Spa Hotels in Isla Mujeres

The location is like a corner where you go at night, so you can't go out without a car. I think it has the best facilities among the hotels. It's clean and there's nothing unnecessary. The restaurant also has an open feel and is really nice. The service was very good, but since I stayed at Scarlet Arte just before, I was disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, but I think the company's proactive activities will make up for everything. The rice is more delicious than Scarlet Arte and the quality is better. It's a shame there aren't any activities, but I think they will happen in the future if the company invests more. Beautiful well maintained resort. It looks new. Room is spacious with balcony overlooking the ocean. Food is excellent throughout from all the restaurants. The best restaurants imo are the Steak house, Italian restaurant n the Mexican restaurant. The beach with fine white sand is clean n almost free of sargassum @ this time of the year in Dec. Good service throughout from all the hotel's staff there. Highly recommended.

The four-day stay was very good. The only drawback was that the floor of the room was too slippery. You have to be careful. Before I checked out on the last day, it was raining outside and the floor of the room was wet and slippery. I fell twice and my foot was completely swollen. I couldn't walk normally for the next few days. Fortunately, I found no fractures after a check-up.

Hotel from the elegant esthetic located in the most vivid center of Isla mulheres, a few minutes walk from the ferry port and the famous and beautiful Playa Norte. Our room was very clean and extremely spacious with the comfort of having separate shower and bathroom. A note of respect for the swing pool on the sea that gives moments of relaxation.

The hotel itself and location were great. But the breakfast wasn't as in the description. They say you are gonna get continental breakfast, but what you actually get is some grain bars, apples and juice. It's not even close to continental breakfast

Location is perfect, and the room is clean. Period of this is what you are looking it’s great. Customer service does not Exist in this place. The staff was rude and they ask for a deposit which is really odd.

I was at this hotel 3 years ago for my honeymoon and it had just opened its doors and I returned because I had had a very good experience. First I will say the good thing, the staff goes out of their way to serve you and make you have a good time, the food is very varied and tastes good and the waiters are very diligent. Now the areas of opportunity, it is sad to see how they are letting this hotel decay, the hallways are dirty, they need to be painted, the elevators are moldy and dirty. Dirty, scratched and poorly maintained walls, humidity on the ceilings and black stains. The room had a bad smell of damp and mold, so much so that it gave me asthma. In the pool, water veils or trickles in the adult area do not work. Buy the star service, but IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! You have to be reminding the waiters and bartenders that you want premium liquor and at the pool, the STAR area is family-friendly, that is, full of children, if you are STAR but want to be in the adult area, the waiters cannot go to the star bars or take food from the STAR area, restaurants, reservations do not exist, since I arrived there was no space in practically any of the restaurants, you have to arrive by parachute and pray that they can serve you. The air conditioning was terrible, in the family lobby the air was not felt and in the Cocina Mexicana restaurant the air was damaged and it was that way for at least 2 days. It is actually unfortunate that you go in with high expectations and encounter so much neglect on the part of the administration or whoever is responsible for keeping this hotel in optimal condition, as it should be, given the name and prestige of Planet Hollywood. Ah! And to top it all off, when I checked out, a GO Pro was left in the room and although we called quickly, it magically disappeared. I'm still waiting for a response to an email that I sent at 11:30 am on July 29. Day of my checkout. In short, there are many other options, which may be more value for your money. My experience at planet Hollywood was 5 out of 10 the resort overall it self is beautiful the breakfast buffet 10/10 the pool events and water aerobics very fun however, when I booked the trip I booked for a junior swim out suit with 2 double beds when I arrive to check in at the reception desk I was given a king size bed with a sofa pull out . I was told by the front desk receptionist they didn't have any double beds available however I booked 2 months in advance she explained to me that she would provide me with a room with 2 beds the next day and to stop by the desk at 8 am. The next day I approached the desk with my belongings sadly to find out they didn't have the room available again the next day and I was told the same things repeatedly each night of my stay I became very frustrated sleeping on a very hard sofa bed and it gave me severe back pains. I had 2 ppl in my room and that is why I requested a room with 2 beds. The room service was also a bad experience we were told we could not order 2 of the same items in the menu which sounded weird you mean to tell me that my sister and I both can't order pizza and salad that's crazy to me . The drinks were very good especially the Miami vibe and Scooby doo shots . The resort will also try and provide you discounts by getting you to purchase a star class/diamond purchase that's 20,000 .
