1 room made a mistake for me! I went to a room first, how come there are two boxes when the door opens! I didn't dare to go in for fear of being killed, so I asked the front desk to open the door for me to confirm. I didn't expect that there were really guests inside! I guess it should scare the other party to death. 2 I paid online, they made a mistake for me, and asked me to pay again. Fortunately, I found out in time that I returned. 3 The door of room 3 is opened outside and there is no safety button. People who really have security anxiety will really be anxious. The soundproofing of the 4 room is really bad, the door gap is relatively large, and the voice of the people outside is all transmitted to the room. With the above things, I really thought about giving it a bad review the next day. But the next day I had a better experience. First of all, the breakfast restaurant, the environment is good, and this sparrow hotel, the dishes are worthy of its size. The pool is adding water every day and the basic cleaning. There is also room decoration, furniture, in fact, it is OK, basically no difference with the picture. The waiter saw that everyone said it was very bad before, maybe this time I changed a wave? The attitude towards us is good. English is a bit worse, but our English is also very bad. Stayed for two days, I feel that this store actually wants to operate well, it may be that the hotel management experience is insufficient, resulting in confusion inside, the details are not good. There is room for improvement, and the staff will not give a bad review.

I really liked this hotel. Big room and super clean. The beds super comfortable. They have a bar, coffee shop, restaurant inside the hotel. They also have stuff for your phone if you need to buy. I just stayed one night and I missed the breakfast but I read it is good. They provide lots of amenities. Big closset, iron, dryer, water, kettle, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, ear plugs, cotton pads, etc...Overall was a very good experience. It is in the Registan stret so you get to the Registan Square by walking. Helpful staff and friendly.

This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!

Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)

A wonderful hotel right in the city center, with attractions within walking distance. The staff are friendly and speak Russian, English, French, and German. There's a varied breakfast served from 7 AM to 10 AM, and a bar with alcoholic beverages. To the left of the hotel is a market, and to the right, a supermarket. It's great to have the option to refresh yourself in the pool, and the hotel provides towels free of charge. The room was clean, with housekeeping every other day. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste. There's a mini gym (treadmill, exercise bike, and weight machine) and a spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi). The hotel guests were mainly elderly French tourists, who were taken on excursions after breakfast and returned in the evening.

The website's header image was awful; the strange color scheme almost ruined my booking! Actually, it's a very charming and thoughtfully designed hotel with lots of small decorative details. It's very clean and tidy, and the little courtyard outside the restaurant is adorable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that it's not very close to the various attractions, but taxis are cheap in Uzbekistan, so this is negligible. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient. You must try the fried chicken at ”Chicken Express” across the street!
