On the first day of our stay, I asked housekeeping about a toilet seat cover because there wasn't one. The staff member said they don't provide them, but could give me one if I insisted. I had my own, but the double-sided tape on the one I opened wasn't sticky and kept falling off, so I wanted to ask if the hotel had any. I was told they don't stock them in the rooms; it's a 'take it or leave it' situation. Later, I politely asked a cleaner if they had a disposable toilet seat cover, and if I could have one, as I wanted to replace my own at that moment. I was told they would give it to me when they cleaned. Seriously, it's just a toilet seat cover! Is it that hard to give it to me right then and there? Why do I have to wait until cleaning? We stayed for four days, and one toilet seat cover would last four days. Besides, a toilet seat cover costs next to nothing. Even B&Bs provide them these days. This hotel, with such high foot traffic near a scenic spot, cares about a toilet seat cover? Just give it to me! After a long back and forth, they still refused to give it to me directly. Their stubbornness over such a small thing making a guest unhappy – is it really necessary? Is a negative review over a trivial item what your hotel truly desires? The room window was incredibly close to a residential building. Starting around 6 AM, residents would make loud noises, doing who knows what. Overall, the experience was very mediocre. Anyway, during these four days in Nanchang, the general quality of service staff, as online reviews suggest, was poor. And this isn't even a Golden Week holiday. Imagine how bad the service would be then! [Angry] Let's talk about the hotel breakfast. The sausages were pure starch. For the mixed noodles, on my first day, I found the utensils weren't cleaned properly. I immediately asked the waitress to take them away. She went into the kitchen and mimicked what I said, which I heard very clearly. Then, I found a small stone in my mixed noodles and immediately showed it to the staff. There were two children in the restaurant at the time, so parents with kids need to be extra careful about this. I told them I would complain to Ctrip. Before I even had a chance, they contacted Ctrip directly, asking Ctrip to help them smooth things over. I was on the fifth floor of Tengwang Pavilion at the time. The hotel didn't proactively reach out to understand the situation or even ask for my room number. They offered to waive my room fee, which I understand perfectly – they just want me not to leave a bad review. My review is meant to inform future guests, especially about the stone in the food for parents with children to be aware of. Also, a reminder to everyone to bring your own toilet seat covers, as they won't proactively provide them.

Let's start with the downsides:
1. The room facilities are clearly aging, including the toilet, shower, and small sofa. The deluxe river-view twin room I stayed in on the 2nd/3rd night had even worse facilities than the executive king room on the first night.
2. The housekeeping department lacks basic amenities like a step stool for children (they said it's only provided for family rooms).
3. Soundproofing isn't great. If your room is a bit close to the elevator lobby, it can get quite noisy.
4. Adjusting the air conditioning temperature didn't seem to have any effect, though the overall comfort was still acceptable.
Now for the highlights:
1. The river-facing rooms offer an unbeatable view. The scenery is even more beautiful than in the photos.
2. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are very close, and Wanshou Palace is also within walking distance.
3. The breakfast quality is decent, with a wide variety of options, including many local Nanchang specialties. The view from the restaurant windows during breakfast is also fantastic.
4. Although the hotel is tall, the elevators are fast and the water pressure is good, effectively avoiding common high-rise living issues.
5. The staff at the concierge, front desk, customer service, and restaurant are all very enthusiastic and have a great attitude.
Other notes:
The afternoon tea provided with the executive room on the first day was quite good. However, the welcome fruit platter was only delivered on the third day and wasn't of great quality.

The hotel's location is hard to find, mainly because it's small and the entrance is obscured by greenery.
The facilities inside are quite good, and the rooms are spacious. The only drawback is that the small windows lack curtains or blinds, making the large indoor bathtub a waste.
Another issue is the slow cleaning. When I arrived, it was already past 2 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes before it was finished, and some areas were still wet when I entered.

A truly five-star experience, absolutely perfect from start to finish! The room was clean and tidy, and every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The breakfast spread was also excellent. It's suitable for both business and leisure. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommend the Kaimai Hotel. It's great!

My recent stay at the GreenTree Inn Nanchang Grand Hotel was absolutely fantastic, perfect for both leisure and business travelers! The hotel's location is superb. It's a convenient 15-minute walk to Bayi Square, making it easy to visit landmarks and soak in the city's vibe. It's also super close to the metro station, just a few minutes on foot, which is incredibly efficient for getting around to attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace.
The surrounding area has excellent amenities. There's a Hema Fresh supermarket nearby, great for picking up fruits, snacks, and daily necessities. Even late at night, if you fancy a bite, it's easily sorted – truly considerate for both tourists and businesspeople. The room was spotless and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, with a stable hot water supply and quality toiletries, showing great attention to detail.
The biggest surprise was the self-service laundry room on the 12th floor. It’s well-equipped with washer-dryer combos, which is incredibly convenient. No more worrying about dirty clothes on long trips, especially useful for extended business stays or family travel. The hotel staff provided warm and thoughtful service. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were gentle, patient, and responsive to any needs.
Overall, the value for money is outstanding. With its convenient transport, comprehensive amenities, thoughtful facilities, and excellent service, it's a top-notch accommodation choice in downtown Nanchang. Whether you're visiting Nanchang for sightseeing or business, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Location close to the railway station and good with a lot good options close by. The only downside from the hotel was, that for our room the ac did not worked properly and it was 28 degrees C inside. We didn’t complain as we thought it would be too challenging to discuss this issue in Chinese. I wouldn’t call it their fault at this stage, as im sure thatif we had raise the issue, they would have taken care of it. All in all a very nice hotel! Can only recommend

The ambiance is pleasant, and the hotel's location near Nanchang Station is very convenient. It's easy to reach attractions like Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and Wanshou Palace by taxi. There are also plenty of breakfast spots in the vicinity. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They even gave a small gift upon check-out.
A hotel can be old, but cleanliness is fundamental!
Ten years ago, the room materials appeared to be high-end, and the thick marble in the bathroom exuded a sense of luxury from that era. However, it can't withstand years of wear and tear. If you look up at the drainage pipes on the balcony ceiling, the exposed pipes are really unsightly… And the drooping decorative materials on the exterior facade – surely they can't go untouched for ten years? You look down at the withered leaves in the greenery – surely that's not how it should be maintained daily?
I appreciate the front desk upgrading me to a main building room with a balcony; the view of the Sanqing Mountains is indeed spectacular. That said, the balcony itself is quite narrow. I wonder if most guests still watch TV more, and if a small tea table instead of a large round table on the balcony might make for a more harmonious proportion?
As for the underground parking garage, well, all those buckets of inexplicable stuff piled up there – do we really not need safety checks?
I must commend your lobby security (didn't catch the name) and the SPA manager (from Hunan, I believe). They confidently showcased the culture and confidence of Sanqing Mountain to guests. From a distance, even late at night, they were chatting freely and making recommendations, which is truly impressive!
I visit once every ten years, and might not come back for another ten, but I sincerely hope this Hilton can thrive for many years to come. Everyday management is evident in the details! Keep up the good work.

The hotel is in the middle of the mountain, the sightseeing bar can not go up, but there are 5 buses directly to the side door (0.5~ 1 hour shuttle bus), there are several long ladders nearby, 6 minutes walk to Guling Street, the return trip to the ladder takes 10 minutes, it is not difficult to walk. We booked a view room. Through the large glass windows, you can see the surrounding trees and red-top houses. Especially in the morning and when it rains, the fog and rain are ethereal. Sitting by the window to enjoy the scenery is particularly comfortable. The hotel room is medium in size, there are many public spaces indoors and outdoors, seats for guests to sit and rest, and the gym is not bad. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, you can eat before you go out to play. Ruiyun Park Hyatt Hotel opened earlier this year. I feel that the rooms and facilities are very clean and tidy. It has been raining in Lushan these days. It feels very humid outside, but the walls and floors in the hotel feel dry. It is estimated that there is a moisture-proof design or building materials. The young people at the front desk are friendly and work hard. We all like this hotel and will come again next time.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and bright. The hotel service was very thoughtful; they even prepared a small gift and afternoon tea for our New Year's stay. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's quite convenient to get to tourist attractions by car, taxi, or subway. Next time I'm in Nanchang, I'll definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserHotel name is Grand Hotel International, but nobody at Hotel cannot speak English, nobody. They use translator by mobile, terrible.
At breakfast , no cheese, no ham , no juice....only chinese food....how it can be International.
XXianglezonghetiI am honored to be the guest star of the hotel when I stayed in Nanchang this time. Yilia at the front desk helped me upgrade the room for free. The room was large and clean, and the breakfast was rich. I was very satisfied with my stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right at the entrance and easy access to taxis. The front desk staff upgraded our room based on availability, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view of the Gan River (a secondary river view). The hotel's sixth-floor swimming pool is free for kids to enjoy. The breakfast offered Nanchang specialties like拌粉 (mixed rice noodles) and 瓦罐汤 (clay pot soup), which were delicious, so we didn't have to go out looking for food. Overall, a very satisfying experience! 👍
AAnonymous UserThe hotel we stayed at when we went to Wucheng Town to watch birds is relatively new. The ventilation system in the room has some problems and it is quite stuffy. The flashing light of the toilet seat is very disturbing at night and we cannot unplug the wires. The breakfast and service attitude are OK.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located by the Ganjiang River, offering great views and clean rooms. However, it's quite a distance from the main attractions in the city center, so you'll need to take a taxi. What impressed me the most was the restaurant on the 5th floor; the ambiance was elegant, and the food was excellent in terms of color, aroma, and taste. On the downside, the lobby bar had a musty smell, which hopefully will be improved upon!

GGuest UserThe hotel is inside the resort. The rooms are retro in style and feel very good. There are two floors and the price is cheap. There is a shuttle bus between Mingyue Pavilion and the main building, which is available on call. Although Women's Day has passed for a few days, the hotel still gave 2 hot spring coupons. The environment in the hot spring is very good. There are not only various hot springs, but also swimming pools. It is a hotel that is highly recommended.
