Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing.

Was pleasant stay, rooms good design and clean. Breakfast good, tasty and various choices. Close to city center, few minutes by tramway. Good views from the room.

I didn't know it was a Starwood hotel when I booked, so the quality was still guaranteed! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was very rich and very satisfied! The only downside is that it is a bit far from the old town, but it is good to walk along the Danube for more than 10 minutes!

It has everything a big hotel should have, clean and tidy, satisfactory Special praise for the front desk lady's warm and thoughtful service. I don't have a local taxi APP, and the lady used her phone to call a taxi for me. I am especially grateful She also helped me store my luggage

This hotel was looked newly revovated. Thus, it was clean with new furniture and decor. The room was clean and the house keeper took actions to our request efficiently. However, their gym was small and only few equipment provided . Besides , it had very bad lighting. I arrived the gym at about 9:30pm, I had doubt and fear to enter the gym because the corridor was dark and the gym was located at the corner of the lift lobby.

A very large and cozy hotel, beautifully located close to the city center. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable, the internet works well, and it's quiet and peaceful at night. The breakfast is absolutely delicious!

Great service, even the fallen snow was removed from our car and the road to it. Free access to the welness & fitnes was also very welcome after a long yourney in bad weather. Because we had a limited time for diner also that was very fine solved. The breakfast was also a pleasure to make use of! In one word the sre great!

This is a typical 1970s hotel. It probably started out as a dormitory, given its proximity to an oil refinery. The service is modest, and the room is small, like a 'Khrushchevka' (a small, mass-produced apartment), but it's clean. The main downside is the incredibly loud slamming of the room doors. It seems to be a design flaw; even with door closers installed, the doors bang against the frame with a loud thud that's amplified by the echo of the long corridor. Otherwise, the breakfast is quite decent, as long as you avoid the rush (most people go to eat around 8:30 AM, which leads to overcrowding, no available seats, and food not being refilled quickly enough). For my taste, the only thing missing was milk. And while the hotel is a bit out of the way, there's a bus stop about 100 meters away with buses to the city center every 15 minutes. We didn't use the hotel's parking. There's free street parking available just around the corner.

The hotel has a certain history and the location is OK. There is a smell in the house, and it is better after opening the doors and windows.

Hygienic: OK, very clean. Facilities: There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage upstairs. The service didn't feel much, except for the communication with the front desk at check-in and check-out, there was nothing else to communicate with the staff.
